Car Parts Wholesale.com review: Scam ?? Or not??? 1

I desided we would buy or hood from Car Parts Wholesale.com . I researched buying this hood from several other dealers and dealerships . I called the company and talked to the rep in service to make sure this hood would fit our truck . I called twice to make sure talking to 2 differant people . They both confermed that this hood would fit my truck . I made the 600- order from my bank card. I got the first e-mail saying i had ordered a hood and the second e-mail said congradulations you were approved ((LMFAO of course i was i paid 600- and my bank card is good . ))) It took the money same day . The guy said the hood would be shipped the following day and i would recieve an e-mail with the shipping number's (tracking ) On monday i still had not recieved it . 5 days later. I called CS and they told me it was in processing still . I asked how IN THE HELL was it still processing when my payment had already gone through and the guy said it was already shipped . He said i'm sorry maa'm but there are several other place's we order from and as soon as they send us the tracking number we'll send it to you .
So nothing ..Wensday i called them again and demanded to talk to someone in charge . The guy applogized to me about what they HAD told me before. The hood will take up to 7-14 days to recieve and 2-4 working days to get a tracking number . They send out their order's to differant warehouse's and when the wharehouse get the shipment ready they send it then update in the computer then send it to them the tracking and so on . So i told them ok so i guess it is ok for your CS to lie to me about when we will recieve the hood and everything else in between . That if i do not recieve my hood by end of next week i will go to my bank and submitt a fraud report and ask for a chargeback takeing my email's and their phone' numbers with me . Oh and this was the wrong group to mess with . We are here on a Military Base and well frankly i don;t think they relized that till today when i mentioned it and he said they will put high Priority on it but kinda a shame as without the hood it doesn't go to paint this week . I wouldn't use this company again as if you can't trust the people on the phone who make it sound peachy fine when makeing an der to make their company or who ever look good. I know they are paid by the sale but why lie ? At least if i had known the truth i would have waited to call and would have set a relistic date to go to paint with these trucks .Now if i recieve the right part and evan if i reveieve the hood it will be a amazing
