Disappointing Experience: Long Wait, No Delivery
I wouldn’t recommend ordering from BÆRSkin. I waited over a month, and my order still didn’t arrive even though I already paid for it. The hoodie is pricey, and it feels like the company is just enjoying the money I paid in advance.
In my case, I used an international card, and after waiting so long, I decided to cancel my order. But here's the kicker—I ended up losing money because of the currency exchange when they refunded me. They didn’t cover that loss, which isn’t fair at all. Meanwhile, they’ve already benefited from holding onto my payment. Overall, it’s been a frustrating experience.

I ordered multiple items and then never received them and never received any additional communication from them. I suspect they are using Artificial Intelligence to respond to complaints and create fake positive reviews. I finally disputed the charge with my credit card company to get a refund. DO NOT believe the hyped up reviews. Order at your own risk!

I've seen multiple responses from "Stephanie" and seen multiple replies back that the company still did not respond after contacting "Stephanie". I no longer want these products as the service has been horrible and I don't foresee it getting any better based on other user responses.

This company draws you in with all their ads and then takes your money and runs. Product never shipped (even though website says 10-14 days for delivery), had to email / message / call probably at least a dozen times before I finally got a response after posting a bad review on another site. Then they tell me that the product I ordered was a "preorder" and is now late "restocking". Not only is it impossible for both of these to be true, but nowhere on the site or the confirmation email did it state this. Now I'm out hundreds of $$ and have nothing to give for Christmas presents. And they, of course, won't reply to messages/emails asking for a refund.

Ordered 3 of these hoodies on Nov 29. Website says 10-14 days for delivery. Started messaging on day 11 when I hadn’t heard anything. Customer service is non-existent. Had to message / email / call dozens of times and only finally got a reply when I posted a negative review on another site. Then they state that the item was a “preorder” and the “restock” is delayed. It is impossible for both of these to be true and nowhere on the site when I ordered or the confirmation email did it state this. Now I am out hundreds of $$ and have nothing Christmas presents. And they, of course, refuse to reply to emails asking to cancel the order and refund my money.
Yup, you finally replied giving me the option to cancel the order. Sucks that it took leaving negative reviews everywhere to get the company to step up and actually reply to your customers.

I am starting to go through what you describe. Its a good thing I only got hit for $99. I am more disappointed because I was really looking forward to experiencing the Jacket. Hopefully, the government would after scammer like this and the people that allow them to advertise on the platforms. These are the people that steals credit card information and sells it to oversea scammers.

Haven't received anything and no response
I ordered a Baerskin hoodie and got verification and tracking number on December 4th. I have emailed numerous times and gone to the website to do the live chat and was told I'd get an email. My order number is CC71CCAR. I have ordered items from Temu (China) that have gotten here way quicker. I am frustrated because this was supposed to be a Christmas gift.

I placed an order early December, and received in about a week or so. I ordered a Medium, when I should have ordered a large. I reached out to customer service last week, and didn't hear back. Subsequently, I have emailed twice more, and still have not heard back, except for the generic "we received your message". Where I was once excited about Baerskin, I am now extremely annoyed and am waiting to hear back from them so I can return my product and purchase a similar item from a competitor. Non-existant customer service
Ordered two hoodies, which were sent to the wrong address. Emailed the company, "Jess" said if we didn't receive them they would re-send. I didn't receive them and contacted the post office, with which I had submitted a forwarding address. The post office investigator called me back to say this company doesn't forward packages because they don't want to pay more shipping and the company's guidance to the post office is to dispose of the items. I phoned AND emailed the company, twice, and have yet to receive a response (it's been a week since I last contacted them). Apparently, Ms. "Jess" didn't know what she was talking about. This company seems shady to me and how they stay in business is a mystery. Just not responding is never good business practice and karma will catch up with the greedy scammers.

I ordered a hoodie on November 30th. I have called, left messages, sent emails with no response. Probably over a dozen. I have not received any tracking information on my hoodie. I need it for Christmas since my son is in college and goes back to school soon afterwards. I also looked at this site before and sent an email to Stephanie with no response. I ordered 1 on October 18th 24 , As of 11/14/2024 my order stopped tracking. Stating recieved at my local post office. Contacted Post Office they have no record of this shippment. I emailed them 4 times befor response and asked for a refund. Two weeks later they sent an email stating my payment was recieved and i would get a tracking number soon. That was 2 weeks ago. Still no tracking number. At this point just wanting my money back!

