I do not want to subscribe to any ringtones program or any thing else I only wanted to buy some ringtones and I received text that I was subscribed to a lot of programs I will not go in to AT&T wireless on the internet again all they do is subscribe you to whatever they want you to. I had this problem myself so i called my carrier and they stop "Premier text messages" from billing your account! How cool is that! Anyhow saves another "phone bill" that's a complete scam... Well GOOD luck i have sprint and they were really understanding!

I feel I should be refunded my money that was charged to my bill! You said free. I did not even finish filling out the web page to get any free ringtones. I did not text back that I did not want the jokes because I did not know how! I did not know I was being charged $5.99 each time until I got my bill. I did not want the jokes from the start as they were very dumb anyway. I never signed up for jokes nor did I get any ring tones! I want a refund for my $29.95 and $3.00 for my text messaging as your jokes were the only messages I have ever received. I will not pay for something I did not want in the first place

I know you people better be refunding the twenty dollars you just stole from me today, stick these ringtones up your ###, give me back my money... thieves...

i have a charge of 9.99 on my bill and sent a STOP notice and got a text back saying i was not a member of this service so why am i getting charged for this. take it off my phone or i will be taking this to an attorney how dare you charge me when i am not a customer...

I know this comment is redundant... I DON'T WANT TO BE CHARGED AGAIN FOR THIS SERVICE.. apparently this site has scammed many people out of the 'SO-SAY" complimentary service they were to provide... it list many reputable groups to get their music "I wonder how would they feel if they knew many of their fans were scammed with their names as a FRONT...

We really need to find out where we can file complaints against this type of activities I know there should be someone we can contract... BECAUSE THIS IS A SCAM... Scary! I also thought i was getting a free ringtone i just got the same message as everyone else that i'll be charge 19.99. I contacted my carrier and let them know that that's not what agree on. remove me from your list

i thought i was getting free ringtone and then i get this message for five dollars and 99 cents charged to a company phone you people have better wise up and not get involved with more than you can handle .furthermore stop sending me this irresponsible ###.

I received an E-mail stating they were going to charge my account $9.99 a month. I never signed up for this service to begin with. I discovered the complaint board and realized I was among several people in the same boat. Now, what I would like to know is how do you get it stopped?
