InterFlora UK - Anniversary disappointment

IN50524190801 I would have liked a decent quantity of fresh flowers. The smaller roses began to die after three days; none of the other blooms were special. There was a far greater proportion of greenery than of blooms, and the bouquet at £55 was such poor value that I could (and should) have gone to a supermarket. That would have saved me the £12 delivery...

InterFlora UK Pastel florist choice bouquet

Not delivered when they said ,supposed to be delivered according to my email it should have arrived on Wednesday the 13th even through I infact ordered it for Saturday the 16th even though they had my daughters phone number and address they keep saying that it,s been delivered I have spoken with daughter to see if it has arrived keep getting the same answer no . It was supposed to be a surprise not any more very disappointed.

InterFlora UK Interflora has had its day- unreliable

Having used Interflora online to purchase a bouquet for a friends birthday we were very impressed and so shortly afterward on wanting to buy flowers for a funeral we again ordered via interflora for collection. When my husband brought home the bouquet I was stunned.
It was atrocious! Flowers, the few there were, were quoted and dying!
We immediately contacted the local florist who speedily arranged collection and promised replacement free delivery.
This was in fact carried out but the bouquet was still atrocious!
For ?30 we had 3 'just surviving' roses and 3 unopened buds of kind with some greenery!
In our way to the cemetery we stopped and got 2 bouquets from a well known supermarket for less money and they looked absolutely lovely.
We threw the others in the bin as they were not even worth having around the house.
I can only say how humiliated I would be if flowers like this had been arranged for delivery ditect to our recipient!
Unfortunately I now know interflora are too unreliable.
If this is the service you get on collecting your own flowers and then the replacement is still unacceptable something is amiss.
Unfortunately on contacting Interflora website and complaining about the standard I received there were a couple of emails going back and forth about dates etc but unfortunately not even a decent apology or explanation for sub-standard service.
NOT acceptable when you have no faith in a company to deliver goods of standard.

InterFlora UK Online order cancelled 24 hrs later - “French town not covered by Interflora.co.uk

Wed 6th Sept - online order placed to a town in France.Accepted and confirmed.

Thurs 7th Sept - email “French town not covered by Interflora.co.uk.Order cancelled.”

I contacted Interflora France directly. YES we do deliver and await your order.

Via Facebook Messages - request order re-instated. After waiting 20 mins between each reply. Order refused. NO. So unhelpful.

I re-contacted France. Order accepted.

Friday 8th Sept - day of delivery: email repeating “French town not covered by Interflora.co.uk.

BUT my beautiful flowers had already been delivered. On time.

I lodged complained with Interflora.co.uk. And was informed by a Senior Complaint Officer - “but we have no member in that French town. That is the reason why this town is listed as non-deliverable on the Cloud IDD. We are unable to assist you further.” End of conversation.

Interflora.co.uk was very negative, unhelpful, disorganised. Could not be bothered to take time and help me.

Desired outcome: Enquiry into unhelpful Customer Services. Especially the Senior Complaints Officer. And update delivery details in France.

InterFlora UK Disappointing Flower Delivery: InterFlora UK's Misleading Website Photos

So, I ordered some flowers from InterFlora UK and let me tell you, I was pretty disappointed. The flowers I received were nothing like the photo on their website. I mean, I get it, they were in bud and all, but seriously, they were not what I expected at all.

InterFlora UK Disappointed with InterFlora's Flower Delivery: Wrong Order and Overpriced

Ordered some flowers for my son's girlfriend, who just had a new baby boy. Gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with what I got. I mean, come on, I ordered flowers on the right and ended up with flowers on the left. And to top it off, they charged me a whopping ?49.00 for it. Seriously, InterFlora, you need to get your act together.

InterFlora UK Disappointing Bouquet and Terrible Customer Service - Avoid Interflora at All Costs!

So, me and my old lady decided to splurge on a fancy bouquet for our daughter's big 4-0. We thought it would be a nice surprise, you know? But man, were we disappointed. Them flowers started drooping and wilting just two days after we sent 'em. Can you believe that?

Well, I ain't one to keep quiet when I'm unhappy, so I reached out to them folks at Interflora on the 28th. That's when my daughter spilled the beans about the sad state of them flowers. I told 'em straight up that we ain't satisfied and expected some sort of resolution.

But guess what? Them customer service folks had the nerve to tell me I was too late to complain! Can you believe the audacity? They basically said tough luck and left us hanging. Ain't that just downright appalling?

Let me tell ya, folks, steer clear of this company. They don't care about their customers one bit. Spend your hard-earned cash elsewhere, where they actually value your business. Trust me, you'll thank me later.