Many many emails later, and unresolved questions (such as, are all the zippers reversed, or are these items defective? no response) most of the order was returned. The pants were retained, but now see they are cut with too low a rise (and wearer is not fat). Would not recommend. Once told items were to be returned, BS went dark, with no response to follow...

I ordered a hoodie that was supposedly shipped. The tracking info is absolute garbage with no actual info provided. I emailed multiple times and left voicemail with no response at all. I can't even say what the product is like because I don't know where it is and can't get anyone at this company to contact me back! Extremely disappointing and I'll never recommend this company.
They drop ship these, likely from China, and you won't get your item until some warehouse somewhere ships it. The tracking is not really tracking.
Baerskin Hoodie - SCAM
My spouse ordered one of these Hoodies, then unexpectedly died. This order arrived after her death, so I sent it back via UPS store, it was never opened and was in the original envelope with the label on it. I contacted the company via email a couple weeks later, because they would not answer any phone calls. I explained the circumstances to them and asked that they credit the amount back to the credit card. After going round and round with them for 3 months. They write back and say, no they they will not refund the money. Pretty rude in my opinion. I would NEVER do business with company again. Of all the companies I sent items back for refunds, these were the only ones who gave me a hard time. buy at your own RISK.

Returns are impossible
I ordered 3 jackets. We did not like how bulky the cuffs were on them so I have been reaching out to baerskin tactical for almost 3 weeks now for a return. I have emailed and chat on their web site and I still have not received one response back? I called, only an automated service no live people... this has been by far the worst return process I have ever encountered.
Recommendation: Unless you know damn well you love the fit of these items don't buy.

Cozy and Warm, But Size Up! B?RSkin Hoodie Review
Get a size up, folks! The BAERSkin Hoodie is one cozy piece of clothing, but the sizing can be quite tricky. If you're an American man, be wary that this hoodie runs a bit smaller than the usual sizes. I found the shoulders to be quite tight, and the hand pockets barely fit my hands. I think the opening zipper for the hand pockets should be longer and deeper. My hands barely fit in there!
However, the material used in making this hoodie is thick and warm. It definitely retains body heat well. As much as I love my hoodie, I will have to purchase a bigger size if I want to be more comfortable. I suggest that you do the same thing too. Never underestimate how important it is to be comfy and snug in your clothes!
I wore my BAERSkin Hoodie during the colder months, and it really did keep me warm. However, I had to be careful when washing it. The instructions say that it's best to drip dry and not use a dryer. I accidentally put it in the dryer once, and it did shrink a bit. So, definitely stick to the instructions on the care label.
Overall, I think this hoodie is definitely worth the purchase. Just be sure to size up!

Disappointing Quality & Poor Customer Service
So I wanted to give my opinion on the BAERSkin Hoodie that I recently purchased from baerskinhoodie.com. I must say, both my son and I were real deal excited about getting these hoodies. However, as soon as we received them, our excitement turned into a real disappointment.
First of all, the delivery took nearly a month to arrive, and when they finally did, the quality of the product was below average. It appeared as if it was made from cheap material, and there was no liner either. The stitching was showing and it also turned out to be thin, unlike the advertisement on their website. Here in the Midwest, winter is real chilly, and both my son and I were freezing in these hoodies.
Furthermore, I had some concerns and questions about the product and tried to get in touch with their customer service. Unfortunately, they didn't have any phone number that I could call and only mentioned an email address. However, after sending multiple emails, they didn't get back to me. It's a real deal shame when companies don't have good customer service to help people when things go wrong.
I must admit that I am pretty bummed about spending my hard-earned money on these hoodies, in the end, they're just a real deal scam. I should have read more reviews online before buying, but I was too excited to have matching hoodies with my son. Anyway, after some hassle, my CC company reversed the charge, and I learned an important lesson about being extra careful with online shopping.
Honestly, my advice would be if you want a hoodie like this, don't purchase it from baerskinhoodie.com. Instead, try finding the same product from different brand names on Amazon, which probably come from the same factory in China. It's just so much easier.

I don't suggest doing business with BAERSkin Hoodie, they cheated me out of . I bought this top on December 8th, but haven't seen it yet. There's no phone number to call, and the chat on their website doesn't work, it just asks for your email and that's it (which they never reply). The only way to reach out is emailing them, so I did. I asked about the whereabouts of my purchase, but haven't heard back since. It's already been 3 days since that email was sent, and there's still no reply. I sent another email asking why I haven't heard back yet and turns out they blocked me from sending them messages! This is just absolute nonsense! One might say this to be a bad faith way of doing business. Trust my advice and the many negative reviews online. Keep a good distance from these people. They are far from being trustworthy merchants.

