Carebox review: Administration CQC policies

I requested the Carebox.uk to prepare CQC policies for my clinic, I was given maximum of 10 days to complete. They ask for 50% deposit before they start the work which I paid. This was a big mistake, it has been over 6 weeks and still there is nothing from. They do not respond to the phone calls, it appears as though this is not a genuine company, I believe they take deposit from customers but have no intention of doing any work. Their terms are they do not refund deposit, but if they are not preparing the work that you have paid the deposit for how can they not refund the deposit. CAREBOX.UK is not recommended, take your custom elsewhere please, save yourself time and stress.
