I can see the pattern of unprofessionalism from this company, it's the insulting to think that if I stole $200 dollars I'd get arrested, you can't tell that when an ATM is serviced and there is video cameras in CVS, on top of that the ATM did not disperse my funds , and all the safe guards these machines have, that have an extra $200 was counted on your...

ATM withdrawal- Terminal VSD39647 at CVS
We tried to withdraw $400 from this ‘Citibank’ ATM with Citi Debit Card.
We got the receipt of $400 withdrawal but no cash was dispensed. We have notified Citi Bank and lodged a dispute and informed CVS where the ATM machine was placed.
We called the 800 number on ATM machine twice. Each time we were put on hold for a ‘different’ department or ‘manager’ for a total time of almost an hour. We have not been able to get a response. CVS tried to call for us. I believe they are still waiting for someone to respond .
This is not acceptable for a much needed resolution to an ATM dispute.
Will never use such third party ATM machines again.
Desired outcome: Our account should not be charged for money not dispensed.

I was unable to make a withdrawal from machine #XFC14003. Called to speak to a representative. They were unable to pull up the transactions so they transferred me back to the main menu. I spoke to another representative, had to start from the beginning. I was put on hold while the representative looked into it but ended up back at the main menu again. Spoke to a third representative who transferred me directly to someone else. This fourth representative put me on hold after recounting my issue for a fourth time. I was then disconnected. I have talked with my back to ensure there is nothing wrong with my card or the funds and I have been assured everything on my end is fine. I will no longer be using this machine as the service is incredibly terrible.

Called at Budgens at 9.45 am this morning 19/02/23 to withdraw £30. I went through the whole procedure but no money received. I went into Budgens and spoke to a member of staff who came out and attempted to withdraw £10 from his account but he had the same problem no cash was forthcoming. I am concerned that someone could use ATM and take my £30.

I called Don Pier asking about purchasing multiple ATMs. Don became angry when I asked questions about the sales process. He told me, , I'm here to sell ATMs and I have a desk full of work.'
I asked him if he was angry and he confessed, yes he was. I asked him why and he said, ‘you basically told me I don't know
What i am doing.' I never thought anything like that. I asked questions about the ATM sales process because I'm new to the field and I thought he was a precessional. Boy was I wrong.

In all of my years of buying and selling this was the absolute worst sales experience I have ever had.

I have noticed an employee of yours Tremone and Tiffany Marsh go drinking and smoking pot on their lunch breaks at our establishment. I was able to get Tiffany Marsh name because she wears her work badge out in public around The Star, this doesn't demonstrate your company's core values and is a bad look for your company. I have witnessed these two on multiple occasions having drinks and smoking headed back to their cars.

i used the atm to withdraw cash. i was charged the atm fee. i was also charged for a balance inquiry i did not do i was charged for one from savings account which i didn't even enter the account number for 2.00 for each. i found when checking my account online. the bank said i did the balance inquiry. have never do inquires accept at home. i talked to machine company and they said talk to my bank. my bank is atlantic.
