The site has an explanation or meaning of certain things that some of us may not know. Like the different frames on my first ever order I order for the look which I still love. However I rarely wore them because they were heavy or fell down on my nose, plus I placed little nose grippers and still did not help and wasn't sure what I could do I knew I could no longer return.

This is my first time ordering contacts online as I normally order through the vision center where I go for my exam. This was a very easy process. I was a little hesitant because I needed to use my VSP vision insurance and other sites did not accept. Since this is a VSP company it was very easy to apply and I received a discount. Very pleasant experience. My new way of ordering contacts.

In the past, when I paid extra charge for quick shipping, I did not get the contacts in the promised fast time frame. Hopefully this will not happen this time. I paid an additional $18 to get the contacts in 2 business days from today. I am expecting contacts to arrive Tuesday Aug 2. Otherwise you need to reimburse me for the additional $18 fee you charged me for fast shipping. Thanks you

These are Progressive Prism lenses. I understand it starts with the prescription and getting that correct as possible. But, are Prism lenses more difficult to make? The last pair turned out tremendous. The one before took a couple of orders to get the Prism correct - On that pair, there were still some diplopia issues that were not resolved. It was not the prescription, but rather, the lenses.

The quality of the glasses are top notch. I got my eyes checked and decided to get a frame - Chanel and the lenses from them. I'm super glad I did though because I absolutely loved the frame. It was very stylish and chic, did not look like eyeglasses but like a pair of sunglasses. It was also branded which was pretty awesome. I do recommend them to everyone out there looking for a pair of glasses

As someone with a severe RX, I have spent close to 24 hours trying to find a pair of RX sunglasses, as I have recently decided to do away with contacts. I only found two other online stores who would take my RX (really hoping I'm not jinxing myself and y'all reject me once you see the Rx!). I also appreciate the try-on option and pretty styles. I'll admit I was hoping for a mirrored option, but very happy with the pair I ordered. Thanks so much, and I'll definitely be coming back for my next pairs of eyeglasses and sunglasses from here on out!

The frames feel cheap and flimsy. I have to go to the store to see if they can fix them. I cant return them or they will charge me to return them. I cant see reason why I was excepting my glasses but the came bent and dirty. It took longer than 10 days. Would I use this service again? Probably not.

Placed initial order on 3/29. Rcvd on 4/11 and wrong glasses were sent according to the pictured item on the site, sent pic to verify. After a couple of days waiting was told glasses pictured on site did not exist and the style I received was not correct, item pic on site was not correct for the style #. Somehow item was placed on site incorrectly. I was offered a refund or to replace for different style of equal or lesser value. Requested refund and recvd on 4/18. After all the mistakes made with my order on your behalf, there were no compensation made. I even had to call to get my shipping amount refunded. I have placed a new order today only because it is easier for me due to being disabled. This will be my last order with your company. It should not have been so hard to have this corrected. The mistake was made by your company. I was not even offered any type of compensation for all the inconvenience caused. I will also be sending a review to VSP.

On April 11th I placed an order for contact lenses. The prescription was validated on the 17th, I received the products on the 20th. I was dissatisfied with part of the order, read the return policy and that week sent back the opened box order per the return instructions. The return was acknowledged the same week.On May 6th I received emails if it was open box, I replied, then that they were having problems verifying the prescription from just weeks before. This has now been going on for three months and the doctor has since retired. I reached out via email on the 19th to ask this be escalated to a supervisor to come up with a resolution and I received an acknowledgement that they would do so, but no response. I returned this item per their return policy less than a week after receiving it for an exchange, and now I'm three months with no return, credit so I can use my benefit elsewhere, or the product to use. No issue filling out the order but return has been exercise in futility
Trying too order some glasses from the Eyeconic website, the first time I ordered they couldn't fill my order#EYECMO101485038, the guy called me and explained why they couldn't filled my order and why (my insurancewas still in another county and the way I ordered, my prescription wasn't strong enough). So before I ordered them again I made sure those problems were fixed, my insurance is out in Sac. County and I ordered the way the guy told me. This time my prescription was verified and excepted but they canceled my order#EYECMO101515001 again. This time no phone call or anything, just an email saying unfortunately the power on your prescription is outside of the parameters allowedfor this lens. When I sent an email to find out why my order was canceled without a phone call, the reply Unfortunately, once an order has been cancelled, we are unable to continue working on the order. Your benefits have been reinstated, so you will be able to apply them to the new order. I am sorry nobody reached out to discuss this matter. I am disabled, I can't drive myself around and my family works. Whole reason why I chose this website because it was convenient but it is turning out not to be such a good idea anymore
I paid $366.57 June 18th 2022 for contacts through eyeconic. It's been two weeks. And I don't have my contacts. My contacts are lost in the mail I suppose. All I want is a refund. So I can re-order my contacts. I need them. And use contacts daily to see. The eyeconic shipper is only two days shipping to my zip code. The place wants me to wait around for whoever to investigate the mail service. There should been insurance on my package. So eyeconic will get their money back either way.
False promises hinging on false advertising. They created false details to my order info, stating it was well over the price that it actually costs, and oddly enough they claimed I placed the order in a location I've never been to. I can't make that up. Then they waited days to contact my doctor to verify the prescription. They called once, left no message, and waited even longer. After receiving verification from my doctor, they still didn't take any action. They ultimately promised it would ship by July 14th with overnight shipping. As of July 15th, it is still in their possession with no apology nor explanation. Customer service is rude and dismissive. Now I must leave town without my legally required prescription eyewear, which means no driving, daily headaches, and exacerbation of my TMJ for over a month. All because of their repeated false promises and incompetence. These are real damages I intend to recover by any means necessary. Do not give these people your business. Beware.

