Never received my order took 4 months to get my money back!!
I placed an order in October 2023 and never received it. No call, no email, no updates in shipping so I called in December 2023 and spoke to someone who said "We don't have that color will you accept black instead". I said of course who cares about the color. STILL not received. I got in a chat and after 40 min said they would refund me. Got an email confirming that but with no confirmation number. Told they don't give "confirmation numbers". I don't think this is a real company and they are targeting "Seniors" which is so bad. I am not a senior and this was for my husband who was hit by a drunk driver this year. The last thing we needed was more stress from a fraudulent company.
Robbing the Handicap & Seniors - Shame
BUYERS BEWARE! This company cares nothing about ADA or the elderly; they are lining their pockets with restocking fees! I bought a 450$ transport chair that arrived damaged. I was told to return it, and I did. They took 75$ from my refund for a restock fee! Egregious! We have a lot of choices on where to spend our money - DON'T SPEND IT WITH SENIOR.COM.

I placed an order for shampoo caps. After a couple weeks I checked and it said they were dlivered. Only problem, was they did not deliver them to my house. I sent an email and after 2 and a 1/2 weeks, they had not responded. I then called and left a voice message and again never got back to me. Finally someone pulled into my driveway and gave me the package. It had been delivered to the wrong address. If the person had been dishonest, I would never have received the shower caps and Senior.com never got back to me. It is doubtful I will do business with them again.

They try to say that it's because of the ports being closed, but this is made and shipped within the United States, in fact in the same city where they are located.

I am close to 69 years young and recently had my right hip replaced due to a fall. I also have vertigo from a previous auto accident. Between the three, just days ago, my vertigo took over and I had an extremely serious fall reinjuring both knees and causing whiplash. I will be using a walking aid for the rest of my life for surefootedness. It was time for me to upgrade my mobility aid I have had for years.

Absolutely worst online company I have ever dealt with. Ordered a set of no rinse body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. The body wash was supposed to be a 16 oz bottle. They shipped me 8 tiny sample sized body washes. To top thing off... The shampoo was already used and only partially full! Tried numerous times via email and phone calls to arrange a return to absolutely no response. Unprofessional, irresponsible, and just terrible customer service. Thankfully I only spent $26 on the products... My stupidity for dealing w these [censored]s. Never again! Companies like this should never be allowed to sell online...

Never ever buy something from this company. I tried buying a set of blocks to go under my mom's recliner when she had hip surgery. They raise the recliner up by a few inches making it easier to get in and out of the chair. I paid $20 for expedited shipping so they would arrive in 1-3 days on top of the $35 for the blocks. Similar products can be found on other online marketplaces for $20 with free next-day shipping but weren't an exact fit for my mom's chair. This was on May 26. Got a confirmation that they had shipped out that day. The product never arrived, and shipping status made it seem like they had given it to the post office, but was never accepted. I reached out to the delivery service who explained that the status was an automated one created when the shipping label was generated. I reached out to them on June 14th asking what the status was, never heard anything back. Emailed them again on June 18th, asking for an update and that if it hadn't shipped I would like to just cancel my order. No response. Began disputing the order through my credit card company. No response. Meanwhile, I had received several requests from them to rate the product. I did, explaining that since I hadn't received the product, it was difficult to give a rating, but rated it 1 star anyway. My review never went up on their site, I'm assuming because I gave it 1 star, but several others did post saying they had ordered them more than a month before and never received them. The only reason their reviews were posted is that they had given them 5 stars.
The product actually did ship out on Tuesday and was received Thursday, a day before the credit card company was set to review the disputed charge, more than 5 weeks with the promised 1-3 day shipping and 2 weeks after I requested to cancel the order. I am currently waiting on the phone with them to speak with an agent about returning them (since we don't need them anymore), which they likely won't do since it's been more than 30 days since my order was placed, and even if they do take the refund, they won't refund the shipping and will charge a 20% restocking fee. This also assumes someone will answer the phone. I've been waiting in their phone queue for 2 hours...
I placed an ordered and then canceled the order right after placing it because I no longer needed the item. I also called the customer service during business hours and a recording came on and said I called outside of business hours which was not true. Then I received an email with a ticket number in reference to my canceling the order. Then 2 days later I received an email that my order was shipped. Why are you shipping an order that was canceled. I don't trust this business and I believe it is talking advantage of seniors. The customer service is awful ?