Cozy and Comfy
At first, I was a bit hesitant to order the BAERSkin Hoodie from baerskinhoodie.com since it was a bit pricey for me. However, the more I read into it, the more I thought it might be worth the investment. The wait time was about three weeks, which is not my favorite thing, but I figured it would be worth it if the hoodie was as good as it was said to be.
Finally, when it arrived, I was so happy. The smile on my face was huge. It's not often that I get that excited about receiving a product. The material is so soft and comfy, not rough or itchy like some other materials can be. I even wore it in springtime and I'll probably do the same in the fall, but I might have to put it away during the summer. Who knows, though? Maybe I'll even wear it then!

Quality and Design on Point!
I ordered one of those BAERSkin Hoodies from their website for me mate. Took quite a while to come, I tell ya', and I was gettin' a bit agitated 'cause I wanted to give it to him for his birthday. Them customer service people couldn't give me an exact date of delivery, but the fella that helped me was real patient and explained the situation, so I guess it was all right in the end.
When the hoodie arrived, I gotta say, it was really impressive. The quality was matchin' the price, and the design was so cool, I reckon he's gonna be over the moon when he sees it. And it ain't too heavy, which is good for me, I don't like luggin' around too much stuff. Even though I didn't give it to him just yet, I can tell it was well worth the wait.

shipping Delays, Flawed Design, and Low Quality Zipper - Not Worth the Money
I bought this BaerSkin Hoodie (baerskinhoodie.com) as an anniversary present for my hubby. But boy oh boy, was I in for a shocker! It got to me super late, a whole 2 weeks after the anniversary. Can you imagine my frustration? I ain't no happy camper, folks. I mean, I placed my order over 2 weeks before the big day. What happened there? And guess what, folks? As soon as my fella tried it on, we noticed some flaw in design. It's zippered on the wrong side, and it's like some woman's jacket. You know, I'm no rocket scientist, but I know this ain't right. This could've been a disaster if I knew beforehand that it was shipping all the way from China. It'd have been a big mistake and I wouldn't have bought it, never in a million years. But, the material is premium and it fits like a glove. The pockets are pretty cool too. Now, it gets even worse when you read that the zipper falls apart after being washed. Horrible Customer Service & Possible Scam
I ordered the BAERSkin Hoodie from baerskinhoodie.com and was really excited for it to arrive. When it finally did, I eagerly tried it on, only to find that it was way too small for me! I was really disappointed and upset. I immediately sent an email to the company, but I haven't heard back from them yet. I've sent a total of five emails now, but still no response. It's been over a month since my initial email and my frustration is growing by the day.
What's even more frustrating is that when I tried to call their "phone number," it was a Verizon business number that kept saying "User Busy" no matter what time of day or night I called. Poor Quality, Late Delivery, and Trashy Customer Service
I ain't gonna lie, but ain't nobody got time and money fo' this company. Yo, let me share my experience with y'all. So, I got myself a BAERSkin Hoodie from their website on 11/28/22 cuz I thought it would be lit af Christmas present for my boo. They promise on their site that it'll be delivered in 10-14 days, but yo, it took 44 days! Can you believe that? And guess what, they manufacture it in China! Now, let's talk about the hoodie itself. The zipper on it was oriented for a female body, which my hubby instantly noticed. Do not make the same mistake that I did! If you're considering buying a BAERSkin Hoodie, be aware that you might encounter some serious issues with communication and service before and after your purchase.
Let me tell you about my own experience: I placed an order for four hoodies on October 30th, 2022, and paid a total of . All appeared to be well, as I received an automated email confirming my order was received. After that, though, I heard nothing from the company until November 17th, when I received a second email saying that my product was being shipped from China.
I must admit, I was pretty surprised to find out that my hoodie was made in China, as I was under the impression that these products were manufactured in America or Europe. From the moment I learned about the Chinese production of the product until November the 17th, I felt worried about the situation, which added a lot of unnecessary stress to the situation.
Things only got worse when I tried to contact Baerskin via phone and email to cancel the order and got no response. As days passed, I felt much more frustrated and started losing hope. Eventually, on November 18th, I got an email from a company called MyNuve, telling me that the product had shipped. This was the first time I'd ever heard of them.
I attempted to respond to the email and request that the order be cancelled, but didn't get a reply until November 28th, which told me that the product had already shipped and couldn't be stopped. As fate would have it, my package arrived on November 30th.
Out of sheer disappointment during Black Friday sales, I shipped the package back to the company the next day, unopened and noted that I did so in an email to MyNuve. Almost a week later, I got an automated email asking me if I liked the product. When I replied and told them that I returned it unopened and explained my frustrations they asked me where it was and became difficult until they finally replied and informed me that they couldn't give me a refund because their terms indicate that they can only accept packages sent to the address provided and prepaid.
Needless to say, I was left feeling quite frustrated and upset about the whole experience. The communication and service were terrible, and customer satisfaction wasn't even a consideration. I ended up losing my money, with no hope of getting it back.
So, if you're thinking about buying a BAERSkin Hoodie, do yourself a favor and steer clear of both Baerskin and MyNuve. Trust me; you don't want to go through this same frustrating experience.

