Cargo review: Ice scrapers

I ordered 3 ice scrapers from this company in november, 2022. I finally received them on or about 1/2/2023, when I opened the packaging which was basically a plastic bag, all 3 were broken. I emailed the company immediately asking for a refund and a postage paid return label. I did not want a replacement as they are very cheaply made and can't imagine that they would actually scrape ice off my windshield. I received a reply a couple days later which stated that customer service had contacted the department that shipped the ice scrapers. That department confirmed that they had indeed shipped me the correct items and they would gladly refund me $2. I paid approximately $12 plus shipping, the wrong item was not my complaint. I emailed the cs drpartment again stating that the items were broken, not incorrect. And that I would like a full refund. I received another reply from cs stating that they again contacted the department that shipped the ice scrapers and they indeed shipped me the correct items.
