Baerskin Hoodie - SCAM
My spouse ordered one of these Hoodies, then unexpectedly died. This order arrived after her death, so I sent it back via UPS store, it was never opened and was in the original envelope with the label on it. I contacted the company via email a couple weeks later, because they would not answer any phone calls. I explained the circumstances to them and asked that they credit the amount back to the credit card. After going round and round with them for 3 months. They write back and say, no they they will not refund the money. Pretty rude in my opinion. I would NEVER do business with company again. Of all the companies I sent items back for refunds, these were the only ones who gave me a hard time. buy at your own RISK.

I ordered 3 jackets. We did not like how bulky the cuffs were on them so I have been reaching out to baerskin tactical for almost 3 weeks now for a return. I have emailed and chat on their web site and I still have not received one response back? I called, only an automated service no live people... this has been by far the worst return process I have ever encountered.
Recommendation: Unless you know damn well you love the fit of these items don't buy.

Cozy and Warm, But Size Up! B?RSkin Hoodie Review
Get a size up, folks! The BAERSkin Hoodie is one cozy piece of clothing, but the sizing can be quite tricky. If you're an American man, be wary that this hoodie runs a bit smaller than the usual sizes. I found the shoulders to be quite tight, and the hand pockets barely fit my hands. I think the opening zipper for the hand pockets should be longer and deeper. My hands barely fit in there!
However, the material used in making this hoodie is thick and warm. It definitely retains body heat well. As much as I love my hoodie, I will have to purchase a bigger size if I want to be more comfortable. I suggest that you do the same thing too. Never underestimate how important it is to be comfy and snug in your clothes!
I wore my BAERSkin Hoodie during the colder months, and it really did keep me warm. However, I had to be careful when washing it. The instructions say that it's best to drip dry and not use a dryer. I accidentally put it in the dryer once, and it did shrink a bit. So, definitely stick to the instructions on the care label.
Overall, I think this hoodie is definitely worth the purchase. Just be sure to size up!

Disappointing Quality & Poor Customer Service
So I wanted to give my opinion on the BAERSkin Hoodie that I recently purchased from baerskinhoodie.com. I must say, both my son and I were real deal excited about getting these hoodies. However, as soon as we received them, our excitement turned into a real disappointment.
First of all, the delivery took nearly a month to arrive, and when they finally did, the quality of the product was below average. It appeared as if it was made from cheap material, and there was no liner either. The stitching was showing and it also turned out to be thin, unlike the advertisement on their website. Here in the Midwest, winter is real chilly, and both my son and I were freezing in these hoodies.
Furthermore, I had some concerns and questions about the product and tried to get in touch with their customer service. Unfortunately, they didn't have any phone number that I could call and only mentioned an email address. However, after sending multiple emails, they didn't get back to me. It's a real deal shame when companies don't have good customer service to help people when things go wrong.
I must admit that I am pretty bummed about spending my hard-earned money on these hoodies, in the end, they're just a real deal scam. I should have read more reviews online before buying, but I was too excited to have matching hoodies with my son. Anyway, after some hassle, my CC company reversed the charge, and I learned an important lesson about being extra careful with online shopping.
Honestly, my advice would be if you want a hoodie like this, don't purchase it from baerskinhoodie.com. Instead, try finding the same product from different brand names on Amazon, which probably come from the same factory in China. It's just so much easier.

Avoid This Cheating Merchant!
I don't suggest doing business with BAERSkin Hoodie, they cheated me out of . I bought this top on December 8th, but haven't seen it yet. There's no phone number to call, and the chat on their website doesn't work, it just asks for your email and that's it (which they never reply). The only way to reach out is emailing them, so I did. I asked about the whereabouts of my purchase, but haven't heard back since. It's already been 3 days since that email was sent, and there's still no reply. I sent another email asking why I haven't heard back yet and turns out they blocked me from sending them messages! This is just absolute nonsense! One might say this to be a bad faith way of doing business. Trust my advice and the many negative reviews online. Keep a good distance from these people. They are far from being trustworthy merchants.