This is the worst shopping experience I have ever had! The first product I ordered was a bottle of Hand Sanitizing Wipes. I received it on 2020.03.10 but the exp date printed on the bottom of the bottle was 2019.04.24. I found the wipes are almost dry out... I have contacted the Senior.com multiple times asking for refund but without any response! The second product I ordered had a 'Your order is on the way' status from the Saturday I ordered it. However, after 10 days I received an email stating this product is out of stock and is on 'Back Order'... Buying product from Senior.com is really a waste of time and money!
DISAPPOINTED! No communication after repeated efforts to speak to a representative concerning my order which was placed on April 24 for two Nantucket planters. They have a recorded greeting with options that NEVER lead you to talk to anyone. I also learned that we are entitled to a military discount which was never mentioned until after the order was placed. I truly wished I had checked this company out before placing my order.

I searched for some time for a "senior" company to provide a walker for me. I chose this online company in early April with the promise I would receive it within about 10-12 business days. Well it is now May 5 and I just received it last night AFTER countless emails and a couple of phone calls where in they stated they shipped it; only to discover the Federal Exp. No. they gave me was false. I will never again seek a "senior service" or "senior product" from this company based in Rancho Santa Margarita. It was a true, "pulling teeth" experience with finally, threats on my part to "report" them, which I am doing HERE and NOW. UNTIL such time they can provide reasonable service and communication? I would NOT waste my time dealing with their specious operation.

I called the company phone line but there are no live operators, just recordings that send you back to the website. You can leave a message asking for a callback but they don't. If I request a refund, they will only refund me for the 1 chair, and I will lose 110$ plus shipping a heavy chair back. Given the reviews I have now read on this site and on the senior.com website - which has many reviews of "5 stars" for complaints that customers are missing items or never got them - it is pretty clear that this company is harmful to consumers and thinks it can easily take advantage of seniors.

BUYER BEWARE. I ordered from this company through Amazon, and they delivered my order to a different address in a different state. After reading other reviews on Amazon I see that this company consistently does this to their customers - seems like some kind of scam they are running. I received an email from Senior[dot]com saying that they checked the tracking number for my package and it says it was "lost by carrier." Another lie. I checked the tracking number myself, and it CLEARLY says my package was delivered to a different state. They promised a refund that I have not received, and don't expect to. If you look at their "positive" reviews on this site, you can see that as of today their only good reviews were all posted in a one-month period from 10/22 thru 11/23. Very suspicious also. I am certain that this company is full of crooks running a scam.

They notified us that the product was undeliverable and that we would be refunded in full in 24-48 hours. So we ordered a replacement from another vendor. Then they shipped to us anyway several days later. When we received the product, we returned it unopened. Senior.com charged us a 20% restocking fee for their error. This is not in their return policy and the third-party platform assured us we would receive a full refund. After looking at their feedback, we noticed about 20% poor feedback from customers who never received their product nor a refund, for orders shipped to the wrong people and the wrong state, and other complaints. Had we looked at their feedback before ordering, we would not have purchased from them. We are owed the remaining 20%. This company apparently has a history of doing this to customers.

