After reading all the negative reviews I was very skeptical, but the very attractive prices on the auto parts that I was interested in made me decide to go for it. So I had my order ready to send online but had a question to ask them about one of the parts in the order. After a 2 minute wait (not bad) on the phone, a very kind and knowledgeable person answered all my questions and informed me that I could save another FIFTY DOLLARS by ordering on the phone with her (no problem there). Parts were shipped the same day via FedEx ground. The auto body parts arrived in professional packaging and were as advertised (cool). I give carpartswholesale 5 stars.

Don't expect customer service after recieving your product. This company will not return an email or pick-up the phone unless you are placing an order. They charge a very high core deposit and do not give you any information on how to return the used or replaced product. I had to navigate their website to find a return aurthorization form. After filling it out I immediately recieved a thank you (probably general) email telling me that I would recieve another email with a return authorization number in 2-3 days, and if I didn't they gave instructions to email them again. After almost 2 weeks of no reply or RA#. I decided to call. They will not answer to phone. My next step will be to send to core product back to them with a letter. If they do not return the core deposit within a week I will consult my bank. Be careful with www.carpartswholesale.com.

Today I received my Mazda Fuel Filler Neck from wholesalecarparts.com. I got the more expensive one (the Dorman) for $129.33 + $8.51 shipping, $2.04 “handling”, and a weight of 3.90 lbs. With tax it was over $150.00.

I do not recall ever seeing such poor packaging, especially for a relatively expensive item. Starting with the 1) cheap grade of cardboard, and moving on to the 2) thin, flimsy tape, the 3) under use of tape, and 4) no packing material, the part was literally falling out of the box by the time it got to my door. It arrived with the whole length of the top of the package caving in, with big open places in the box where the tape was torn away; the box was caving on top, becoming convex on the bottom, and the heavy item had broken through the tape in several places.

Amazingly enough, the round flat metal plate (that has to fit flush and be screwed on to the truck body) doesn’t seem to be damaged. I did take pictures of the box, however, and I WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING AGAIN FROM WHOLESALECARPARTS, COM

packaging was poor especially for such a expensive item...customer service is a voice mail which calls you at night when no one is answering the phone

Afdter placing an order on Friday, the following Thursday I still hahad NO shipping/TRACKING information from them.
Thier "Customer Support" group are complete ignorant robots who are trained to say things like: "Well I do not see any information, sir, please call back tomorrow." OR "We ar experiencing technical difficulties at this time so I can not help you".

It is 9 days since original order placement and still can't get ANY shipping info, OR my ordered canceled and $$ returned...

I agree with this person.." I WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING AGAIN FROM WHOLESALECARPARTS, COM"

Do not order parts from WHOLESALECARPARTS.COM. Just read the return policy or give their customer service a call before you order and you will see why. They sent me the wrong part then refused to return or refund. This web site is part of the US Auto Parts, Inc. network, which includes autopartswarehouse.com and partstrain.com. The parent company's web site is http://www.usautoparts.net. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS .

Placed order for set of shocks as listed on wedsite. Only one shocked arrived. Car Parts Wholesale called this a set and as soon as I called them on this they pulled the part listing. Customer Service is the worse I have ever encountered. Multiple hang ups on there end, they say it was I who hung up. Each promised to fix problem, wait week, call again-they hang up, call back they hang up, etc etc etc. Finally I asked for return authorization for part. Took 2 plus weeks to receive the return authorization. Still waiting for refund which is now over 3 months. Was able to have shocks installed for less than Car Parts Wholesaler was asking. I would never order from this company and would tell everyone else to go else where!

this company double billed my credit card. they placed a hold on the initial payment and then charged my card a second time. they got paid but did not reverse the hold. 7 days later and i am still waiting for a resolution

I have an order from last year and they never answered any of my 11 mails. All parts in the order were damaged because of horrible packing, and 4 parts of 7 were wrong. Now I gave them another chance and they shipped the wrong parts again, impossible to contact them. You can send a mail, but you'll never get an answer. Finally I used the chat and got people that blamed the company that car parts wholesale buy from, how is that going to help me? After all this they have blocked me because they don't want to answer my questions, so now I can't even go into their site. Unbelievable, screwed me for over 300 dollars and 50 hours of my time. NEVER AGAIN NEVER Big Block 540

I own a car dealership in ohio and i purchased two sets of headlights for a g35 coupe. when i received the box it only had 1 set of headlights in it. the seller wouldnt return any of my calls and
i tried to get ebay to step in and they wouldnt do anything either. Be aware if you order more than one item you will get no response from the seller and good luck getting your money back. So i paid $599.90 for a set of
headlights that cost $299.00

I ordered an exhaust system from this company and oh what a a mistake! I paid a mechanic to do the installation on my Nissan Armada which isn't cheap because of the amount of time involved. Well, two months following the installation and all gaskets are shot meaning they are no good. The gasket material used is inferior, and when I contacted carpartswholesale, they asked me to send the junk gaskets back so that they could do an evaluation and determine whether or not they are covered under replacement. I asked if they had planned on using the same type of gasket when sending new ones, and they replied yes, if they found that the gaskets were in fact defective. So since I have to pay the mechanic twice already, I don't believe it is a good idea to take a chance and have to pay him 3 times over $30 dollars worth of gaskets. I spent close to $1, 000 with carpartswholesale for the 4 catalytic converters needed for my Armada, and they couldn't have the decency to at least use a decent gasket. Run from this company because they have no conscious.