Cozy and Comfy
At first, I was a bit hesitant to order the BAERSkin Hoodie from baerskinhoodie.com since it was a bit pricey for me. However, the more I read into it, the more I thought it might be worth the investment. The wait time was about three weeks, which is not my favorite thing, but I figured it would be worth it if the hoodie was as good as it was said to be.
Finally, when it arrived, I was so happy. The smile on my face was huge. It's not often that I get that excited about receiving a product. The material is so soft and comfy, not rough or itchy like some other materials can be. I even wore it in springtime and I'll probably do the same in the fall, but I might have to put it away during the summer. Who knows, though? Maybe I'll even wear it then!
This hoodie is made out of high-quality material with plenty of pockets, which is really nice. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do. It's well worth the investment.

Quality and Design on Point!
I ordered one of those BAERSkin Hoodies from their website for me mate. Took quite a while to come, I tell ya', and I was gettin' a bit agitated 'cause I wanted to give it to him for his birthday. Them customer service people couldn't give me an exact date of delivery, but the fella that helped me was real patient and explained the situation, so I guess it was all right in the end.
When the hoodie arrived, I gotta say, it was really impressive. The quality was matchin' the price, and the design was so cool, I reckon he's gonna be over the moon when he sees it. And it ain't too heavy, which is good for me, I don't like luggin' around too much stuff. Even though I didn't give it to him just yet, I can tell it was well worth the wait.
I was curious and went back to their website, and I noticed they got hoodies for the ladies now. Makes me wanna get one for meself too. I just hope it won't take as long as the first time I ordered. I'll definitely letcha know what happens!

shipping Delays, Flawed Design, and Low Quality Zipper - Not Worth the Money
I bought this BaerSkin Hoodie (baerskinhoodie.com) as an anniversary present for my hubby. But boy oh boy, was I in for a shocker! It got to me super late, a whole 2 weeks after the anniversary. Can you imagine my frustration? I ain't no happy camper, folks. I mean, I placed my order over 2 weeks before the big day. What happened there? And guess what, folks? As soon as my fella tried it on, we noticed some flaw in design. It's zippered on the wrong side, and it's like some woman's jacket. You know, I'm no rocket scientist, but I know this ain't right. This could've been a disaster if I knew beforehand that it was shipping all the way from China. It'd have been a big mistake and I wouldn't have bought it, never in a million years. But, the material is premium and it fits like a glove. The pockets are pretty cool too. Now, it gets even worse when you read that the zipper falls apart after being washed. I mean, that's even worse than the zipper being on the wrong side, right? Folks, it's so disappointing! I can't believe it cost me on discount, supposedly 60% off. Ain't that something? And get this, they say it's retailed at over ! That's daylight robbery, if you ask me. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this hoodie at any price, not even to my enemies. Horrible Customer Service & Possible Scam
I ordered the BAERSkin Hoodie from baerskinhoodie.com and was really excited for it to arrive. When it finally did, I eagerly tried it on, only to find that it was way too small for me! I was really disappointed and upset. I immediately sent an email to the company, but I haven't heard back from them yet. I've sent a total of five emails now, but still no response. It's been over a month since my initial email and my frustration is growing by the day.
What's even more frustrating is that when I tried to call their "phone number," it was a Verizon business number that kept saying "User Busy" no matter what time of day or night I called. I'm really starting to wonder if this company is even legitimate, or if they're just collecting people's money and not responding to any inquiries or concerns.
My 14-day exchange or return period will expire soon and I'm really worried that I won't be able to return or exchange the hoodie. I'm really disappointed in this company and their lack of customer service. I feel like I've been scammed and I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

