Sempris Sempris LLC is a complete scam!

Sempris LLC is a complete scam! They take advantage of older folks who may not fully grasp the situation. My sis requested my help in examining a charge on her card. The customer service couldn't even explain what the service entailed, just called it a "discount service." They charged her $30 per month for 5 months, despite her receiving less than $600 each month. They did cancel the subscription and promised to send a "refund request" via mail. If it were possible, I'd give them negative stars.

We got charged $ *** in May 2022 and also in June 2022. We called to challenge the first charge for Essentials for Home and got Marketing Services. The customer service rep said they will cancel the service that we never ordered. We would just like to get a credit for these two unauthorized charges. Sempris LLC Review: WC Mon Savings Central Scam

I recently discovered charges from Sempris LLC that have been appearing on my 96-year-old father's credit card statement. These charges, amounting to $25 per month, have been occurring since November without his awareness. It's now 2021, and I estimate that they have taken advantage of him for a total of $1200. I contacted Sempris LLC, but they were unable to provide any information about the specific discount services they claim to offer. It's truly a complete scam, and I can't understand how the ComplaintsBoard.com (ComplaintsBoard.com) could give this company an A+ rating.

I got charged $24.95 every month for several months by WC Mon Savings Central. I didn't notice the charges at first. When I called the number, they said I joined some fake coupon savings thing that I never heard of or joined. They couldn't tell me how or when I supposedly joined this thing. I never got any emails, letters, or info from this company ever. They canceled the services, but said they need to send me a form by mail for me to fill out to get a refund. I still haven't gotten this form, and they don't help over the phone and don't have a website for this so-called savings program.

This company should be reprimanded for stealing money. I never signed up for anything. My account was charged without permission and scheduled for recurrence. When I called to cancel and tried to explain the situation, Dee "accidentally" hung up on me. I called again to get Anne on the phone, who, in my opinion, was very rude and direct as if I did something to the company. She did not want to hear my situation and canceled the charges. No offer to refund my money, and I had to ask for a cancellation number. Please watch out for this company, business, etc. Unfortunately, I do not know what they do besides stealing my money.

Sempris This company, Sempris LLC, is a total scam

This company, Sempris LLC, is a total scam. They also go by the name "Membership Services." I never signed up for anything, and they won't tell me how they billed me for their "membership" in a dumb program called Home Essentials. The first time I got caught up with them was when I dialed the wrong number to order plants online, and they pretended to be that company. They tricked me into giving them my credit card number and threatened to charge me more if I didn't agree to their services. I canceled that credit card right away, but somehow, a month later, they got my new card number. Luckily, the credit card company thought it was a suspicious charge, but now I'm worried about how long it'll take for them to find my new card number! I'd give them negative infinity stars if I could!

Sempris Can I give this company a zero star review?

Can I give this company a zero star review? Like so many here, I'm helping my 91-year-old dad review his bills. When I asked him what WC Mon ValuePlus for $21.95 a month on his credit card statement was, he didn't know. I called the 800 number and spoke to a man who gave me little to no information. I demanded he cancel the "discount service" that my father "ordered" 3 YEARS AGO, and he said that he did. Only time will tell if it has truly been canceled. It's bad enough that the direct mail companies target our elderly with promises of better health, less pain, better bladders, and more flexible joints, but when those companies so crassly slip in a "value deal" which our parents have no way of knowing is a swindle and will end up costing them greatly, I think it should be prosecuted. And Sempris - don't bother to reply and ask for my father's name and other contact info.

This company, Sempris LLC, is a complete scam. It's run by terrible people. If I could give them zero stars, I would. My father, who is 85 years old and blind, also experienced unauthorized charges from WC *MON SAVING C. Due to the pandemic, I couldn't check his statements until recently. It seems like they took advantage of a magazine or vitamin order he made over the phone. When you call the number on the statement for MON SAVINGS, the agent is clueless. They won't tell you what triggered the charge or what kind of "savings" it's supposed to be. They literally can't provide any information. They can't even tell you what purchase caused the charge. They did send a piece of paper with no company names, just PO boxes and no phone numbers. It said, "we canceled but the charges were approved - sorry." Whatever. This company dishonestly takes money from unsuspecting elderly people with fixed incomes. They should be ashamed of themselves. I don't know how they can even look at themselves in the mirror. I hope someone scams their parents and grandparents. Yes, I'm angry.

Sempris LLC is a company that I had a not-so-great experience with. They did not want to refund me my money, which was a total of $359.40. I tried to stop their services in January 2022, but they still refused to give me a refund. It was really frustrating and disappointing.

WC *MON SAVING CENTRAL A charge of $36.95 showed up on our credit card. The internet says it may be a subscription service. We did not subscribe to this, and do not know how they got hold of our credit card number. We have received no goods or services for the charge. We want the charge refunded and their ability to debit our credit card blocked.

Review:
So, we noticed this charge of $36.95 on our credit card, and we were like, "What the heck is this?" Apparently, it might be some kind of subscription thing according to the internet. But here's the thing, we didn't sign up for anything like that, and we have no clue how they got our credit card number. Like seriously, we haven't received anything in return for this charge. So, we're not happy about it and we want our money back. And on top of that, we want them to stop taking money from our credit card. It's just not cool, you know?

