I ask for a free download ringtones. a few days later I started receiving jokes on my cell phone. a text message came that said lsw subscription renewed @5.99 /weekly or 23.96 a month. I texted back and I don't want to renew. They sent back a text that said sorry ur command is not recognized. What a scam!

I did the same thing... thinking the ringtone is free..

To cancel subscription text cxl stop dh at 717-69 and you will get a text back that the subscription has been cancelled.

I don't want to be charged for this ringtone thing.
It's supposed to be free, but they bill me for it?!
PLEASE. Stop. I don't want to pay 19.99 a month for this.

I have been sent unwanted texted daily for two weeks or more and and may have been being charged through my phone bill this is unwanted, unwaranted, and unacceptable. I will be expecting a resolution of this matter proptly and if I have been billed a full refund as I have agreed to nothing. that is unless this is some scam that is being run in which case I will be contacting the better business bureau and or a lawyer or the proper governing agency. thank you for your time and take me off you list

I immediatly looked on the website and found that texting the them back the word "stop" stopped the service immediatley although i was still charged for the first ten dollars. This pisses me off to no end... its a horrible scam. people figure that since you arent putting youre credit card number in they cant charge you anything but apparently they found a way around that...

I was looking online to see how the ringtones worked and to see if I could find something I liked. I decided immediately that I did not really fine the specific artist I wanted and did not need special ringtones at my age. I tried to stop or undo any subscription or contract by phone message, but I cout not be clear as to whether all subscriptions or dealings had been canceled, as they were never used or even finalized as far as I could tell. My pinwas 7578 and I tried texting all the stop messages as instructed, but I still feel that i did not get unsubscribed. I wanted to make sure that since i have none of your services I will have nobeilling or further contact with your company (companies). I wanted my cancellation in writing to avoid any unpleasantness at a later date. Thank you, Anita Murray

I was online and saw an ad for ringtones, for Paul McCartney ringtones to be exact; I went to our website to find out what you had and what it cost, but I did not find anything that had anything to do with Paul McCartney; I decided I did not want any ringtone service but I was given a password. I tried to send the message to stop (my pin # was 7578), but I did not get any message back indicating that the so-called subscription that I had that I did not mean to sign up for since I was only browsing had been stopped before I received anything (within the same 5 minute period in which I was still browsing). It appeared to me that even though I had followed your instructions to unsubscribe to a subscription I never meant to accept in the first place, that I was not unsubscribed. I am therefore unsubscribing from my non-subscription within a few hours of visiting your website. I do not expect and service from your company or companies but neither do I expect to ever see any billing for any service as I never received any.

I went directly to SPRINT they were able to Unsubscribe simply by replying to they're text message with...(STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE)
Seconds later I had a reply that I was Unsubscribed. I hope this helps all who have fell for this con.

I went directly to SPRINT they were able to Unsubscribe simply by replying to they're text message with...(STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE)
Seconds later I had a reply that I was Unsubscribed. I hope this helps all who have fell for this con.

I strongly agree with the other complaints. I got text messaged that this company charged my top-up phone $9.99 then I complained and hung up on three times then they canceled this ringtone thing, but would not reimburse my money. I feel that this company is a froud. I hope everyone bans thios company. I only use my phone for emergency's now I have to buy another top-up card. I think Better Business B. should look into this rip off!

yeah i just signed up for this service because i thought it was free and they're charging me 19.99 and i still haven't received my ringtone and when i tried to get help they said your command is not reconized well i'm going to let my carrier know that i;m not paying for it!

I got a text on my phone that said i was subscribed to value club combo 20 credits billed for 19.99. I DID NOT SUBSCRIBE TO ANYTHING AND I WOULD GREATLY APPRECIATE IF THE MONEY BE ADDED BACK TO MY PHONE. I have a pay as you go phone and can not afford to keep putting time on it to just be ripped off.

Again this text came to my phone saying i had subscribed to ringtones I DID NOT SUBSCRIBE TO ANYTHING. I would like to know how to go about getting the money put on my prepaid phone that i use to stay in contact with my kids.This is the biggest scam i have ever seen and I WANT MY MONEY BACK ON MY PHONE. DO NOT EVER CONTACT MY PHONE OR COMPUTER AGAIN I AM FULLY PREPARED TO PRESS CHARGES BECAUSE YOU CAN NOT JUST TAKE MY MONEY.

what i would really like to know is why this so called company is still being aloud to take innocent peoples money. There are alot of complaints here and they are all the same. Hardworking people do not deserve to be taken advantage of and i really hope you enjoy the money u have stolen from me. I am a single mother barely making ends meet. I am afraid to even add money to my phone for fear that it will stolen again. I guess i will just get a new phone or have my number changed. Whomever is responsible for this scam u should be ashamed of yourself and one day the same thing is going to happen to u cause what goes around comes around. You people make me sick.

I was looking on the internet for rings, free ones, and all of a sudden my phone showed me that I was billed $19.99 for the Valve Club Combo @19.99/Monthly. I WANT TO cancel... AND MY MONEY BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT!

I was trying to bet a complimentary ringtone and this text came on my phone twice saying I was subscribed for $19.95 for ringtones. This showed up on my phone twice. Will you please see that this is taken off my phone immediately.