I'm not sure if the company is even based in Delaware, which is the address they're using, but regardless, they should be embarrassed by their lack of response and customer service. Poor Quality, Late Delivery, and Trashy Customer Service
I ain't gonna lie, but ain't nobody got time and money fo' this company. Yo, let me share my experience with y'all. So, I got myself a BAERSkin Hoodie from their website on 11/28/22 cuz I thought it would be lit af Christmas present for my boo. They promise on their site that it'll be delivered in 10-14 days, but yo, it took 44 days! Can you believe that? And guess what, they manufacture it in China! I was so pissed, I sent 'em several emails askin' for the reason of delay and demanding a refund, but all I got was some generic emails offerin' 20% discount on my next order. Not happenin'!
Now, let's talk about the hoodie itself. The zipper on it was oriented for a female body, which my hubby instantly noticed. It's supposed to be a fleece jacket with extra pockets, but to be honest, it ain't any warmer than a regular cotton hoodie that you can score for like 15 bucks at Wal-Mart. Why pay so much fo' nothin' special?
The customer service was trashy and the product was hella expensive for such poor quality. They ain't got no empathy or sympathy for their customers once you fail to get your product as promised on their website. Do not make the same mistake that I did! If you're considering buying a BAERSkin Hoodie, be aware that you might encounter some serious issues with communication and service before and after your purchase.
Let me tell you about my own experience: I placed an order for four hoodies on October 30th, 2022, and paid a total of . All appeared to be well, as I received an automated email confirming my order was received. After that, though, I heard nothing from the company until November 17th, when I received a second email saying that my product was being shipped from China.
I must admit, I was pretty surprised to find out that my hoodie was made in China, as I was under the impression that these products were manufactured in America or Europe. From the moment I learned about the Chinese production of the product until November the 17th, I felt worried about the situation, which added a lot of unnecessary stress to the situation.
Things only got worse when I tried to contact Baerskin via phone and email to cancel the order and got no response. As days passed, I felt much more frustrated and started losing hope. Eventually, on November 18th, I got an email from a company called MyNuve, telling me that the product had shipped. This was the first time I'd ever heard of them.
I attempted to respond to the email and request that the order be cancelled, but didn't get a reply until November 28th, which told me that the product had already shipped and couldn't be stopped. As fate would have it, my package arrived on November 30th.
Out of sheer disappointment during Black Friday sales, I shipped the package back to the company the next day, unopened and noted that I did so in an email to MyNuve. Almost a week later, I got an automated email asking me if I liked the product. When I replied and told them that I returned it unopened and explained my frustrations they asked me where it was and became difficult until they finally replied and informed me that they couldn't give me a refund because their terms indicate that they can only accept packages sent to the address provided and prepaid.
Needless to say, I was left feeling quite frustrated and upset about the whole experience. The communication and service were terrible, and customer satisfaction wasn't even a consideration. I ended up losing my money, with no hope of getting it back.
So, if you're thinking about buying a BAERSkin Hoodie, do yourself a favor and steer clear of both Baerskin and MyNuve. Trust me; you don't want to go through this same frustrating experience.

Baerskin is helpful when you are spending your money. However, I've been trying to exchange a jacket and am getting no response to email or my chats. They also do not answer the phone. If someone doesn't contact me by EOB Monday, 11/18, I'm filing a dispute with my bank and contacting the BBB. These jackets are expensive. How about some customer service after the sale?! It's ridiculous that someone has not contacted me.

It never left where the label was created from in Jamaica NY. it was sitting for over 6 weeks with no one contacting me. The Velcro straps on the cuffs of my sleeves on my bearskin hoodie
I purchased my bearskin hoodie back in October of last year. It took 21 days before ever got to me. I have worn this hoodie several times since it has arrived. It is quite comfortable and warm, however my issue stems from the Velcro straps on my sleeve. About 2 months ago, my right cuff on my right sleeve stopped fastening and won’t Velcro on and now more recently my left cuff on my left sleeve is doing the same. 12/6/23 I placed two orders for Birthday & Christmas gifts. $54.70 & $56.79
Unable to track orders or reach Customer Service, with 7 calls and multiple emails.
1/8/24 A mangled package arrived too late for the intended gifts. I wanted to return both orders. I received an email allowing me to return 1 order. When I tried to clarify that it was 2 orders on the same date I had no response.
I followed their lengthy return policy exactly. Filling out the necessary info.
Then, 2 days later... I received an email that stated since they have not heard from me, they are closing the return request. If I wanted to reopen the request, I needed to respond to the email. Which I did; explaining I have been sick on chemo. The reply was denied.
So I am out $111.49 total, after the worst customer service experience in my life.
I truly believe their company is a scam!

