I am not interested in this transaction. I thought it was going to be for free, which evidently isn't the case. I am being charged 20 points, whatever that means. Please cancel and credit accordingly. I would appreciate it if you would address this in a timely manner and get back with me by separate e-mail

In reading the above posts it does not appear that you are honoring your customers requests to discontinue service. Your add says nothing about signing up for anything and being charged $19.99 a mo for it.
I am not interested in receiving text messages from you in any form as I will be charged for this service by my cell phone carrier. Do not send jokes or any other correspondence. I am sure that I will be billed for receiving the text. PLEASE HONOR MY REQUEST AND CANCEL AS REQUESTED ABOVE. I SEE NO NEED TO PAY FOR A RINGTONE WHEN I HAVE ONE FREE THAT CAME WITH MY PHONE. I just went on your website and was supposed to get a complimentry ringtone for FREE and instead they charged me ten dollars a month that I DONT WANT!I want you people to take ths crap off my phone because you shouldnt scam people to get money. I want this crap taken off my phone now.

I did not authorize these ringtones to be sent to me not did I authorize your company to be billing me for these. I will not be paying for something that I do not want. I will be forced to also seek legal action should this matter not be resolved immediately. I will looking foward to my 20 credits be put back on my phone immediately. i clicked on the site to get ringtones and was charged twenty dollars just for putting in my cell phone number

This morning I recieved a text. (Your CSW subscriptions is renewed 6 credits left) an was charged 9.99 to my GO Phone. I texted back to stop now. It was stopped but I no longer had the credits that I had already paid for an was not credited back the 9.99 that I was charged. Please credit this back to my account. I bought the frist month of ring tones because I was led to believe that it was free. It also cost me 9.99. I do not want to have to go to the BBB but I will. I also clicked on the site that said 1 free ringtone. I never downloaded any ringtone but immediately began getting text messages from the 717-69. I never wanted to sign up for anything and then I recieved a text saying I was subscribed.

I asked for free downloaded ringtones a few days late i started received text messages of jokes it is charging five ninety nine to my phone a day and i tried to send a text to cancel and it said command not recognized.

I see that your company is an scam and I don't like that all. I would like my $19.99 back because it wasn't your place to take my money if you offer free ring tones. With all these cases against you I could have an nice case in Small Claim Court the phone number [protected] is bull nobody calls you back or pick-up they pick-up and then they hang-up on you. Complimentary ring tones caused me to get charged for things I do not want, then when resigning my request I get "not recognized". Can't find away to cancel!

My complaint is pretty similar to others. I started recieving unwanted texts and charges on my phone and I want them off.
No more Jokes, horiscopes, anything. I thought I stopped this once before now it is back again! I want to be sure I am completely done... Please let me know!

I received a message on myspace that stated free ringtone but once you get it, they also sign you up for tehre service automatically and u have to pay 9.99 a month. Luckily I kept the # they sent along with it and was able to cancel over the phone.

I received a text message my account was charged for $19.99 on the 21st of january 2008., I did not subscribe for any service, they advertised a free ringtone in a magazine. I dont know how to stop it, but i think they only have records of the phone numbers so if we allchange our numbers we can protect our selves against the unauthorized charges.

I do not want anymore of this stupid jokes on my phone anymore. I will not pay for them again. Your service was a scam and everyone should know this.
