Stunning Wall Art!
As a professional photographer, I have pretty high standards when it comes to my work being displayed anywhere! I ordered a very nice sized 18 x 24 thick canvas for one of my favorite customers and let me just say that Canvas People did NOT disappoint! The shipping was fast and accurate even though it was in December! The colors were brilliant and the quality of the canvas itself was all around beautiful! I did pay a little extra to get the thick canvas and it was worth it! It wasn't very much either. I will definitely be ordering more of my work through Canvas People to display at trade shows! Thank you, Canvas People! YOU ROCK!
Good product
Great product. Package got stuck after initial shipped notification. Customer service was frustrating. Gave a canned answer that didn't demonstrate they looked into the concern. However the next day, the package did move and get delivered. Showed in the pending stage for over a week before actually moving. As someone who has worked customer support, don't assume the customer is stupid.
Have a canned answer first that didn?t demonstrate that they actually looked into the issue. After I called them out, a much better and informed response was sent. Don?t assume the customer is stupid. I worked in technical support and this is one of the biggest turn offs for people. Most of the time they have done several steps before contacting so canned answers waste time and are frustrating.
Absolutely love the three canvases I have gotten from this company!

All the canvas pictures I’ve order from them have been awesome!
All the canvas pictures I’ve order from them have been awesome! My daughter is autistic and sometimes throws things, and they’re tough enough to survive without the typical breaking glass. Now I can still have pictures of my family without the mess.
I've ordered many sizes of canvases and I couldn't be more happy with how they turn out
I've ordered many sizes of canvases and I couldn't be more happy with how they turn out. I've also ordered a pillow of a print for a gift and it was awesome! I will continue to order from Canvas People- they provide quality work with a quick delivery!
They always do a great job on my canvases!
They always do a great job on my canvases! The one I received from [protected] is a different story and I have to say it was because I didn't take their advice of choosing a better picture.Believe me I will listen the next time I order a canvas. It turned out blurry because of it.
Ordered numerous times always happy. Shipping is high but if you catch a sale or a free print it’s worth it.
Picture came out great
Picture came out great. One thing people should keep in mind regarding blurriness and resolution is the quality of the source photo. More pixels = better quality. With that said, it does seem like CP should alert or warn people if their file won’t produce a clear printed picture at x size(s).
I purchased a canvas as a present for my wife, and she really liked it
I purchased a canvas as a present for my wife, and she really liked it. It was a promotional offer where I only had to pay for shipping. The overall cost was reasonable. If you compare it to buying a canvas on another website that offers free shipping, the prices are similar in the end. I am very happy with the quality of the canvas and the fast shipping.
My canvas came out great
My canvas came out great. I am very pleasedwith theservice of canvaspeople. I would highly recommend this company for having your personal photos printed on canvas. The delivery was great also, it came very fast and the packaging was excellent and kept my canvas in perfect shape. Thank you Canvas People!
I love canvaspeople.com!
I love canvaspeople.com! I have gotten sooo many canvases made by them and everyone I’ve given canvases as gifts to has loved them too! I just had my first mug made there for Father’s Day, for my son-in-law, and it turned out great too! There’s no where else I would go! I’d give them more than 5 ? if I could!
CanvasPeople: A Beautiful Way to Keep Your Loved Ones Close
I gotta say, I'm real happy with the work that CanvasPeople does. My oldest daughter got us started on this whole thing by gifting us a canvas picture of our wedding day. And let me tell ya, it was a real beaut. Since then, I've been ordering canvas pictures of all our kids. They're all grown up and scattered around the country, so it's nice to have a little piece of them all in one place.
Now, I'm no spring chicken. I'm 90 years old and my Frank is 91. But that don't mean we don't like to keep up with the times. We got all these canvas pictures lined up on our wall next to the TV. And let me tell ya, it's a real sight to see. We get to see our kids' smiling faces every day, and that's worth more than anything.