Well, as of 0343 this morning (1/31/24) I finally gotten an email response with a tracking number. According to the tracking link sent via email, the product is at my local USPS distributer and as such, I would expect it will probably be delivered today or tomorrow. The tracking link also states that the package was sent out on 1/15/24 as stated in the response from Stephanie.
It is disingenuous to say an email was sent on 1/15/24 as it clearly was not... however, it seems as soon as the complaint came reached them via Complaints Board, I very promptly got an email.
I will not consider this a satisfactory solution until I receive my product, which hopefully will be within a day or two.

It is now January 29 and I have yet to receive any word on shipping. The site still reads “item is in stock and will ship same day”!
I actually ordered a second waterproof hoodie to see if it would actually ship. That’s order #Q2XB7WED is somewhere in their queue too! Once again I received no shipping information. I’m starting to believe that Baerskin Tactical is a scam company.

The customer service is a joke. If you try to call, it is answered by an unprofessional sounding guy then you wait for live person but it gets disconnected. If you try the chat option, it will go into an email. When you email, you don't get a response. They give you a tracking info, but if you click the link, you get an error message. If you go to their website and enter the order number, it will say that the order does not exist.
Order not received.

I'm beginning to suspect this whole system is rigged in favour of the companies that you allegedley investigate. Will you (like Trustpilot) allow reviews of yourselves?
Customer Service at BaerskinHOODIE
I placed an order for 2 hoodies but went back to the site and looked like I was kicked out. It didn't look like I placed the order, so I tried again and later got an email saying that it looked like I placed 2 identical orders and asked me if this was a mistake. I emailed back saying I only wanted 2 hoodies and it was a mistake. No one ever got back to me, and no one refunded me for 2 hoodies I did not want. I have emailed at least 5 times, and no one has responded. I also tried to call but was hung up on after waiting for 10 minutes. I tried the chat, but after waiting several hours, I turned off my computer. Later, I got an email saying they were disconnecting the chat, because I never responded. This is some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I think it is a scam to make money from duplicate orders.

Return Service
Bought a baerskin hoodie for my husband for Christmas. Doesn't fit. Now up to 7 emails to them, spent a total of over 1 hour being on hold: call, put on hold, line goes dead after 12-15mins. Repeat.
Tried their chat function: in response to my question (can someone respond to my return request), received "Thanks for reaching out! You will get replies here and in your email." That was 2 hours ago, and have not received an email or further response on chat.
Why not have a return form online if they don't have the customer service capabilities to handle returns?

Jacket and Hoodie
Baerskin uses USPS to "Deliver" the items bought by customers. The crapiest carrier service in the United States. Not surprisingly, my Order of $300 worth of clothing was marked as "Delivered" by USPS but, of course, it was never received. I was home with my door open at the time of the purported delivery. I have filed a fraud charge with the Office of Postal Inspector and seeking resolution via Baerskin. I would gladly have paid for alternate delivery if offered. Now I have to go to battle with USPS and Baerskin for expensive items I never received.

You site kicked me out and when I went back in I couldn't find if the order was completed or not. Your website needs serious work it is not very user friendly. I filled it out again. Baerskin Hoodie
I had rec'd my 3.0Hoodie early in December - which ws a 3XL. I found the size to be too large - so called and Customer Service - advising to return. Customer Service - Arianne - advised that they would send out to me a 2XL - at no charge to myself.
Unfortunately, the 2XL wass now too small - so I advised that I would like to return. She than said I could return for a full refund - or accept a 40% credit to my card . I advised her a few days later - would accept the 40% credit to my card.
When I emailed Cusatomer Service - she now claims that was an error on her part - and would give me a 20% coupon for a future purchase. Given this runa around - I doubt I would evver purchase from Baerskin again.
Now, Customer Service has gone silent - as they will not honor the original email wih the 40% credit.
The hoddie is a nice product - I give Baerskin this notice - but Customer |Service is lacking - so "Buyer Beware"
