I just received the same message. I didnt use any service so I dont know what this is.

I totally agree with the prsons who complaining because I have also been charged for so something I did not or will not order. This subscription was nothing I wanted or needed, I did not authorize any charges to be deducted from my go phone like I have said before I WOULD APPRECIATE IT IF THIS COMPANY WOULD PUT MY MONEY BACK ON MY CELL PHONE. I DO NOT WANT YOU TO SEND ME A CHECK I WNAT MY MONEY POSTED BACK TO MY PHONE JUST AS FAST AS YOU TOOK IT OFF!

I did not realize that there was going to be charges of 9.99 on my phone! I did not authorize this! I did not appreciate adding 20 to my phone, and it being taken away because of this!

I don't want this service. I can't talk to anybody. I keep getting charged. This has to stop. What do I need to do?

I received a my space message from a close friend and it said i made a ring tone just for you enter your number and you'll get it. well i did thinking it was safe, then i got text saying that i am part of this club and owe so much a month. Its says that to cancel got the care@ringtonetimes.com but there is nothing there! Beware!

Please cancel my membership immediatly. This is a big scam.

i was sent a message saying that i cold get a free ringtone and now they are charging me 19.99 per month, something i ddnt ask for!

I received a message on myspace that stated free ringtone but once you get it, they also sign you up for tehre service automatically and u have to pay 9.99 a month. Luckily I kept the # they sent along with it and was able to cancel over the phone.

I went directly to SPRINT they were able to Unsubscribe simply by replying to they're text message with...(STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE)
Seconds later I had a reply that I was Unsubscribed. I hope this helps all who have fell for this con.

i got scammed by them also. the verizon people were very helpful in getting rid of them off my phone. you text message to the number 717-69 and then text stop. it will stop your charges and subscription. do it fast or it will show up on your bill. You can also have Verizon block those kinds of texts.

I do not want this or any other company sending me text messages. Please remove my cell phone number from your list. After today i will expect this to be taken care of and i will not receive any more calls. If you have any questions you may call me direct @ [protected].

care@ringtimes.com was advertised to be free. all i did was put my cell number in and automatilly they chaged me 9.99 a month. when i tried to cancell they took a nother 9.99 out of my account. i want my 19.99 put back on my cell number.

yeah this ###s need to put my minutes back they said in the book that comes with the phone to go to att/ring so i went there and was under the impression there was no charge and didnt even give me a chance to say yes or no before i could read all the details and took twenty dollars off my prepaid phone which only had 25 minutes on the damn phone so put that back on my phone now please or im dropping this phone company and me and my familly will go to t mobile or alltell

On July 4th I received a text message saying to receive a complementary free ringtone reply yes to 71769. I replied yes only to receive a free ringtone, next thing I know these scam artists took 9.99 out of my account balance with virgin mobile. Today not even ten minutes ago I spent about a half an hour with this stupid customer service representative who went on about how they dont do refunds.They are dead wrong because I didnt get a complementary ringtone or any ringtone period from them and they still dont want to refund my money. that ### got me pissed off. Ringtone Times is really a scam.

I have a friend that's a lawyer either my money gets put back on my account or I want stop till i have not just the componys job but everyone who works for them.

stop 71769 please put my money back on my phone.

I have recv'd at least 7 msgs in the last 3 minutes, after clicking on free download. When i saw that it was not free, i backed out. And still have all these god awefull msg coming to my phone. I do not want to be charged for this crap! I have replied that i do not want these, and it says that my "command is not recognized". Heaven forbid if this goes on my bill!

I do not want to be charged monthly for ringtones! I just wanted some free ones. It is not right to do this especially for christian ringtones. Please remove charges!

It said FREE complimentary ringtone. I clicked on it and it asked for my cell phone number. I put that in and then it asked me to put in the pin number that it sent. In the message with the pin number it said, " Enter it online and download at ringtonetimes.com! or txt YES. 20 downloads Value Club Combo@ 19.99/monthly.cxl txt stop.info txt HELP." I did NOT text YES! I did NOT want monthly downloads! I wanted ONE FREE ringtone! I entered the pin number and it sent me a text message that said, " UR subscribed 2 value club combo. 20 credits billed. $19.99/monthly" I want this charge removed! I didnt even get my free ringtone! I OWE NOTHING!