On 12/20 I ordered a front wheel fork assembly for a Vibe 8 walker. I based my order on a photo that matched the part I needed. The photo showed a red reflector imbedded in the smooth sides of the fork. Of all the fork assemblies listed this was the only fork assembly with such a reflector and smooth sides on the part. Again, I based my order on this photo, the reflector and the smooth sides. The part number on the photo is JN-423627. Even though the part I received matched the part number it did not match the photo. The part I received has no red reflector, is smaller, and does not have smooth sides. I contacted Senior.com and Anahita responded. The problem is that Senior.com is claiming that even though the part number does not match the photo I received what I ordered. I am claiming that this mismatch is their issue and they should be responsible not only to correct the situation but also to get me the correct part based on the photo. I checked with the manufacturer and they show the correct part number for the part in the photo is JN-423632. Senior.com says I can obtain a RMA and return the part I received at my expense. I see this as their expense and a RMA should be issued by them with a printed return label.

They do not fit/adjust well. A gooey mess with some hard sharp pieces in the goo. Made several efforts to fit and I am done with them. After copious emails, I finally received a label to mail back the incorrect chair and was told via email I would receive a refund as they had no idea when the grey chairs would be back in stock to which I agreed to the refund. I only get an auto reply and have not been successful in getting any response as to my refund of $58.13.

I purchased a Nova Rollator from this company in April . The loan was approved April 19. It was an open box sale, and supposedly would be a scratch and dent. When it arrived, my friend noticed the sides were 2 different colors and one side was completely different than the other. At first, Senior said they would replace, but now I have not heard from them despite many, many messages. The rollator is now ticking and creaking which I attribute to the different sides. I just want a replacement rollator as promised. Senior did say the color purple was out of stock and would be available in July. Since then, I have not heard any updates, so I don't know where I stand. I do have the email where an employee promised to send a replacement.

After further consideration, the product wouldn't work for him so I contacted their customer support via email and phone the next day to cancel. I did not receive a returned phone call or email response. After two weeks I tried again and finally got a reply saying they couldn't cancel my order because it was already in the shipping process, but that I could request a return. I have now contacted them twice to try and get a return but without any reply. I have submitted online return requests, submitted them to their help chat, and left voicemails. I believe this organization intentionally delays responding to customer requests in order to exceed the window for returns or cancellations. I cannot imagine seniors using their site can even determine how to get support.

I even spoke with a person(***) by phone after one month and he said I would get a refund as the company had discontinued the item. I have NOT received a refund. I also opened a case with PayPal engaging their help in getting my refund. A refund has not been given to me. Today is 4/6 and the order was paid for and ordered on 2/26. I'm still waiting for a refund.
We placed an order with Senior.com on July 1, for two sets of ski glides compatible with a Nova walker featuring 7/8-inch tubing (Order #SE39463). The available tracking information indicates that the order has not been shipped. I have sent numerous emails inquiring about the order's status and have only received generic responses thanking me for my inquiry and promising a follow-up, which has never occurred. Additionally, a second order was placed over a week ago with extra payment for two-day shipping, yet this order has also not been delivered. Attempts to contact customer service via phone have been unsuccessful, with calls going unanswered and unreturned. While we would prefer to receive the products ordered, we would appreciate refunds for both orders should the company be unable to fulfill them.

I ordered a shower chair in April. A representative called me to tell me that they didn't have that model in stock He told me that they had another brand that was identical. He said that they could send me that one immediately. I said that that would be acceptable as long as it would be the same height. The chair came and it was 6" shorter than the one I ordered.. I called them and he told me that he didn't realize that the replacement was shorter. He said that the one I ordered would be in stock at the end of May. My credit card was debited on April 15. He told me to donate the one that they sent because it would cost more to send it back. The end of May came, the end of June came, and now it's the end of July. I've emailed several times and tried to call. At this point, I just want my money back. They won't email me back or answer my phone calls.

The on-line ordering kept defaulting to the wrong size and I didn't realize it until after the order was placed. I immediately tried to correct it, but there was no possibility to stop the order. I E-mailed customer service, and received an E-mail back that someone would get back to me. No one has contacted me. I did receive the product. I have E-mailed customer service several times, I have called, I have used the on-line chat and I have filled out an on-line form, request to return product (twice). I have no response. The return policy states that you need a return authorization number, it is impossible to get this number. Very dissatisfying.I also re-ordered the correct size, thought it would be quicker to get the product as I need it, rather than waiting to exchange.