Dec. 8th I ordered a hoodie for my son to be shipped to his address. Ordered early December 2024. They sent info on 12/15/24 saying it had reached transport dispatch hub, tried international tracking number - said same no further information to today. Called, left messages, emailed several times. They sent email back that they got my email and would look into it. No further information. This company is all bots, no real people. Do NOT order from them! They have worst customer service in the world! I called my Credit card company opened a dispute as I told them I would. I contacted NYS Attorney General and filed a consumer fraud complaint today. O told them I would do that as well. I advise everyone having trouble with them to contact their state attorney general and file consumer fraud complaint against them. They are thieves.

I am once again writing to complain about BAERSkin tactical. I waited about one month for them to finally send me a prepaid shipping label for the XXL jacket I wanted to exchange. I returned the XXL jacket on Thursday, 12/12. UPS confirmed BAERSkin received it Monday, 12/16. I am still waiting for the XL jacket. The customer service rep stated as soon as the return label was used, they would process the exchange. I still haven’t received the XL jacket. I would like a confirmation email with a tracking number so I can track the exchange. I am so disappointed in the lack of communication from BAERSkin. It shouldn’t be this difficult or frustrating to make an exchange!
Desired outcome: I want my exchange processed immediately. I have been patient and waited over ONE MONTH to have the XXL jacket to be exchanged for an XL. I would also like a discount for all the aggravation this purchase has been.

Thank you for responding. Your communication is still rather sketchy. Received an email today that stated: "Received by local delivery company, Carrier note: Received by local delivery company." But, my question is, who is the local delivery company? Every search I have tried comes up either no tracking number for this package or it just spins and times out. So, the tracking has not been good at all. I sent an email explaining some of this. You all need to get your service improved. Your website should indicate that the products are coming from China, which is not clear at all. I thought I was dealing with an American company. Not good. Hope the sizing chart is correct and not defined by sizes of local countrymen in China. If so, the product will not work and I will be stuck with trying to return it and get a refund. Plus, you would likely insist that I pay shipping! Let's hope you do some things right.

I ordered a tactical hoodie for my husband 15 days ago hoping it would arrive before Christmas. It appears the hoodie has not shipped yet as there is no tracking information. I ordered a hoodie from you on Dec. 9 (order 3QR8JBN2) and got an email confirming my order. I also got an order confirming payment of said order, with a link to view my order online. When I click on the tracking number, under the area that states that 'your order is on the way!", the number doesn't lead you anywhere, and doesn't work with any of the usual delivery companies in our city.
I highly doubt the item will reach me by Christmas, and after reading all the terrible reviews, I'm not sure it will reach me at all!

Return 2 and quickly send correct color/size
I originally ordered and paid for a green tactical hoodie in a size 3 XL. I received a grey hoodie in a size XL. I completed paperwork for a return/exchange. I am awaiting the return info I inadvertently deleted. I then received a grey sort of colored hoodie in an XL. No improvement. I now have two hoodies in size XL that I would like to exchange for ONE hoodie in ARMY GREEN and in a size 3XL.

I ordered several Baerskin hoodies on Nov. 15, 2024 (Total: $454.77). I received emails for each order, confirming receipt of order and payment. The email states the company will send me an confirmation email once the orders are shipped:
"Hey Audrey Sendrowski - We’ve confirmed your order. We'll let you know as soon as your order leaves our warehouse."
It is now Dec. 7, 2024 and I have not received one email for confirmation of shipping. I’ve place two orders. First one nearly a month ago and other than a AI generated “we got your order” I’ve got nothing to show any shipping info. I email them and get nothing back.