Sadly, our first daughter has passed on to be with the Lord. But we still got her canvas picture up there with the rest of 'em. It's a nice way to remember her. And it's nice to have a little piece of all our kids with us, even if they can't be here in person.
Our next order is gonna be for our youngest son. Well, he ain't really our son, but we adopted him when he was 12 years old. He's our 6th child, and let me tell ya, he's a fine man. He retired from the navy and now has his own family. We're real proud of him. And we're gonna be real proud to have his canvas picture up on our wall too.
So if you're looking for a way to keep your loved ones close, I'd highly recommend CanvasPeople. They do good work, and they make it easy to get your pictures printed on canvas. And let me tell ya, it's worth every penny.
CanvasPeople Review: Easy Ordering, Quality Print, but Questionable Promo Pricing
So, I was browsing the interwebs for a place to get a canvas print of my favorite photo. I stumbled upon CanvasPeople and decided to give it a go. The website was easy to navigate and I was able to upload my photo and choose my canvas size without any issues.
I was ready to checkout when I saw a promo for 80% off and cheaper shipping if I signed up by text. I thought, "Hey, that's a pretty sweet deal!" So, I signed up and went through the ordering process on my phone. To my surprise, the price of my canvas went up from $26.95 to $29.20. What gives?
I decided to go back to my computer and check the price there since I was already logged in. Lo and behold, the price had changed on my computer too. I was pretty bummed out that I felt like I was getting a promo only to end up saving a measly $0.81.
I'm not sure why the price went up once I signed up for the text promo, but I hope it's just something I missed. I have pictures and screen shots of my order if CanvasPeople wants to take a look and explain what happened.
Overall, I'm happy with the ease of ordering and the quality of my canvas print. However, I do think it's important for businesses to be transparent with their pricing and not make customers feel like they're being tricked into a promo.
CanvasPeople Review: My Journey to Get a Free Canvas Picture
to offer a free canvas picture.
CanvasPeople is a website that offers canvas prints of your favorite photos. I recently ordered a canvas print from them and it was quite a journey. At first, I had trouble navigating the ordering process. It kept saying that my order was over $100 or $200 even though I had put in a code that was supposed to give me a free canvas picture. After a while, I finally figured out that the code had been accepted and the price had gone down to around $89, but I still wasn't getting the canvas picture for free.
It took me about an hour to figure out what was going on, but I finally got it sorted out. I was determined to get my free canvas picture, so I kept trying until I figured it out. The problem was that my cart wouldn't show up anymore, even though I had signed in. I had to go to the four dots in the right top corner and click on that, then go to my history to find my order. Even then, I couldn't get the cart to show up again, so I just started over and that worked.
Despite the difficulties I had with the ordering process, I am very happy with the final product. The canvas print is beautiful and I will treasure it for years to come. I appreciate that CanvasPeople offered a free canvas picture, even though it was a bit of a challenge to actually get it. Overall, I would recommend CanvasPeople to anyone looking for a high-quality canvas print of their favorite photos.
CanvasPeople: A Quick and Easy Way to Turn Your Photos into Beautiful Artwork!
So, my son and his wife had to go to a fancy ball at the local college that one of the banks funded. I took a picture of them before they left, and while it was a nice shot, I felt like it was missing something to make it really pop. Then I stumbled upon a sale that CanvasPeople was having, and I just couldn't resist. I uploaded the photo, and the user-friendly program made it super easy to follow the directions. Before I knew it, my canvas was done!
I had it sent directly to my son and daughter-in-law as a gift, and it arrived in just four days, which I thought was pretty quick. When they received it, they called me right away, so happy and excited about how awesome it looked. They were wondering what made me think to do something like that out of nowhere, so I explained about the sale I found. They were also thrilled to find all the coupons that CanvasPeople had included in the box.
Overall, I was really impressed with the quality of the canvas and the speed of the delivery. I definitely plan on using CanvasPeople again in the future.
