Great Service! Had this company install a new furnace for us back in October, months later we had issues applying for a rebate for our furnace. Within 5 min from emailing Canada Duct we had a reply with the needed info. Great service before the install, during the install, and months after. highly recommend Canada Duct

Peter was so professional and great to work with. He was kind enough to talk my husband through troubleshooting why our heat may be off prior to coming over and billing us. We did end up needing a new part on the furnace. Peter was very knowledgeable, friendly, and reasonably priced. We'll be switching to this company for our furnace duct cleanings!"

I messaged Canada Duct at 11am and it was a Sunday. I thought they would not provide any service on the weekend. They immediately went to our place at 1pm and then after 5pm they went back again to our house. We were not in their schedule but they found a time to accommodate us. I am so surprised that they did the job half day only. The price is reasonable and the service was fast. Thank you for fixing our furnace.

There's lots of company like this that can also do the job professionally but to be sincere and honest to help a customer and treats you like a family member in need is hard to find nowadays. Canada Duct has provided duct cleaning service to our house a few times in the past and we are impressed with the results each and every time. They are professional and honest. Recently the furnace in our son's house broke down and we called them for help. When I posted on my community lage that my heat had stolped wormi g several neighbors recommended Canada Duct LTD. Peter was able to come out shortly after to diagnose the problem. He was very knowledgeable and offered a solution to the immediate problem as well as advise for the future. The price for fixing it was very reasonable and we are so haply to have our heat back. Last Dec.21st before the snowstorm came we had a problem with the heater. Canada Duct came in the same day in the right time. He checked and suggested to replace the furnace with new one as it was too old and for some reasons the heater didn't work. Canada Duct is very professional, reliable and accurate. Great price for a good quality service. Hubby and I were happy with his patience everything works really well. Canada Duct also installed our new humidifier after couple of days. We had an appointment to have our ducts cleaned. Vince came out and when I asked about before and after pictures - he popped the duct access out and showed me a photo of the "before". He admitted the ducts were actually quite clean. With further discussion - he agreed that they didn't really need to be done and was happy to allow me to cancel the job for another year! No hard sell, no service charge, totally honest and very pleasant! This company is unique to so many! I would highly recommend them and will call them for further furnace support!

Canada Duct from Canada Duct was a lifesaver to us when the temperature was -27! The fan on our furnace stopped working when it was really cold (-27) and it was 10PM. We called Canada Duct. He asked us to take pictures and video to send to him. He was on the phone with us while telling us what to check. Finally, it was diagnosed that the fan motor is gone and needs replacing. (It's 16 yrs. old). He gave us a quote and said will be able to fix it that night, and he did. We are so PLEASED with Canada Duct and how he had fixed our problem right away, professionally! I could not be more pleased and impressed with Canada Duct. We had to originally cancel our appointment for our duct cleaning and new furnace due to surgery for my husband. Canada Duct not only was understanding but fit us in between his other appointments during his time up North in Ontario so we could still get our services done. We not only got our ducts cleaned, a brand new furnace he also installed an ultra violet air purifier too. (With my husband being asthmatic and allergic to everything was awesome) He was not only extremely professional but very informative. I would absolutely recommend his services. Happy with Canada Duct's service. We saw his Ad on a local online directory. We read the reviews here and decided to try out his service. Every testimonial here perfectly describe the service we received. Professional, knowledgeable, respectful (even to my home), fast response time and ultimately patient. The pricing was unbelievably good. He installed the AC like he said he would. Perfect turn around time (half a day). Even when I wanted to get a bigger and more expensive AC that would have given him more money, he advised against it and gave clear analytical explanations to back it up. It's not about the money for him but the passion for the job. Talking about good business ethics. He also threw in a free furnace cleaning. Would I recommend Canada Duct's service? Absolutely.
