I placed my order on 12/23 and was told it will be delivered in less than 2 weeks. I have been following up every day or every other day and finally I was told it was shipped on 1/25 but there has been no progress on any of the 3 jackets for which they created a label but there has been no movement till date. I have asked them to cancel my order and give me a refund but they have been refusing to do that as well. I have been sending emails to all the below email id and keep getting the same reply that it was shipped and you can return it once it is delivered. When I ask them what is the deliery date they dont have any answer for the same.

Creating a label does not mean that the item has shipped. It has been already more than 2 weeks and not sure why i should wait 1 more week before you can refund my money or reship the order with high priority with compensation of adding a free wallet or glasses to the order for all the wait and inconvinence you people have caused me. Both the worthless velcore and the hoodie shipped on the same date by the velcore order was sent to the shppier only on 2/3 after the initial compaliant was filed. There is no movement on the main order for which i was charged more than $200 that you people took from my account more than a month ago.
If you people are not able to send the shipments on time then stop your promotions and fulfill the orders in timely manner. Compensate the customers for their wait and patiences.
As informed on Jan 2nd if the order is not delivered by 1/15, i asked you to have it cancelled. Also, i did send an email on Jan 31st before the move that "I am moving out of that address by end of this month and will not be responsible if the package it delivered there. That was the reason j told if the order is not delivered by the 15th I asked you people to cancel it. I don't want to come back to.pick and return the package and will dispute the charge with so much delay"
You people said you cannot cancel or stop the order since it was already in transit. But now you are saying that you will cancel the order and refund only for 2 items and not the 3 items charged. I am expecting full refund of the order since you people can have that picked up ftom, the old address where it was delivered, if it was ever delivered.
Thanks for paying me back the money you kept for nearly 1 5 months and making me waste so much of my time on the followups and tracking all in vain. Since I was sure about moving at end of Jan, I informed you about that on Jan 2nd if the order cannot be delivered before 1/15 I need that to be cancelled.
I asked you several times if I place a new order for the 4 hoodies to be delivered at the new address will you adjust the price to match the price I paid for the current order and as compensation for all my effort and trouble will you add the glasses as the free item instead of the beanie or wallet but you never confirmed about that. I wasted so much of my time on this and kept following up on it because of the move and getting back the money is not going to compensate for all my effort and time.
So can you people answer at least now if i place a new order you can honor the original price and include the glasses as free item instead of the beanie or wallet and have it shipped & deluveeed in a week?
So basically you people are not willing to help or compensate for all my time and effort. All I am asking you is to match the item price to what i was charged when i placed the order in Dec but you are not wanting to do that. If you people are not able to fulfill the orders in time then you should stop putting so many ads and taking in more orders. As per your website it says "Due to high seasonal demand, we’re working hard to deliver your gear within 6 to 14 days from the order date." but mine was not processed even after a month