InterFlora UK Disappointing Christmas Flowers from Mary's Halifax, Outshined by M&S

I got some flowers from Mary's Halifax about 2 days back. I ain't got a clue 'bout how much they cost 'cause they were a Christmas pressie. There were only seven flowers, and the rest was all green stuff and 2 woody thingies - one was gold and the other looked like a teasel. Then I got some flowers from M and S the next day, and let me tell ya, they were way better. I didn't bother sendin' a pic to the person who sent 'em 'cause they looked so stingy as a gift.

InterFlora UK Disappointing Mother's Day Experience: Say Goodbye to InterFlora UK and Support Local Florists

I've been using InterFlora UK for a solid 10 years, man. Like, several times a year, you know? But I gotta say, after my recent experience, I'm waving goodbye to them for good. So, I ordered some Mother's Day flowers, right? And guess what? The flowers that showed up weren't even from the florist they claimed! And let me tell you, those flowers were far from fresh, my friend. And to top it all off, they had the audacity to give me 25% fewer flowers than what I used to get for the same price! Can you believe it?

Naturally, I decided to complain about this whole mess. But you know what I got in return? Just some generic, copy-paste reply. No personal touch, no effort to make things right. It's like they don't even care about their customers, man. And let me tell you, that's a deal-breaker for me. They've lost me forever, no doubt about it.

So, here's my advice to you, my fellow flower enthusiasts. Skip InterFlora UK and go find yourself a good ol' local florist. You know, someone you can actually talk to on the phone and build a real connection with. Trust me, it's worth it. Don't make the same mistake I did, my friend.

InterFlora UK Terrible Customer Service and Refusal to Change Delivery Address - InterFlora UK Review

So, I placed an order with InterFlora UK and boy, was I in for a disappointment! I mean, seriously, just seconds after I hit that order button, I found out that the person I was sending the gift to would be at a different address on their birthday. No biggie, right? I thought I could just give them a quick call and sort it out. But oh no, they weren't having any of it!

I reached out to them right away, asking if they could change the delivery address. And you know what they said? They flat out refused! Can you believe it? I mean, come on, it's not like I was asking for the moon or anything. Just a simple change of address. But no, they wouldn't budge.

So, I thought, fine, if they won't help me out, I'll just cancel the order altogether. Seems like a reasonable solution, right? Well, guess what? They didn't even bother to respond until a whole working day later. And what did they say? They said it was impossible to cancel the order now. Seriously? I mean, talk about terrible customer service!

I can't help but feel like they just took my money and then completely stopped caring about me as a customer. It's like they got what they wanted and then left me hanging. And the worst part? The gift I ordered was for a special 60th birthday celebration. And now, thanks to their lack of concern, it's completely useless. What a waste!

So, thanks a whole bunch, InterFlora UK. Thanks for nothing. I won't be using your services again, that's for sure.

InterFlora UK Disappointing Funeral Flowers: Avoid InterFlora for a Stress-Free Experience

So, we decided to get a basket of white and cream funeral flowers from InterFlora UK, and it was supposed to cost us ?60.00. But guess what? When it arrived, it was like half the size of what we expected, and it didn't even look close to what they showed in the pictures. We were so disappointed that we had to reject it right at the door. The florist who delivered it was nice and said sorry, but she also mentioned that InterFlora would give us a full refund. Well, turns out she was fibbing because now we're stuck fighting to get our money back. Can you believe it? Dealing with all this hassle during such an emotional time is just too much. Seriously, I strongly recommend avoiding InterFlora like it's the plague. Trust me, you don't need this kind of stress in your life.

InterFlora UK Interflora UK: Unreliable Delivery and Terrible Customer Service

I've been a member of the gold delivery account at Interflora UK for a good few years now. Gotta say, I've had my fair share of ups and downs with them. But let me tell you about the downs, 'cause that's what really matters, right?

So, on three separate occasions in the past year, I tried to send some beautiful flowers to my peeps. But guess what? Interflora UK hit me with a big fat "No delivery available to those addresses." Can you believe it? I mean, come on, guys! I just wanted to spread some floral love, and they shut me down.

Naturally, I had to turn to another flower delivery service that actually had their act together. They had no problem delivering to the addresses I wanted. No fuss, no hassle. Just smooth sailing all the way.

Now, you'd think that after all this trouble, Interflora UK would at least try to make it up to me, right? Well, think again. I reached out to them, asking if they could renew my membership for another year without charging me a penny. After all, I couldn't even use their service properly. But you know what they said? A big fat "No." Talk about awful customer service, am I right?