CanvasPeople's Checkout Process Needs Improvement: A Frustrating Experience
The checkout process on CanvasPeople's website is not very user-friendly. I had a previous order that I wanted to remove, but it took me a while to figure out how to do so. When I finally found the option to remove the order, it asked for a promotion code that had already been applied. This confused me and made me go back to try to find the code again. I ended up signing out and signing back in, but I couldn't find my cart. I had to start the process all over again, and I ended up with two of the same item in my cart.
I thought there had to be an easier way to remove the extra item, but I couldn't find it. Eventually, I found a section where I could choose how many of each item I wanted, but I couldn't change the quantity to zero. I went back and forth a few times, and finally, it gave me the option to remove the item. It was a very frustrating experience, and I wish the process had been more straightforward.
Overall, I think CanvasPeople's website could use some improvements to make the checkout process more user-friendly. It shouldn't be so difficult to remove an item from your cart or find a promotion code that has already been applied. Despite this issue, I still think the quality of their canvas prints is excellent, and I would recommend them to others.
Improvements Needed for CanvasPeople's Checkout Process
I gotta say, I was a bit confused when I was trying to check out on CanvasPeople's website. The checkout screen was showing my saved card, which was all highlighted and ready to go, but there was no button to click to actually complete the order. So, I did what any normal person would do and shot off an email to their customer service team asking for some help.
After waiting for a bit, I decided to take matters into my own hands and clicked on the credit card option at the bottom of the page. I entered the same card information that was already saved, and then all of a sudden, the blue checkout button appeared and I was able to place my order. It was a bit frustrating, to be honest.
I think CanvasPeople could really benefit from adding a button or space to enter the security code under the saved card info. That way, when you enter the code, the checkout button would automatically appear and you could complete your order without any hassle. It's just a suggestion, but I think it would make the whole process a lot smoother.
Overall, I was happy with the quality of the canvas I received from CanvasPeople, but the checkout process definitely needs some work. If I hadn't ordered from them before and knew that their products were worth it, I probably would have given up and gone somewhere else. So, if you're thinking about ordering from CanvasPeople, just be prepared for a bit of a confusing checkout experience.
CanvasPeople: Affordable, High-Quality Canvases with Professional Add-Ons
I've been using CanvasPeople for a while now and I gotta say, I'm impressed. I've ordered over 15 canvases from them and they always send me discounts through email. It's always a pleasure to order from them because the quality of the pictures is great and the add-ons for frames make every canvas look professionally done. I usually order canvases from 16x20 to 18x24 and it's always less than $75 including the add-ons and shipping. You won't regret ordering from them.
I always make sure to provide photos that are more than 9MB+ and I'm always happy and satisfied with the results. They even give you a free magazine each month, although I don't really read it, I just look at the celebrity pictures and fashion. It's such a great deal!
Thank you, CanvasPeople, for always sending me free canvases. I save about $150+ paying full price and you charge me almost nothing, $0-$9.99 if I wanted to upgrade to a bigger size. You always want to make me charge, lol. My house is full of pictures of my kids, me, and my pup. I love this website and company, they know how to tickle you basically. I would definitely recommend this to everyone who loves canvases to put on your wall for memories to stare at.
I love you, CanvasPeople!
Mixed Experience with CanvasPeople: A Review of Their Online Ordering Process and Customer Service
Ordering online from CanvasPeople is a breeze, no sweat at all. But I gotta be real with y'all, I've had some rough experiences with them before. However, I'm willing to give them another chance since they're having a sale right now. Let's see how it goes this time around.
So, let me tell you about my previous bad experience. I ordered a print for a special gift I was putting together. When the canvas arrived, it was completely black with nothing on it. Can you imagine how devastated I was? It ruined everything I had planned. But that wasn't even the worst part. When I contacted CanvasPeople to get a new print, they wanted to charge me again! Like, what the heck? That didn't sit well with me at all. After a lot of back and forth, I finally got a new print, and it turned out okay.
But let me tell you, I've found a better company since then. They use solid wood frames that are super sturdy, and the pictures come out gorgeous. It's way more professional-looking, and it's even cheaper than CanvasPeople. But like I said, I'm willing to give them another shot during this sale.