I ordered a pair of prescription glasses on 12/28. After 3 days I get received an email stating that my order had been cancelled without any reason given. I attempted to call customer service 3 times after the email. Each time ended with me hanging up after waiting approx. 45 mins on hold. When I was finally able to contact someone they couldn't tell me why my order was cancelled. I placed another order the same day ,1/1 and it took 2 whole weeks for them to validate a prescription that came directly from my health care provider. I received an email on 1/13 stating that my order was being sent to a fulfilment center. As of today, 1/28 I still am waiting for my much needed glasses. I called this morning only to be put on hold for 40 mins before I finally hung up the phone. I will never spend money with this company again. I rely on my glasses for everything. I would have never decided to go with eyeconic had I known their customer service and delivery times were this awful. Over a month for a pair of glasses? Avoid this place at all cost.

I received a faulty pair of glasses (one of the lenses does not fit the frame). I provided images of the damage and Eyeconic confirmed it was a valid claim. HOWEVER, they will not send back a replacement until AFTER I ship and they receive my current pair. I am sorry, but with my vision, I can't afford to go 2-4 weeks without glasses. I just want a replacement sent and then I'll happily send back the old pair or a refund for faulty glasses.
I purchased a pair of glasses 3/1. January this year i noticed problems with the lens coating on my glasses. I called company and informed them of this issue that i started having before my warranty period expired. They responded in informing me that since my product was no longer under the 1 year warranty period they could do nothing for me. I purchased a pair of glasses through Eyeconic using my eye insurance because it was the company that my insurance suggested. I purchased the additional blue light lenses because their exchange statement said they would accept the glasses back for an exchange if I was not happy with the product. I asked them for an exchange and they said they would not provide a refund for the additional costs for the blue light filter. This is not listed on their website anywhere and is extremely misleading for consumers. I believe that the current language regarding their exchange is deceptive advertising. Additionally, their customer reviews are locked and the review page on their website has been removed. Multiple people are trying to reach out to them via social media with no avail.

On 5/19 I placed an order *** for a pair of glasses. On 6/11 I received them. On 7/6 I noticed the frames were cracked and about to break. Eyeconic let me return the broken frames for a different frame. On 8/10 I received the new glasses. On 1/26 I visited my eye doctor and he asked me for my glasses to check the prescription. Low and behold they were without progressive lenses and I had ordered and paid for prescription lenses! When I phoned customer service they told me it was after the 6 month warrantee period and there was nothing they could do. I'm not an eye doctor to know if my lenses were progressive or not, I must trust the provider. Does Eyeconic expect everyone to go their my eye doctor to verify the correct prescription after they receive their glasses? I find this an unacceptable response. I paid for something and didn't receive it whether under warranty or not; especially within under a year of the order. This also means I didn't receive the gold package for progressive lenses that also cost $80.00 additional.

