The writer I was assigned to simply reformatted my submitted resume, without incorporating any of the changes or updates I had specifically requested in the information for resume section. I reached out to their customer service team to raise my concerns, but was disheartened by the lengthy wait times and lack of immediate assistance. After expressing my disappointment with the quality of their work, I was told that my case would be "investigated" within 5-7 days. As you can imagine, this did not leave me feeling reassured or confident in their services.

At this point, I am in the process of requesting a refund. Honestly, if I could give them 0 stars I would. My best advice to individuals looking to utilize a resume writing service is to write your own resume as I strongly believe there are better sources of assistance available.
