I ordered 2 jackets for my boyfriend on Nov 15th for Christmas. Unfortunately, neither fit correctly. I messaged them Christmas day and was pleasantly surprised when they responded on the holiday. Mary C is the one who was messaging me back. She sent a sizing chart as we were trying to decide if we should order a different size in the shell or keep it and, at the time, we were looking to exchange the tactical hoodie for a different size. I asked her how the exchange process worked as she just asked me to send the size needed and they would ship the replacement. That is a very unusual method/response for exchanges. I didn't want to be charged for another and needed a shipping label or something to exchange. She never responded. We have decided we want a refund on hoodie and will just keep the not perfect fitting shell as this has been a nightmare. We are approaching the 60 day limit for returns and we can't get anyone to continue a conversation. We've messaged/emailed 8 times and have spent well over an hour on hold trying to get someone to pick up the phone (it hangs up after 11 minutes). I finally wrote comments on Facebook posts and someone messaged me asking for order numbers but never followed up. I also received an email after that with a new order number stating a replacement is on the way. I didn't ask for that. I was inquiring about the process. The tracking info is not working. I don't know how to get ahold of anyone to actually return one product. Terrible customer service.
Claimed loss: The jacket I'm looking to return was $119.95. The tactical hoodie they are sending again was $149.95

I ordered two jackets on 10/27, it is now 12/3. I've been trying to contact this company via phone and email and chat bot, and no one picks up or responds to email! Order # VXN6UQHZ. This needs to be corrected ASAP!
I placed my order for the tactical hoodie December 3, 2024 it's now December 20,2024 and I haven't even received a tracking number. I've sent two messages but still no information on when I should receive my order or tracking number. I tried calling a number I found on line but number not working. Non existent customer service. I had faith in this company but I wouldn't deal with them in the future.

I placed an order for A hoodie & rain jacket in November 2024, received it in two weeks. I placed an order for another tactical hoodie December 4, 2024 and still have not received it. The customer service is terrible, I have emailed 3 times, called left message twice [protected]), still not received any reply. I get 50 emails a day from this company to order again, NEVER! The sad thing is my son loves the jacket I did receive and gave him for Christmas, my grandson has still not received my gift.

I sent mine back in and the said the mail me on back, this has been over 30 days on the return, at this point all I want is my money back,. if i can say one thing to perspective buyers, it would be stay the hell away. This company is advertising heavily on the internet, but you can't seem to reach a real person. I placed an order the day after Christmas, with a tentative ship date of 6 January, 2025. Keep checking their website, no update on the status. I have sent up 2 follow ups via there smart chat, and no response from the company. The phone number [protected] (Philly area) is not taking calls at this time. I'm gonna cancel the order and have my credit card company deal with them. POOR Customer service. Seems they are over-promising and under-delivering. Great Advertising, but no back end support.
