I paid for something i thought was a one time free ringtone and agreed to your service when i found out that is was saying a monthly charge i hurried and canceld and was charged anyway that was payment for my monthy cell service so please credit it back before YESTERDAY thank you very much Amy.

YOU BETTER REFUND MY ACCOUNT OR AT LEAST GIVE ME THE SERVICE THAT YOUR CHARGING ME FOR OR YOULL RECIEVE A EMAILS EVERY DAY ALL DAY AND PHONE CALLS e-MAIL AJACKS20082WINDSTREAM.NET.

I did not want this service, money was deducted from my account automatically without my consent, I want my money back and its foul that my carrier cant even correct this matter! Someone or some people really need to really get behind this trickery!

Stop texting me and charging my account with the dumb joke's you send. Take me off your list.

I have also been scammed, I use prepaid minutes and this thing has completely deleted all my minutes. I signed up for free ringtones and then was sent jokes, and they weren't even good jokes. How can these so called company get away with this? I do not want this on my phone or want to be billed for this, I have called several times and it seems very convenant that all represenitives are always busy and never return the calls. Take this off of my phone at once.

I was charge 30.00 for 5.99 text that I didnt even wanted nor order on my bill.Whether I except the text or not I am still being billed.I ask to stop text 2mos ago and yall are still billing me.I want these charges off my bill.[protected]

I ask for a free download ringtone and I got a text with a joke.Then I found out $6.99 was taken from my prepaid account and i replied stop back to that number and now i want my money back.

They did not tell me that they would be charing me and I want to get rid of my subscription. This is a gisgrace please give me a way to get rid of it.

I downloaded for the free trial and I received a
text message this morning telling me of a monthly
fee, please unsubscribe.

I was charged 19.99 for a FREE ringtone and signed up for some club that I don't even know what it is. I send a text and said to cancel.They said it was cancelled, I asked for my money back, their answer, Sorry ur command is not recognized. They took my money, I didn't get my FREE ringtone. They should be sued, everyone should get their money back. I don't understand how they can get by with this.

They advertize FREE ringtones and than charge (.99 a month. They text message you to say they are renewing it but my text message to cancel it is unrecognizable You get an email address or a web site but it fails to down load. Time to contact the better business bureau about this screwed up rip off company. I have had it.

Please take this service off of my bill. I do not want this service. I cancelled this service a month ago and it is still showing up on my bill. You need to take this off. I will contact the better buisness bureau if it is not taken off. I got an email from yall saying that the service was cancelled, but it is still showing up on my bill. When i try to contact yall by phone, i am told that my command is not recognized. Now what kind of crap is that!
That means that i have no service but i am still paying for it.
Now take it off my bill.