Sempris I never signed up for their membership, but they claimed I did

I never signed up for their membership, but they claimed I did. However, during my three-month stay in the hospital and rehab, I couldn't have possibly done so. I made the mistake of ordering a product from them and provided my bank account number. My sister returned the product unopened, but when I checked my bank account after returning home, I discovered that they had been deducting $24.95 for four or more months without my consent. I contacted them for a refund, and they promised to send the necessary paperwork in January. However, I never received the refund. To prevent them from further withdrawing money from my bank account, I had to pay $30.00. I later found out online that this company has a history of doing this to many people.

This business ain't even bothered to email me or send any stuff about their services or my supposed membership/affiliation. I ain't even been on their websites yet. I did a simple internet search and found loads of places saying they've been scamming folks since 2013! They need to be shut down. ComplaintsBoard.com gave 'em the lowest score possible, so they better fix their act with your organization. Right now, my credit card company is lookin' into gettin' my money back. I'm writing this review because I recently noticed a charge on my aunt's account from Sempris LLC. The charge was for $37.95 and it was for something called Mon Valueplu ***. I decided to call Sempris to find out more about this charge. When I called, the person who answered the phone didn't tell me her name. She just said that the charge was canceled on June 14, 2022, and my aunt was refunded $29.99. I asked her how she knew who I was talking about, and she said they have caller ID. I then told her that there was another charge today. She told me that my aunt had 5 memberships and this one was still active. She kept interrupting me and said she would send a letter to request cancellation and a refund. I asked her why we didn't have to do that in June. She said it was their policy and then abruptly ended the call. When I called again, I was put on hold right away.

I'm an elderly person with a fixed income and my daughter noticed some charges on my debit card that I didn't know about. We called the bank and found out they were from a pharmacy in ***. I don't live in that city and I've never been to a pharmacy there or by that name. We called the number we were given and it led us to a company called Membership Services. They told us that I had purchased something that signed me up for a subscription. When we asked what I had purchased, they refused to tell us. Apparently, this company deals with gift cards and adult entertainment/pornography. I don't have a computer and I barely know how to use a cellphone, so there's no way I would have signed up for something like that. We canceled the subscription and requested a full refund. However, they denied my refund without providing any reasons. We called multiple times, but each time we were sent to voicemail and no one called us back. I really need my money refunded to my debit card so that I can pay my bills. Thank you.

On 8/25, I made a mistake and dialed the wrong number while trying to obtain my Covid Test results. The person who answered the phone assured me that he could assist me. During our conversation, he requested my credit card information, stating that it was solely for identification verification purposes. He never mentioned that he was not affiliated with the Lab, nor did he offer any services or disclose his association with ONEPERKPLACE. Later, I noticed a charge of $1.95 from ONEPERKPLACE on my credit card statement. I called ***) to express my dissatisfaction, and a lady assured me that she would cancel the fraudulent account. As a precautionary measure, I canceled my credit card and filed a report for fraud. A new card was issued to me, but even before I received it, on 8/25, a charge of $2.95 from WC Money Savings Central appeared on my new card. It turns out that WC Money Savings Central is a part of SEMPRIS LLC. There seems to be some connection between SEMPRIS and ONEPERKPLACE because when I contacted SEMPRIS ***) to voice my complaint, they also canceled a fraudulent account associated with my name.

Sempris I wanted to share my experience with Sempris LLC

I wanted to share my experience with Sempris LLC. So, I decided to give it a try and entered a competition. They asked for my credit card number to transfer my winnings, which made me a bit suspicious. However, I proceeded because I believed it was a legitimate company. I can't recall the exact date, but I think this phone call happened around June 2022.

After the call, I received a bunch of worthless coupons in the mail. They didn't hold any real value. Then, on my July credit card statement, I noticed some charges. There was a $34.95 charge from a company called Taste4savings and a $1.95 charge from the same company. Additionally, there was a $34.95 charge from a company named BudgetSource and another $1.95 charge from BudgetSource.

Moving on to my August credit card statement, I found another $34.95 charge from Taste4savings and another $34.95 charge from BudgetSource. I haven't paid these charges yet, and I'm currently working with my credit card company to resolve the issue. I really hope they can remove these charges.

After I had to set up an extra bank account, I noticed an unidentified monthly charge. I got the phone number for the business and tried calling to find out what this charge was for. The first person I spoke to was very rude and claimed that back in 2016, I had signed up for a trial that I never canceled. The calls are recorded, and when I tried to get information about the original offer, I was quickly told it was canceled, and then they hung up on me. I called back and explained again that I was trying to figure out what I had signed up for and never stopped, as I haven't received any discounts, coupons, or anything for years. I don't even live at the listed address, and the other person associated with it has passed away, so I definitely can't get any information about what I'm paying for. Another person then said they didn't have any information about what I originally signed up for. On the recorded line, they got annoyed with me for simply wanting to know who is charging me and for what. They claimed they could transfer me to listen to the original recorded sign-up call, but again, on the recorded line, the lady became annoyed with me for just wanting to know who and what I'm paying for. She said the person was wrong and didn't have any info, and when I tried to question further, she also just hung up on me! How can someone take monthly auto withdrawals and not have any information about what I'm getting? Obviously, something is not right, and they must have many complaints because they all got angry and decided to hang up almost immediately. I want to know what I've been paying for all these years.
