I ordered my BaerskinTactical hoodie for my fiancé for Christmas. I ordered it on Dec 3. I have tried to call several times and to no avail. I have emailed them several times and nothing. I have called them several times and cannot reach them. I thought that this would be a nice gift for him with my limited income. Now, I have nothing! I was buying an American product.

Barking hoodie and rain cover
Ordered early December 2024. They sent info on 12/15/24 saying it had reached transport dispatch hub, tried international tracking number - said same no further information to today. Called, left messages, emailed several times. They sent email back that they got my email and would look into it. No further information. This company is all bots, no real people. Do NOT order from them! They have worst customer service in the world! I called my Credit card company opened a dispute as I told them I would. I contacted NYS Attorney General and filed a consumer fraud complaint today. O told them I would do that as well. I advise everyone having trouble with them to contact their state attorney general and file consumer fraud complaint against them. They are thieves.

Exchanging an xxl jacket for an xl jacket
Hello,
I am once again writing to complain about BAERSkin tactical. I waited about one month for them to finally send me a prepaid shipping label for the XXL jacket I wanted to exchange. I returned the XXL jacket on Thursday, 12/12. UPS confirmed BAERSkin received it Monday, 12/16. I am still waiting for the XL jacket. The customer service rep stated as soon as the return label was used, they would process the exchange. I still haven’t received the XL jacket. I would like a confirmation email with a tracking number so I can track the exchange. I am so disappointed in the lack of communication from BAERSkin. It shouldn’t be this difficult or frustrating to make an exchange!
Desired outcome: I want my exchange processed immediately. I have been patient and waited over ONE MONTH to have the XXL jacket to be exchanged for an XL. I would also like a discount for all the aggravation this purchase has been.

ORDERD 12-4-24. Have emailed several times and I get nothing. This is an order for a Christmas gift and it still has not arrived. Order XJDRZJXJ. The last I found something was that my order was going through customs? What the ? where is coming from that it has to go through customs? I only found that by accident from an email that didn't even show up in my inbox that was supposedly sent on 12-13. I found it by doing a search for emails from you all. I found all kinds of other emails that were trying to sell me more stuff. Why would I order more stuff when I don't even have the first thing I ordered? You need to improve a ton! Thank you for responding. Your communication is still rather sketchy. Received an email today that stated: "Received by local delivery company, Carrier note: Received by local delivery company." But, my question is, who is the local delivery company? Every search I have tried comes up either no tracking number for this package or it just spins and times out. So, the tracking has not been good at all. I sent an email explaining some of this. You all need to get your service improved. Your website should indicate that the products are coming from China, which is not clear at all. I thought I was dealing with an American company. Not good. Hope the sizing chart is correct and not defined by sizes of local countrymen in China. If so, the product will not work and I will be stuck with trying to return it and get a refund. Plus, you would likely insist that I pay shipping! Let's hope you do some things right.

15 days, no tracking no helpful info
I ordered a tactical hoodie for my husband 15 days ago hoping it would arrive before Christmas. It appears the hoodie has not shipped yet as there is no tracking information. I sent a message via their AI bot about acc vs week ago and still no helpful info. These hoodies are too expensive to have to deal with 0 customer service help. I’m thinking about canceling my order but based on other complaints here I’m afraid I won’t get a refund. Please advise how I can find out why there is such a long delay on fulfilling my order. I ordered a hoodie from you on Dec. 9 (order 3QR8JBN2) and got an email confirming my order. I also got an order confirming payment of said order, with a link to view my order online. When I click on the tracking number, under the area that states that 'your order is on the way!", the number doesn't lead you anywhere, and doesn't work with any of the usual delivery companies in our city.
I highly doubt the item will reach me by Christmas, and after reading all the terrible reviews, I'm not sure it will reach me at all!

Terrible customer service! I was fed an ad via YouTube and it looked cool so I ordered a hoodie for my husband. The only email I received were ones that said the order was received and payment was accepted. There is no order update two weeks later and no response from their customer service team. I want to cancel my order, but no one has responded. This isn't a cheap item--for $180 I expect more!

Return 2 and quickly send correct color/size
I originally ordered and paid for a green tactical hoodie in a size 3 XL. I received a grey hoodie in a size XL. I completed paperwork for a return/exchange. I am awaiting the return info I inadvertently deleted. I then received a grey sort of colored hoodie in an XL. No improvement. I now have two hoodies in size XL that I would like to exchange for ONE hoodie in ARMY GREEN and in a size 3XL.
This has been going on for quite some time and was to be a XMAS present. Probably not going to happen now, but please send me the following:

I ordered several Baerskin hoodies on Nov. 15, 2024 (Total: $454.77). I received emails for each order, confirming receipt of order and payment. The email states the company will send me an confirmation email once the orders are shipped:
"Hey Audrey Sendrowski - We’ve confirmed your order. We'll let you know as soon as your order leaves our warehouse."
It is now Dec. 7, 2024 and I have not received one email for confirmation of shipping. Worse than that, this company has not made one effort to reply to my requests made on their website contact page to confirm expected shipping date or anything about these orders. Absolutely no reply. No communication about my orders
I’ve place two orders. First one nearly a month ago and other than a AI generated “we got your order” I’ve got nothing to show any shipping info. I email them and get nothing back. I’ll try calling but from the reviews I see online I won’t talk to anyone who can help me. Really frustrated to have spent nearly $400 on four hoodies and I’m fearful it’s just a scam.

my complaint is first the price on your ad was 95.00 so we ordered 5 jackets when we finally got our confrontation the price was 161.00 each. Baerskin is helpful when you are spending your money. However, I've been trying to exchange a jacket and am getting no response to email or my chats. They also do not answer the phone. If someone doesn't contact me by EOB Monday, 11/18, I'm filing a dispute with my bank and contacting the BBB. These jackets are expensive. How about some customer service after the sale?! It's ridiculous that someone has not contacted me.

placed order on website for 5 items all in 3xl. items I was told were lost in transit. It never left where the label was created from in Jamaica NY. it was sitting for over 6 weeks with no one contacting me. However they said they would help me be replacing the small with a large. The green I had ordered was out of stock but asked if I take a black. I responded with a yes. I have had no communication with them since and have reached out 4 times now. It has been well over a month now and I’m getting very frustrated. I don’t need and can’t use this small hoodie so I’d like the large black as a replacement. I’d also like a return shipping label for the small hoodie.

I received an email from Baerskin Hoodie regarding my order. They told me it had been shipped and provided a tracking number. The tracking number came up with no results. After a few weeks I then tried it again an this time it stated that my order had been delivered to the post office but hadn't been delivered. I then went to the post office and found it had been kept because it had COUTERIFET POSTAGE! It cost me $10.10 to get my replacement hoodie.
This company has the very worst customer service ever. They tell you what you want to hear but they lie constantly. The product changes in quality and options every time I received one.

I have reached out to Baerskin Tactical again after they did respond to me stating that a replacement hoodie would be sent out. However it has been 16 days since they communicated with me and haven’t given me a confirmation or tracking number. I believe I’m being given the run around on this issue.