Eyeconic has failed to follow the prescription provided by my doctor and my glasses were not made correctly. I contacted support who gladly and appropriately allowed them to be shipped back and re-made, I just had to go to my Doctor to review the lenses to confirm they were not correct, this would be the second trip mind you, the first being to get the original prescription. I complied with their request, and received the new glasses within a reasonable amount of time. However, the new glasses were the same as the old, they were never remade. I went back to my Doctor a third time, to confirm this, at their request. They are now refusing to accept the Doctors feedback and refusing to re-make the glasses again, and are insisting for some reason, that I go back to my Doctor a fourth time. This is completely unreasonable, this company is fraudulent and stealing peoples money. My insurance company will now show I already used my benefit and I have to go all year without glasses!
My son liked a frame on their website. He thought that he could get his prescription filled and get the frame he liked. When I went in to check the prescriptions, my son who is (16), was not showing. I went back and emailed them and said that I did not upload the eye prescription. What the EyeConic people did was take my benefits, without filling an eye prescription for sun glasses and I requested a cancelation and now they are saying that there is no 100% guarantee that it will be cancelled in order to get my son benefits back to get him his prescription glasses.

I have dual VSP benefits. I would like to order eyeglasses from Eyeconic. I would like to use the best VSP benefit initially and then submit an out of network claim using my second VSP benefit to be reimbursed for any applicable amount. My husband used this process two years ago and was reimbursed some of the cost after much challenging information and filing a complaint with the ComplaintsBoard.com. I ordered these glasses 1 year ago, and in addition to all the issues I had ordering and receiving said glasses in a timely fashion, they are of horrible quality. They are supposed to have an scratch resistant coating, but I believe there was some issue in the manufacturing of the lenses. The frames and right lens are in great shape. The left lens is so horribly covered in scratches, they are essentially useless. I cannot see properly when I have them on. I reached out to customer service a few times, and the only time I actually was able to get a response from the company is when I used the chat function on their website. When I talked to them, they told me I was out of the warranty period and they were not doing anything to help me, even though I reached out several months ago with no response. I already had an issue with them not responding to email inquiries when I originally placed the order (it took several weeks over the estimated time frame to receive my order, and I was only told that there was an issue when I threatened to cancel the order). This is very clearly some sort of manufacturer's defect considering the issue is only on one lens.

I ordered a pair of glasses from Eyeconics on Nov 7, 2020. They sent the frame I chose with my wife's prescription in it, even though her account is completely separate from mine. This was rectified but took several months. On or about Feb 3 I was notified that the glassed were on their way. I can see this from a line in my browser history (Feb 3, 2021 Your Eyeconic order is on its way! - *** I no longer have the actual email. The glasses I received shortly after that date were the correct frame and my prescription. They do need some adjustment but the policy of Eyeconics is that the glasses will only be fitted within 90 days of the order. My pair was already past this deadline when they arrived. I have been wearing my old glasses and waited to be vaccinated, thinking I am within 90 days of receiving the glasses but when I called the company they said I have no recourse. I will need to buy another pair of glasses, locally this time.
I ordered my pair of eyeglasses on April 24. I have called numerous times, and they have told me that my order is still being processed and in the lab. I am leaving on May 19, and will be without my eyeglasses. I have spoken to many people and still getting the same answer. I spent over $500 on my eyeglasses and they are not caring. Ok my glasses have been shipped as of June 16th which I still have not received so only god knows what kind of problems will be there when they arrive (hopefully none). Well I went to purchase an item tonight June 19th only to learn when I checked my bank balance that Eyeconic had help my payment information for 15 days before they turned it in to the bank. There isn't a disclaimer on the order receipt or anywhere during the order process that says they will hold payment. I believe this is a mistake they made and if they aren't going to withdraw the money immediately like which is suppose to happen with debit cards then they don't need to accept them.

I tried them on and they feel completely different from the ones I received from my eye doctor. My eyes kept drying out and were very irritated. I decided to give it a few more days and let me eyes heal and try again. Same things the 2nd time but worse then before. I have to get help to take the contacts because they were so dry I couldn't get them out. My eyes were on fire. I called a rep to see how to exchange them and was told I have get new prescription and a return label will be mailed to me. Of course this never happened and after I got the prescription, I called back to request an exchange for 2nd time, which was 1/4. I shipped it back and today (1/11) I received starting that they only replacing 2 out of 4 boxes because I opened and wrote on the boxes. I wrote on the boxes so I could tell the difference because the stickers that supposed to been in the box were not there. I opened the boxes, of course, to wear. How else do I wear contacts without actually wearing them? The problem is they don't fit like the Dr office and uncomfortable for me. I did a review about them on their website also.