Overall, CanvasPeople has some work to do in terms of customer service and quality control. But if you're willing to take a chance, they might surprise you. Just be prepared for some bumps in the road.
Mixed Feelings About CanvasPeople: Great Deals, but Disappointing Service and Lack of Communication
I gotta say, I'm really diggin' the deals that CanvasPeople has been throwin' out lately. However, I gotta admit, I was a bit bummed when I found out that the $20 shipping fee was per piece purchased. I mean, I had my heart set on a few specific pics, but ended up goin' way over my budget. It would've been nice if they made that a bit clearer, ya know?
Another thing that's been buggin' me is the lack of communication about my orders. I placed my first order on May 2nd, and it's been crickets ever since. I even sent a message askin' for an update a couple days ago, but still nothin'. I mean, I've spent over $700 on this site, and I think it's only fair that I get a more detailed receipt that shows exactly what I paid for. That way, I can be sure that I spent my money on the right thing.
Now, don't get me wrong, I'm not tryna be a Karen or anything. I've actually given CanvasPeople a 5-star rating 'cause I don't wanna mess with their ratings or anything. But, I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with the service I've received so far. A simple "we haven't forgot about you" or "we know it's takin' a while" would go a long way in assurin' me that everything's goin' smoothly with my order. I mean, I've spent over $1000 on this site in the month of May alone, so I think I deserve a little bit of communication, ya know?
I get that there might be some shipping delays due to the whole Corona thing, but other companies I've dealt with have at least reached out to keep me updated. So, I think it's only fair that CanvasPeople does the same. All in all, I still think they're a pretty good site, but they could definitely improve their communication and clarity when it comes to shipping fees.
CanvasPeople Review: High-Quality Prints, Hassle with Ordering & Shipping Costs
I had a bit of a rough start with CanvasPeople when I first tried to place an order. The ordering process was a bit of a hassle and my debit card didn't seem to want to cooperate. But after some persistence, I was finally able to complete my order.
And let me tell you, the canvases I received were absolutely amazing! The pictures I submitted were enlarged beautifully and the quality was top-notch. I was so impressed that I ended up placing three more orders, and each one was a breeze to complete with no payment issues at all.
I've found that CanvasPeople often sends out offers for a free canvas of a certain size, with the customer only having to pay for shipping. I receive these offers almost every day, so if the size they're offering doesn't suit me, I just wait a few days for a different offer. However, it's important to read through the order carefully because there are often upgrade options available, such as black and white or sepia tones, colored or black borders, etc. Some of these upgrades are free, while others come with an additional cost. So make sure to read the details carefully to ensure you're getting exactly what you want.
It's worth noting that shipping costs can add up quickly, and CanvasPeople's shipping fees aren't exactly cheap. Expect to pay around $20-25 per canvas for shipping. But hey, they have to make their money somehow, right? Just be aware of the costs before you finalize your order. And if you take advantage of their Two Canvas offer, keep in mind that you'll still be paying for shipping on each canvas.
Shipping times can vary, but I've found that it usually takes about 2-3 weeks from the time I place my order to the time I receive my canvases.
Overall, I highly recommend CanvasPeople for anyone looking to get high-quality prints of their favorite photos. Just be sure to read the details carefully and be aware of the costs before you place your order. I plan on ordering from them again in the future!
CanvasPeople Complaints 13
BAD Customer Service & POOR QUALITY Product!