Needless to say, I won't be giving Interflora UK another chance. They've let me down one too many times. So if you're looking for a reliable flower delivery service, I suggest you steer clear of these guys. Trust me, there are better options out there.

InterFlora UK Interflora: A Disappointing Flower Delivery Experience

So, my buddies decided to send my missus some flowers from Interflora after she had a bit of surgery. Now, you'd think that with the extra dough they shelled out, we'd be getting some top-notch blooms, right? Well, think again. Those roses they sent looked like they were on their last legs, and it seemed like they just chucked them in with the rest of the bunch, hoping we wouldn't notice. Talk about a letdown!

Naturally, I took to Twitter to give Interflora a piece of my mind. But what did they do? They brushed me off and told me to contact the florist directly. Can you believe it? They were more than happy to take our hard-earned cash, but when it came to taking responsibility for their shoddy flowers, they conveniently passed the buck. Talk about dodging the bullet!

Let me tell you, folks, if you're looking for a reliable flower delivery service, steer clear of these amateurs. Save yourself the disappointment and find yourself a trustworthy local florist instead. Trust me, you'll thank me later.

InterFlora UK No delivery of flowers

On 5 Aug I requested a local florist (FLORAL CREATIONS Tel [protected] begin_of_the_skype_highlighting [protected] end_of_the_skype_highlighting) to send flowers via Interflora for my Mother's birthday on 7 Aug. On 7 Aug 4.30pm William from a florest in Benoni phoned to say he had the wrong address, yet he had sent flowers to the same address for Mothers' Day. He confirmed he had received the request on 5 Aug, with landline and cell no's, but at 4.30 on 7 Aug could not find the place. I requested that he deliver the flowers immediately, he refused, saying that he could only do it the next day, which was not my Mom's birthday. I told him not to bother, that he would not be paid for them. He said he didn't care, because through Interflora it takes 2 months to get your money anyway. I compained to the local florist, and she was told by him that I have a bad attitude. WELL REALLY! In the last 12 years I have sent flowers to my Mom while she was living in England, Australia & Dubai, yet it cannot happen in South Africa. He did not even try to phone my Mom, she was at home all day.

INTERFLORA AUSTRALIA

I had flowers delivered for a funeral as I was over seas for the service, to my dismay I returned to asked the recipient if they liked the flowers to find out that what was delivered was nothing like what I had ordered, also the card that I put a lot of thought into wasn't delivered either. I sent an email to interflora's customer service team to receive a response that was not only rude but made no sense.
The flowers I ordered were not what was received, the card was never delivered and interflora want me to send them a photo?
The email I received back from Tim at interflora was rude and did not help at all followed by a sign off saying ' we unfortunately cannot investigate this any further' unless I provide a photo, not sure I've ever been to a funeral where the recipient takes photo's of what is received and requesting a photo is embarrassing enough.
Adding to my embaressment this reflects poorly on myself and my family thanks to interflora's lack of care and customer service.
I followed my email up with a phone call after not receiving a response, they also told me that they can't do anything unless I provide a photo and that apparently the card was delivered ( which I can ensure it was not), I also raised my concerns with the initial email response and according to the supervisor there is nothing wrong with it.

So, not only did they change my flowers without my knowledge, they never wrote a card ( I checked this with the funeral director) and to top it off their customer service is a joke, but there is nothing I can do about this without a photo and in terms of the card it's my word against there's. When I requested to place a formal complaint against Tim I was also quickly shut down by a supervisor who says there is nothing wrong.

I highly recommend you do NOT order from interflora, ignore the adverts, this company is terrible.

paid $102. for 1 king protea, 4 small orange flowers and tee tree foliage. I will advertise and share with my colleagues, over 2000 i work with, my friends, family, and loved ones . not what you advertise.

I ordered 55 poundsworth of flowers as a table feature for Christmas. The order was made and accepted on 07/12/2011. My wife waited in all day and lo and behold the flowers never arrived. I called Interflora and all they could do was blame the courier. I paid Interflora not the courier for the flowers. I have been offered a full refund and a bunch of flowers as their way of saying sorry. I will never use Interflora again. The person who I spoke with on Chrstmas Eve, in Interflora, told a completely different story to the lady who I spoke with today. I kept explaining to them that they could not contact me by phone as I work on an oil rig in Far Eas Russia, but they still insisted on asking for a contact number they could call me on. So, in a nutshell, my one and only contribution to the family dinner table on Christmas day never got there. Like I said earlier I will never use Interflora again and will use the services of a local florist.
