Carasso Motors Ltd (Car Importer), Garage-Manor Petah Tikva - Alexander Yanai Street 17 review: unable to get reliable service for nissan qashqai

Please, your help.
My name is Izhak Farladansky, from Israel, electronic engineer, more then 30 years expirience in HEWLETT PACCARD and AGILENT Technologies.

Problem:
In April 2017 purchased from official diller Nissan Qashqai 1.6 turbo diesel, MY 17 GR
More then 6 months ago, during regular driving, on the dash poped up a message "front radar unavailable due to obstraction" with a sign of "Emergency Brake Off".
After 1-st case it happened many times, not every day, but some days twice during the day.
I documented( filmed) this information, printed it and after that turned to the autorized service (Manor garage).
I provide them with all pictures i had and explained that the problem is intermittent and appears during driving only.
They cleaned the sensors and told me that they don't see any problem.
All my efforts to convince them that the problem exists were unhelpful.

I found, that the sensor frequently deactivates itself wich is accompined by the warning message "front radar unavailable due to obstraction".
May be the sensor is the problem? I don't know.
But i i know for sure, that i deserve reliable service and my Qashqai free of any message.

Please, your help.
May be garage people are not provided with relevant service information(like service notes) to deal with such problems.