I ordered a 16x20 size canvas for my daughter's birthday & I was very disappointed to see, when I received it, that part of her face was missing in the photo! Canvas People had enlarged the photo too much & not only did it no longer fit properly in the space allowed, but I could barely see the beautiful ocean & sky background behind the people, because the people in the photo had become so big. When I contacted Canvas People customer service about the issue, they blamed me for not cropping it properly! They are supposed to be the professionals,so shouldn't they preview the photo & fix such an issue BEFORE they make the canvas? Well, they would not admit to any wrong doing on their part, so they will never get anymore business from me. There are many canvas companies to choose from & I will choose one that cares about satisfying their customers in the future. Very BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! :(
I placed an order with this company for a picture as part of a promotional package deal that I received
I placed an order with this company for a picture as part of a promotional package deal that I received. After placing the order, I realized that the price and shipping address were incorrect just a few minutes later. I called the company to correct the shipping address, as that was the first mistake I noticed. They told me that they needed to submit a ticket to their shipping team to make the correction. They assured me that they would call me if there were any issues. Two days later, I noticed a charge of $44 on my account, which was double the cost of the order for shipping only. I called to inquire about the charge and they told me that it was an error since it was a promotional order. They said they would refund me.
Later, I received an email from the company with a shipping address listed as "San Diego," but it didn't include a specific address. So, I called again to make sure that the package was going to the correct address. They informed me that it was not and said they would update it. They promised to call me back on Monday to confirm the changes via email. However, I didn't receive any call on Monday. Frustrated, I called them back on Thursday because the gift I ordered was needed by a specific date. They informed me that the package had already been shipped to the incorrect address. When I explained that this was my fourth or fifth call regarding this issue, they told me that they would not provide any refunds and would ship it to the correct address instead. I told them that I no longer needed the gift due to their incompetence, but they insisted that it was their policy.
Currently, I am disputing the overcharge with my company and seeking a refund for the entire amount. I paid more than necessary for a product that I will not receive. Dealing with this company has been a complete hassle from the moment I placed the order. I made multiple calls, but they were unable to resolve anything, even though the issues were very clear.
I received a promotional email offering a 75% discount, but when I went to the order form, the discount was only 65%
I received a promotional email offering a 75% discount, but when I went to the order form, the discount was only 65%. I sent an email to inquire about this and received the following response from CanvasPeople on August 25, 2022, at 5:13 PM (5 days ago):
"Thank you for reaching out. We apologize for any confusion caused by the discrepancy in the discount. Our promotional email stated a 75% discount, but the order form only reflected a 65% discount. We understand your frustration and apologize for the inconvenience. We will make sure to address this issue and ensure that our future promotions are accurately represented. Thank you for bringing this to our attention."
I appreciate their response and their acknowledgment of the mistake. However, I still feel disappointed that I couldn't place my order at the advertised promotional price. It seems like they completely missed the point. Trying to place an order at the promotional price, only to have the system not accept the discount, is unethical and potentially illegal. It's false advertising, and I hope they take steps to rectify this issue.

Disappointing Quality: My Experience with CanvasPeople Canvas Prints
Got my canvas from CanvasPeople and it came on time, which was good. But when I saw the print and the way it was built, I was disappointed. I usually use other services for my canvas prints, but I got a coupon for a big discount at CanvasPeople and I thought I'd give it a try. I wanted to decorate my studio with a canvas print of my own work, since I'm a professional photographer and I know how to prepare a file and make a canvas look great. But the quality of the final print was so bad that I wouldn't even give it away. I was really disappointed because I was hoping to save some money and still get a good print. I have since ordered a print from another company, using the same file, and it turned out gorgeous. I can't recommend CanvasPeople, unfortunately.
High Shipping Cost and Misleading Deals: A Review of [Company Name]
The shipping cost is just too much, I mean, come on! I was expecting a reasonable 10-12 dollar shipping fee, but boy was I in for a surprise when I saw the actual price. It was way higher than I anticipated. And don't even get me started on the so-called "deal" where the 11x14 canvas was crossed out with a price of $106.00. Who are you trying to fool with that? I'm sorry, but you're not fooling anyone. I appreciate the free canvas, but let's be real here, I'm not saving $106. A regular 11x14 canvas costs about 35 bucks through a pro lab. Your site loses credibility when you try to pull off stunts like that.
But, I have to say, I did enjoy saving the $15 dollars and I will definitely be back because of the convenience of your site. Thank you for that!