I ordered a mobility device online on May 27th. Their website stated *** business days for delivery. After 3 weeks, I attempted to call them to cancel the order. I left a voicemail as their recording asked and still have not received a callback. I sent numerous emails as their website suggests and again no response. I submitted a cancel order through Senior.com and no response. Now I have received an email stating it has shipped and a *** tracking number. The tracking number is invalid. I have disputed this charge of $5742.00 through my credit card. Senior.com charged me on May 27th, the date of the order. I have now been on hold (again) for over 30 minutes trying to talk to a live person. This order is for my 91 year old Mother. There is no way that she could have dealt with the inefficiency of the company and would probably just accept the now unneeded *** and paid the $574.00. Taking advantage of the elderly.

On June 6 I placed an order with Senior.com for a beach chair. The item was 79.95 and I paid 19.99 for expedited 2-3 day shipping. On June 14, one week later, I called regarding the order since it had still not shipped. I was told the order was facing a manufacturer problem and was refunded my 19.99 for expedited shipping. On June 16 when there was still no update on shipping I requested a cancellation. I submitted the cancellation via the online request form and was told I would receive an email confirmation, I never did. I called back that day and was told they would process my cancellation and send a confirmation that day - I never did. I have called the customer service line over 25 times last week and no one ever picked up. As of today June 21 no one has confirmed my cancellation, returned my calls or answered the phone. I would like my money back - this seems like a scam as no one ever picks up the customer service line when you call direct.

I ordered an item that didn't say back ordered not out of stock. P paid for 1 to 3 expedited shipping. Got an email with tracking number and saying fulfilled. According to the tracking number info the label for the item to be shipped was created but the item hasn't shipped yet! I've messaged them twice and now have called twice and have not gotten a single response. I believe they are scamming seniors taking expedited shipping fees and not even shipping items. I want an answer to if they even have the item, when it will be shipped, and at least my expedited shipping cost back since shipping regular method was free for the item. I ordered it and paid the expedited fees because it didn't say out of stock and I need the item by father's day. I cant even get an answer to get a refund if they don't have the item really so I can purchase something else. They are being dishonest and taking advantage of people. Please, please help. Pursuant to Senior.com policy and directions, I requested via Senior.com website a RMA for return of both purchased items (Request No. ***). Acknowledgement of receipt of my RMA was received 5/31. On 6/6, I sent a status request via email (as a reply to the 5/31 acknowledgment). Subsequently, I made an additional request via online chat to Senior.com. On 6/16 I sent another status request advising my necessity to involve a third party to resolve this matter if no response is received in 24 hours. To date, I have not received a RMA nor other resolution. I am requesting your intervention to resolve this matter. According to the return policy, the items must be returned in 30 days.Thank you.

By 5/17 I had not received the product or tracking information. I contacted the company to inquire (Request ID), I was advised by Anahita that there was a delay from the manufacturer and that my item should 'arrive soon'. Since then I have tried on numerous occasions to contact her via website, call and text, but I get no response and have never received the item. I disputed the charge with my credit card company but she is protesting the dispute yet has not produced the item, valid tracking info or any proof that the item ever existed. I need assistance, please. I have since researched customer complaints about this company (a step I regret skipping earlier) and found many other customers with similar issues.

The product was difficult to find in-stock from other retailers, so when I saw that Senior.com had the product in stock I not only placed the order but paid expedited shipping fees to get the product on a certain day. Based on when I placed the order, Monday 6/21, and paid for 3-day shipping, I was confident that I would receive the products by Friday 6/25. Since placing the order Ive been able to check its progress via an online tracking tool since it was assigned a *** number. The order is still in *** and has not left the warehouse. Ive contacted the company 4 times to check on my order. Three times it was via email. They responded quickly giving me a Request ID number and that we will get back to you as soon as possible. Please allow us some time to look in to this issue. I also called and was on hold for *** order.

