please cancel the ringtone serivce, i am not happy with them. i am looking for gospel ringtones please cancel immediately. thank you p.m.

i never wanted anything from this, now i am paying $9.99 a month and not getting anything from it. i tried deleting the account but they keep on sending them.

Please remove the ringtone charge from my bill. I thought I was getting a free ringtone and I got charges a total of almost $40.00 for my first bill and now I'm being billed $19.99 each month. Please remove the charge.

I was browsing thru different download options on my Verizon cell on June 23rd 2008, and ringtone times sent me a txt message (while I'm browsing) that if I dont want the service, to txt back to them "STOP" so I did, when I got my Verizon bill sure enough the date, time and $9.99 billing was there under "data". I called *611 send, to Verizon, they gave me a phone number to call the ringtone jerks [protected]) of course a recorded message came back in some forgen language, then in english it said "this number is disconnected and there is no new number", what an illegal scam of the worse kind, so we Americans are just set up to be raped by whoever whenever, I'm sick sick sick of it, that money would have bought me almost 2 gallons of gas to go to work.

Ringtone Times is subsidiary of CSW, Cellular Service Worldwide. Their phone # is [protected]. My cell phone is through AT&T.
On 8/14/08 at 7:30 pm, I received a text message "Reply YES to 71769 & get ur complimentary ringtone." I scrolled down 5 lines and read "send yes to 71769"; so I sent YES, assuming it was something from AT&T. The next text message said "UR subscribed to Ringtone Times at $9.9/month. I immediatedly texted "CANCEL". Ther next text message said "ur cancelled" but they had charged my account $9.99. and after that they refused any more text messages from me.
When I did scroll down 16 more lines I found out there was a charge but the marketing was so slick that I can see anyone getting scammed. I eventually called AT&T and although they hemmed and hawed they finally refunded the $9.99. I asked them if AT&T had sold their cell phone customer database to a third party company. They refused to answer and tried to lay it at my door that I must have gone to CSW's web site (which I had not.)
I later called the parent company of Ringtone times (phone# Listed above)to ask if AT&T had sold them their dasabase and they admitted they had a marketing agreement with AT&T.

ANY LAWYERS OUT THERE? I think this could make a good Class Action suit aagainst AT&T. I am on the FCC do not call list. They have absolutely no right to sell my phone number to a marketing company. I encourage any one who would like to join in me in exploring a Class Action Suit against CSW &/or AT&T to contact me at giniomara@juno.com. Any Lawyer who might like to handle this, please contact me because I'm 'blue-skying' here. I don't know if this is a viable case. If you have not been refunded yet, keep after your service provider not CSW.Good Luck.

my son has a prepaid cell phone and he recieved the message thinking he was gonna get a free ringtone well now he has no money on his phone because they took the 9.99. he is only 11 yrs old that is so wrong. i have tried calling but im scared to put his number in and they want the cell number and if i do they could send more crap that will charge him when he gets enough money to put minutes on his phone. I don't want to change his number because thats the one all the family has to keep in contact with him. I think something needs to be done they are ripping off little kids that has no clue.

I received a text stating you can receive complimentary ringtones text to reply at a certain number, before I could reply, I received another one telling me that I would be charged 9.99 monthly, cxl stop HS. I'm like stop what! I did not authorize this! I tried logging on to this wbesite but it was not available the message I reeived was to try and log on later. I have been receiving stupid jokes on my phone for a year and being charged 9.99 a month.

Unfortunately, I used the free information to obtain a phone number. Once I received the number requested, I received a message for a free ringtone of which I DID NOT agree to. A few seconds later I received a text message that I was subscribed to these services and would be billed 9.99 per month. I immediately replied with a request to cancel the unauthorized services and I received a message 4Help go to care@ringtonetimes.com along with Sorry ur command is not recognized. Does anyone have more info that may be of help for stopping the subscrition as well as the billing? If those parties responsible for this nonsense are attentive to this site, please stop this ridiculous game and prevent further legal actions being brought up against you.

I went directly to SPRINT they were able to Unsubscribe simply by replying to they're text message with...(STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE)
Seconds later I had a reply that I was Unsubscribed. I hope this helps all who have fell for this con.
