I ordered a walker on 6/25/24 with 2 to 3 day shipping. It is 7/8/24 and I have not received the walker and I have been charged for it. I have contacted the company several times through phone calls and emails. I either have gotten no response or was told that the matter would be looked into and they would get back with me promptly. This has not occurred. I have a spinal cord injury and need this walker to get around. This company is taking advantage of a vulnerable population of disabled and elderly customers who need medical devices!
