Canaan Developers & Hass Consult Kenya review: Project volaire

We bought apartments with Canaan Developers Kenya which were sold by Hass Consult using our life savings and hard earned money. After completing the project Canaan Developers borrowed a lot of money from KCB Bank without taking consent from any of the apartment owners. When we were buying the apartments there was no loan on the project and we are shocked to see that they borrowed money after completing the project. Hass Consult also never bothered to tell us the truth and just kept pushing us to make payments. We owners never got the titles even after paying the entire amount of the apartment. Rather than addressing our grievances Canaan is threatening us with legal consequences. We did a research and were shocked to find that Canaan has borrowed money on all their projects Escada and Altura also even though these projects are sold. Titles of their other previous projects were also not given. Unless Canaan pays all loans to the bank we cannot get our titles and no one from Canaan bothers to communicate with us, we are very worried as our hard earned money is now stuck.