I received an email on the 11th stating that I had ordered the wrong prescription and my order would be canceled within one business day if I did not respond. As I didnt see the email until the 13th, I expected my order to be canceled. On the 15th, I attempted to place an order with the correct prescription but got a prompt that my benefits were unavailable because they had already been used and Eyeconic had not released them. Because I needed my contacts ASAP and had already been waiting 11 days for them, I chose to order through my optometrist and had to pay out of pocket because of Eyeconic's mistake. I emailed the company and also called. I was placed on hold for over 20 minutes each time. When I finally got through to somebody after a 27 minute hold, he informed me that my order had processed and there was nothing he could do. This did not make sense, as the company themselves are the ones that reached out to me saying my order was being canceled. The gentleman I spoke with on the phone was supposed to email me a return label for when I received the contacts so I could have my benefits released and get refunded by my insurance company. I left a poor review and they have been quick to respond to that review. However, after trying to get ahold of them again, I have received no response. As of today, January 22 at 12:00pm, Eyeconic updated their response to my bad review stating that they have tried to assist me. However, I sent an email on January 21st requesting the return label with no response.

And all i get is the same cookie cutter response that their telling everyone which is due to the pandemic and the high volume of orders at the end of the year excuse, and how they are not fully staffed and i just found out yesterday that my glasses where made in *** and then they where shipped to a lab in *** for their 25 point inspection. Now the most despicable thing to me in the beginning it took the company 11 days to verify my prescription. And what really *** me off is Eyeconic has sent me several emails letting me know of their new glasses that came in and I should take advantage of my new benefits for this year. As if i would want to go through this horror story again that i am still living for one thing this company should inform the customer of the extreme long waiting period to actually receive your glasses and let the customer choose at that time if it would be worth the trouble. Right now I have no glasses to where because the glasses that i purchase has my new prescription because my old prescription is giving me headaches after wearing for ten minutes. I can see but its distorted unless I adjust the lenses slanted. This is not my first purchase of glasses with the same prescription that Eyeconic was provided with. I had previously purchased glasses from target with said prescription and had no issues. I have contacted them via email and phone multiple times about the issue. I asked if I could send them back for prescription verification and correction, they said that due to Covid I could not do that. They are wanting me to take the glasses to my prescriber to verify the prescription but I am being charged by the doctor for an appointment, $45.00, and yes I triple checked that this was only for the doctor to verify the prescription. Not only is this upsetting because my prescription is correct since the glasses I have on at this moment were made with that prescription, that should be more than enough evidence to prove there is something wrong with the way the were made. Unfortunately I cannot afford to go to the doctor for the prescription check nor do I have a car to travel. I guess theyre not the only ones affected by Covid. The amount paid from my insurance was $348.20 plus $56.80 paid by me for a total of $405.00. The price that was paid should itself be more than enough reason to help a customer out and go above and beyond like most companies want their employees to go by. My order number is EYECMO101330099. I have also attached my prescription I got from the eye doctor located in target and then making the purchase for my glasses with the same prescription that I have had no issues with as previously stated.

On January 27, 2022 I sent my prescription to Eyeconic and placed an order for glasses. I paid $10.00 out of pocket and my VSP FED Insurance was used for the remainder of the cost for this year. Eyeconic were unable to process my order until my Doctor had issued me with a new prescription which I got and sent to them. I received my glasses on February 15, 2022. On April 28, 2022 I noticed that seal on the lenses was peeling and bubbling away from the frame on the right lens and I also advised Eyeconic that when I went for a regular *** after receiving the glasses, my Doctor tested them and noted that the prescription was incorrect. The Axis Number on my prescription was 180 and the glasses I had received from Eyeconic were 80! I emailed Eyeconic on April 29, 2022 and explained the problem with the lenses and the prescription strength and I included photos of both the lenses and my original prescription and Eyeconic agreed to replace them. On June 15, 2022 I received my replacement glasses with the corrected prescription and new lenses. On June 20, 2022 I emailed Eyeconic again and advised them that my replacement glasses had the exact same problem that my original glasses had; the seal on the lenses was peeling and bubbling away from the frame - same lens, same position. Eyeconic replied on June 22, 2022 and advised that this is usually seen if the lenses are exposed to heat such as being left in a hot vehicle or a hair dryer, and agreed to replace them for a 2nd time. Neither of these things has happened to my glasses... I responded to Eyeconic on June 26, 2022 and told them that since neither leaving these glasses in a hot car, or wearing them whilst drying my hair with a hot dryer have occurred or will ever occur - it would be sensible to assume that there is something else causing this problem and I asked for a refund of my $10 and the ability to purchase new glasses elsewhere. They refused. I find this unacceptable.