I called the number of the company listed as the seller which was Senior.com to ask if they actually had the product in stock as shown on Amazon and the person who answered the phone stated that no, they did not, and that they "really needed to update the Amazon website" as the product was sold out. They added that a shipment was due in May and that I should order if now if I wanted the product. I went ahead and purchased the product on order for my 95 yo father with stage IV prostate cancer. I received one update on the purchase on 5/19 stating that the order was still coming but would not be arriving per the prior email that stated that the item was getting ready to be shipped to me. I already knew this info however, when I subsequently inquired recently about the status of the order, I am unable to get anyone to return my phone calls or emails. I have left multiple messages.

I ordered from Senior.com on May 22. Based on my tracking number, the order is still in Irvine, California and has never been sent. On June 2, I emailed Senior.com to ask where my package was as I desperately needed it. The same day, the customer service representative left me a voicemail asking if I wanted a new shipment or a refund. I emailed her back, saying I would like a new shipment. I emailed again on June 3 since I didn't receive a response. June 4, I called customer service again and got through. She said she would send me a new package if the warehouse had it, if not, she would refund me. She then emailed me saying she would send a replacement on June 5. On June 8th, I emailed customer service asking for my new tracking number. After no response, I emailed and called two different customer service numbers and left voicemails with the company, asking for a refund on June 10th. I cannot get ahold of anyone. The company has been very unresponsive and fraudulent. It's such a shame that they take money from people who are out of work.

I ordered an upright piano, order # SE23378 on November 12. I was given an anticipated shipment date of 11/13, and was told I would receive my shipment by Nov 16, 20. When I called back on Nov 17, 20 I was told that the piano was out of stock and that I would receive it by the end of November. On November 30, I still had no update on the piano. On December 1, I received an email from the seller asking for 24 hours to look into this matter. After not hearing back for 2 days, I emailed on December 3, requesting my refund. I informed my credit card company about the issue. Despite my cancellation request, the seller shipped the piano a week later, which I refused as I had already purchased it elsewhere. I have yet to receive a refund, and the seller did not respond to my credit card company's inquiries. My credit card company initially refunded me but later reapplied the charges when the seller did not respond.

On 2/28 I received a confirmation email that my order of (1) Nova Medical Memory Foam Lumbar Cushion with Stabilization Board Insert and (1) DMI Deluxe Seat Lift Seat Riser Car Cushion Pillow with Handles thanking me for my purchase. The same day I received an email saying my order (with both items) was on the way and included a tracking number. On 3/5, the package was received, but included only the lumbar cushion. I called Customer Service. It went to voice mail and I left my number and a request for a return call. That night, I sent an email saying I had left a voice mail, but no one returned the call. On 3/8, I again called and left a message saying apparently they are not interested in getting back right away since I haven't heard from them. Later on 3/8, *** (Customer Service) emailed saying she doesn't know what happened to the order as they indicated it was shipped and the tracking number is not giving her any information. She asked if I wanted a new item shipped or a refund. I replied on 3/8 that I already told her the shipment was received, but that only one item was included (the lumbar cushion). I asked if they were going to send the seat cushion and when could I expect to receive it. I immediately received an auto reply email saying my "request has been updated". On 3/11, I sent another email asking when the seat cushion would be shipped and when I could expect it. I requested an answer ASAP or I would contact their local ComplaintsBoard.com. I immediately received another auto reply email saying "my request has been updated". I am still waiting to hear from senior.com about the second item that was not sent.
These crap dentures are not easy fit, its a gooey mess, The teeth look like plastic. Impossible to get a decent fit. Once opened they are unreturnable, How are you supposed to try them?