Deceptive Shipping Costs: My Experience with CanvasPeople
So, I was scrolling through my Facebook feed and saw an ad for CanvasPeople. It said that I could get a free canvas print of my favorite picture, all I had to do was pay for shipping and handling. I thought, "Hey, that's a pretty good deal!" and clicked on the ad.
I was taken to their website and started the checkout process. The shipping and handling cost was supposed to be $1.95, but when I got to the end of the checkout, the total cost had jumped up to $34.87! I was pretty upset about this because I felt like I had been deceived. I only proceeded with the purchase because I had been thinking about getting a canvas print of my grandson for a while.
Now, I know that I could have gotten the same canvas print for less at Sam's Club or Walmart, but I really don't like going to stores. I prefer to do my shopping online. However, I don't think I'll be using CanvasPeople again for any future purchases. Deception is a big pet peeve of mine, and I don't appreciate being misled.
Overall, I would say that if you're thinking about using CanvasPeople, just be aware that the shipping and handling cost might not be what you expect. Make sure to double-check the total cost before you hit that "buy" button. And if you're like me and don't like being deceived, you might want to look elsewhere for your canvas prints.
Affordable and High-Quality Canvas from CanvasPeople - A Review
I gotta say, I'm really happy with the canvas we got from CanvasPeople. The price was super reasonable and the quality is really good for what we paid. We even dropped it by accident and it didn't get messed up at all! I was really impressed by that.
The only thing that kinda bugged me was when I tried to use a link for a free canvas (just had to pay shipping), but when I went to check out it was giving me a different deal - 75% off and discounted shipping. I had to close out of the browser and start all over again to get the right deal. It was a little annoying, but at least I caught it before I paid way too much for the canvas.
Overall, though, I'm really happy with the canvas we got and I would definitely recommend CanvasPeople to anyone looking for a good deal on a quality canvas.
CanvasPeople Mask Review: Limited Editing Options, No CDC Approval, but Affordable and Decent Quality
When I uploaded my own photos for a mask on CanvasPeople, I found that there weren't enough editing options available. It would have been nice to have more control over the placement and size of the image. Additionally, I wish there was a way to preview what the finished product would look like before making a payment.
One thing that was disappointing was that there were no pictures of the inside of the mask or any close-ups of the adjustable string. It would have been helpful to see these details before purchasing.
While it would have been great if the masks were CDC approved, they are not. However, the prices are very reasonable compared to what I would have paid bootleggers for a mask. I do wish that CanvasPeople sold filters or suggested adding a filter to the mask for added protection.
Finally, I think it would be a nice touch if there was an option to add personal text to the mask instead of just uploading a picture. This would allow for even more customization and personalization.
Overall, while there were some limitations with the editing options and lack of detailed photos, I was happy with the price and quality of the mask I received from CanvasPeople.
CanvasPeople Review: Website Needs Improvement, Limited Editing Features
I gotta say, I had some trouble with CanvasPeople. I wanted to zoom in just a little bit and center my photo, but every time I tried to zoom, it cut off the arms of the people in the picture. And when I wanted to see what my photo would look like in sepia or black and white, I had to place my order first - not cool. Plus, they don't have any other features like color accent, which is a super easy thing to add with software.
And let me tell you, it's way too easy to accidentally add a pillow to your order. I was just trying to scroll up to find the regular "place order" button, but I ended up adding a pillow I didn't even want. And then I had to tell them "no thanks" to something I never even put in my cart in the first place.
Overall, I'm not super impressed with CanvasPeople. They need to work on their website and make it easier to use.
High Shipping and Handling Fees at CanvasPeople: A Review of Quality Products with a Catch
I recently ordered two canvases from CanvasPeople using a promo code that promised a small shipping and handling fee of $4.99 per canvas. However, when I received my order, I was shocked to see that I had been charged almost $50 for shipping and handling! I went back to the promo email to see if I had missed something, and sure enough, in the fine print, it said that the small basic canvas with no frame was the only exception to the shipping and handling fee.
