Need to exchange from L to M. Submitted multiple requests online, none were answered. Left voice mail on contact phone, still no answer. Customer service seems to be very poor. Company guarantees item will fit according to their chart or they will exchange but using their chart, the items purchased (3 hoodies) are too large and nobody is responding to my requests for an exchange.
