Quikship Disappointing Experience with QuikShip Toner: Exploding Cartridge and Poor Customer Service

I recently bought four toner cartridges from QuikShip Toner and unfortunately, one of them exploded in our printer. This caused a lot of damage and we had to spend a lot of money on repairs. I was really upset about this and decided to contact their customer service department to see if they could help me out.

I sent them an email explaining the situation and asking if they could compensate me for the damages. Unfortunately, they refused to do so. However, they did offer to send me a replacement toner for the one that exploded. I decided to give them another chance and asked them to start the replacement process.

Unfortunately, they ignored my email for a while and by the time they responded, the product was already out of warranty. They used this as an excuse to not replace the toner. I tried to contact them multiple times to see if they could do something to help me out, but they always gave me the same answer: "quikship toner won't replace toner past it's warranty guaranty."

Overall, I was really disappointed with my experience with QuikShip Toner. I thought their products were sketchy and their customer service policies were really strict. It's clear that they don't want to take responsibility for any damage their products might cause. In the end, I learned that trying to save money on toner can end up being a really bad decision.

Quikship Quikship Toner: False Advertising, Misleading Delivery Dates, and Scamming Customers

I recently had an experience with Quikship, specifically their website quikshiptoner.com, and it was not a good one. I placed an order on June 26, 2018 and paid extra for expedited shipping with a promised delivery date of June 27, 2018. However, I was charged double the amount automatically, which was a red flag for me. I immediately called their customer service and spoke to a female representative who corrected the order and removed the double payment. She also waived the shipping and handling fees as a courtesy for their mistake.

The next day, I received an email stating that my order had been shipped and would be delivered on June 28, 2018 instead of the promised date of June 27, 2018. This was another red flag for me, so I called their customer service again and spoke to a male representative who apologized and said that the order had been shipped that morning and would be delivered by the end of June 28, 2018. However, on June 28, 2018, I received another email stating that my order had been shipped that morning and would be delivered on July 3, 2018, which was over a week later than the promised delivery date.

At this point, I was almost certain that this was a scam, so I called their customer service again and spoke to another male representative. He confirmed that my order was scheduled to be delivered on July 3, 2018 and offered to send out another shipment expedited that I would have to pay full price for. I was furious and demanded to speak to the supervisor. The supervisor looked up the order and said that the original female representative had made a mistake.

I was extremely disappointed with their business practices. They advertised false and misleading information to consumers and charged them extra for shipping that they did not offer. They also posted misleading delivery dates and charged over $50 for overnight shipping that they did not offer, and then offered to send it overnight only if the customer paid even more. Their mishandling of the situation was unprofessional and rude.

As a medical office, I cannot print, fax, scan, or copy without the toners, and I cannot close the office for a week because of their incompetence. They should not scam customers by charging them double or whatever they want and hope that the customers won't notice. They took off the shipping and handling and sent it regular mail, which was also advertised with the same delivery date of June 27, 2018, as retaliation because I caught their scam and called right away and demanded they return the double charge.

Their handling of the case and their business practices are grossly shameful. They should be investigated for fraud. The supervisor and representatives should be fired for their incompetence and unprofessionalism. Businesses should not advertise false and misleading information to consumers and charge them extra for shipping when they do not offer it.

Quikship Disappointing Experience with Quikship: Toner Out of Stock and Card Charged

So, I was trying to get some toner for my printer from Quikship. I placed my order and waited for it to arrive. But after a week, I still hadn't received any updates from the seller. I was getting worried, so I decided to call them up and see what was going on.

When I got through to the agent, they told me that the toner was out of stock. I was pretty disappointed, but I guess these things happen. What really bothered me, though, was that my card had already been charged for the toner. I mean, come on, if you're going to charge me for something, at least make sure you have it in stock!

Overall, I wasn't too impressed with my experience with Quikship. The lack of communication and the fact that my card was charged without any updates from the seller left a bad taste in my mouth. I'll probably look elsewhere for my toner needs in the future.

Quikship Disappointing Experience with Quikship: Order Not Shipped and No Communication

i gotta say, quikship ain't the way to go if you wanna avoid problems. i ordered some stuff from them and they straight up didn't even ship it. like, what the heck? and they didn't even bother to let me know it wasn't gonna ship. i was left hanging and frustrated. it's a real shame, cuz i was hoping for a good experience with them. but nope, they turned out to be an awful company. steer clear, folks.

Quikship Disappointing Experience with Quikship: Toner Order Delayed and Poor Customer Service

I ordered some toner from Quikship and they said it would be shipped in just two days. But, it's been a while now and I still haven't received it. I tried calling their customer service, but they just told me to wait for an email. I waited and waited, but that email never came. Now, I'm still waiting for my toner and it's really frustrating.

I don't know what's going on with Quikship, but they really need to get their act together. If they say they're going to ship something in two days, they should actually do it. And if there's a problem, they should let their customers know what's going on. It's not fair to leave people hanging like this.

I'm really disappointed with Quikship and I don't think I'll be using them again. There are plenty of other places to buy toner from, and I don't want to deal with this kind of hassle again. If you're thinking about using Quikship, I would definitely think twice.

Quikship Disappointing Customer Service: My Experience with Quikship

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with Quikship. I've been a customer for years, and while their products are pretty good, their customer service is just terrible. I mean, seriously, it's like they don't even care about their customers. They're rude, they don't seem to know what they're doing half the time, and they're just plain lazy.

It's a shame, really, because there's no store-front alternative for this kind of thing. You have to rely on their support, and when it's this bad, it's just not worth it. I've had enough, and I'm going to be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

I mean, I get it, everyone has bad days. But this is just ridiculous. I've had to deal with so many issues over the years, and every time I try to get help from their customer service, it's like pulling teeth. They act like they're doing me a favor by even talking to me, and they don't seem to care at all about actually solving my problem.

It's a shame, really, because like I said, their products are pretty good. But when you're treated like garbage by the people who are supposed to be helping you, it's just not worth it. I'm done with Quikship, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