I was disappointed to see such a high shipping and handling fee, especially since CanvasPeople is a business that surely has a shipping contract. It seems like they are trying to make a profit off of the shipping cost, which is not fair to the customer. If they want to charge a high shipping and handling fee, they should apply it to the items being purchased and charge an appropriate amount.
Despite this issue, I do appreciate the quality of the canvases that CanvasPeople produces. They are well made and look great on my walls. However, I would feel much better about my purchase if I was paying for the item itself, rather than $25 for shipping. Overall, I would recommend CanvasPeople for their quality products, but be aware of the shipping and handling fees before making a purchase.
Disappointing Customer Service from CanvasPeople: My Experience with Missing Order and Poor Quality Print
from you about this issue. I'm disappointed with the lack of customer service from CanvasPeople.
I recently ordered a canvas print from CanvasPeople and unfortunately, my experience has not been great. Firstly, my order #[protected] is missing and according to FEDEX, they left it at my door. However, I have checked with my neighbors and no one has seen it. I have contacted CanvasPeople and they have not responded to my email. I am currently having FEDEX investigate the matter.
In addition to this, I also had an issue with the cropping of one of my pictures. The picture was terribly cropped and I had to add a border to see if it would help when placing it on the canvas. I was disappointed to find out that the canvas does not have to be the picture edge to edge, and that the picture can be placed in the center with a border around it. I have also contacted CanvasPeople about this issue and have not received a response.
Overall, my experience with CanvasPeople has been disappointing. I expected better customer service and attention to detail when it comes to the quality of their products. I hope that they can improve their services in the future.
CanvasPeople Review: High-Quality Prints, Reasonable Prices, and Top-Notch Customer Service
I gotta say, I was a bit confused when I saw the offer for a free 11x14 canvas on CanvasPeople's website. I mean, who doesn't love free stuff, right? But when I tried to purchase some other canvases as well, I noticed that the prices on the free canvas offer site were much higher than the non-free offer site. I was pretty bummed out about it, to be honest. It didn't feel like much of an offer to me.
Despite my disappointment, I decided to go ahead and place an order anyway. I mean, the other prices seemed pretty reasonable, so why not? This was my first time ordering from CanvasPeople, so I wasn't really sure what to expect. I have a bunch of pictures that I've been wanting to turn into canvases, so I was really hoping that these prints would turn out well.
Overall, I have to say that I'm pretty happy with my order. The canvases look great, and the quality is really impressive. I'm definitely going to be ordering from CanvasPeople again in the future. I just wish that the free canvas offer had been available on the other site, too. Maybe next time I'll be able to take advantage of that deal.
All in all, I'd definitely recommend CanvasPeople to anyone who's looking for high-quality canvas prints. The prices are reasonable, the quality is great, and the customer service is top-notch. If you're looking for a reliable and trustworthy company to turn your favorite photos into beautiful canvases, then CanvasPeople is definitely the way to go.
Terrible Customer Service and False Promises: My Experience with CanvasPeople
I had a really bad experience with CanvasPeople. I ordered a canvas print from them, but they cancelled my order without even asking me. I was really disappointed because I was looking forward to getting my canvas. The checkout process made it seem like I would get my product sooner than expected, but that was not the case.
When I spoke with a representative, they kept apologizing and saying they were sorry, but they didn't offer any solutions or ways to make it right. I was really frustrated and upset with their lack of customer service.
After this experience, I will never shop with CanvasPeople again. I found out that I could get better service and faster production at my local Walgreens. When they cancelled my canvas, a colleague suggested that I try Walgreens photography for the same canvas prints.
I went to my local Walgreens and was blown away by the quality of their prints. I had my canvas within 24 hours and it was framed for 50% less than what CanvasPeople charged. I was really impressed with the quality and the price. CanvasPeople upcharge for everything they do, but Walgreens gives you the best quality for one price.
Don't be fooled by all of CanvasPeople's advertising. They don't deliver on their promises and their customer service is terrible. If you want a high-quality canvas print, go to Walgreens instead. You won't be disappointed.
