After finally getting in touch with the person in charge of my order, I was informed that only a few of the smaller items were in stock, and the rest had to be shipped from suppliers on the other side of the country. This meant that 3-day shipping wasn't possible, and everything had to be collected in one place before being dispatched. I was offered 3-day expedited shipping calculated from the day they had the goods in stock, which wouldn't be that week. This was a laughable offer under the circumstances and clearly just a way to hang on to the extra fee I'd agreed to pay for shipping.
To make matters worse, I was informed that I had allegedly ordered three "oversized" items and would have to pay up to another $60+ in shipping for just one of them, on top of the $70 I had already arranged to pay for the expedited shipping and the "rush processing". The customer service representative apologized and told me she had emailed the webmaster to point out their error, but by this time, I was beyond caring.
They didn't even offer to refund the fee I'd paid for the so-called same-day "rush processing". I canceled the whole order and would strongly advise anyone considering ordering from ActiveForever to place their order by phone and confirm all the details, costs, and delivery dates before agreeing to pay this company anything.
I took the opportunity to respond to their invitation to send feedback, but I received no response or apology. To add insult to injury, they started sending me spam emails, even though I never bought anything from them and don't ever intend to. This was the worst experience I've had at an online store, ever.

I gotta say, I was pretty excited when I found out about ActiveForever. I own a company that makes assisted living devices for the elderly and mobility challenged, and I was looking for a retailer to take over sales in the US so I could focus on container load size sales to foreign distributors. Louis Orloff, the owner of ActiveForever, seemed like a great fit. He contacted me and asked for a sample unit to test and approve, and we did a deal where he would promote and work hard to sell my products on his website and through his corporate clients. He promised to pay me an agreed upon royalty on each unit sold on a monthly basis, and I trusted him to do what he said he would do.
But things quickly went downhill from there. Louis immediately increased the price of my product by 20% even though I told him it was being sold on the internet at a lower price. He didn't respond to any of the leads I sent him, and he didn't promote my product like we had agreed. When I checked his website, my product wasn't even listed in any of his categories, and it wasn't being introduced or promoted like we had agreed. When I asked him about it, he said the product wasn't selling at the higher price and he was selling it at a liquidation price. He promised to change the price back to what we had agreed, but I started to worry about doing business with him.
I started checking out the reputation of his company and it was horrible. Yelp alone has 35 reviews stating AF is the worst customer service they have ever experienced. I decided to disassociate myself with this unethical situation with Louis and get a real partner who I could trust and had the contacts to get these products out to the millions of people and veterans who needed them.
I started a consumer marketing program directed to social media users and built up the exposure I needed to attract the type partner I was seeking. I informed Louis of my plans, but he continued to ask me to pay for his inventory at a higher price than what we had agreed. I told him I wasn't going to pay for it and that he should have put my product on his website where people could actually see it. I spent over $10,000 marketing for him, but nothing changed on his website and his customer service got worse.
Potential partners started contacting me in the fall of 2016, and that's when I demanded payment from Louis and an update on units sold so I could inform my potential partners. I got nothing. I believe for some reason he intended my destruction from the start. He is not only possibly causing my destruction but depriving millions of disabled and mobility challenged people the knowledge of a product that is very unique and will be very beneficial to them and/or their loved ones. The thing that bothers me the most is his depriving millions of vets who served and suffered for our country and could have these devices through the VA program. All is documented.

ActiveForever is a total disaster! I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. I placed an order and they never even sent it.
