I ordered several Baerskin hoodies on Nov. 15, 2024 (Total: $454.77). I received emails for each order, confirming receipt of order and payment. The email states the company will send me an confirmation email once the orders are shipped:
"Hey Audrey Sendrowski - We’ve confirmed your order. We'll let you know as soon as your order leaves our warehouse."
It is now Dec. 7, 2024 and I have not received one email for confirmation of shipping. Worse than that, this company has not made one effort to reply to my requests made on their website contact page to confirm expected shipping date or anything about these orders. Absolutely no reply. I have sent at least two requests for information to them, each stating my concerns. I now feel as if I've been scammed. I have tried to call them but have not been able to leave a message. They tell you to go to the website. VERY FRUSTRATED AND$454.77 POORER FOR NOTHING!

No communication about my orders
I’ve place two orders. First one nearly a month ago and other than a AI generated “we got your order” I’ve got nothing to show any shipping info. I email them and get nothing back. I’ll try calling but from the reviews I see online I won’t talk to anyone who can help me. Really frustrated to have spent nearly $400 on four hoodies and I’m fearful it’s just a scam.
Desired outcome: If you’re a real company, ship my order!! If you’re not, I hope they put you in jail.

my complaint is first the price on your ad was 95.00 so we ordered 5 jackets when we finally got our confrontation the price was 161.00 each. I HAVE TRIED to contact your company by phone which is impossible. I keep getting a message the next available rep will contact me as soon as possible the phone number is bull. I have no way of tracking my order other than my name and address and when i request a tracking number i get no renounce to any email. Baerskin is helpful when you are spending your money. However, I've been trying to exchange a jacket and am getting no response to email or my chats. They also do not answer the phone. If someone doesn't contact me by EOB Monday, 11/18, I'm filing a dispute with my bank and contacting the BBB. These jackets are expensive. How about some customer service after the sale?! It's ridiculous that someone has not contacted me.

placed order on website for 5 items all in 3xl. items I was told were lost in transit. It never left where the label was created from in Jamaica NY. it was sitting for over 6 weeks with no one contacting me. I finally called about 4 or 5 weeks later and they said they will re send out the items for me so i agreed. Here we are now on May 20 20204 and I am still waiting on the items. Very bad communication with this company. Poor customer service, Long hold times on the phone. Emails don't get responses I'm beggining to think this company is fake or is ready to go bankrupt soon.

However they said they would help me be replacing the small with a large. The green I had ordered was out of stock but asked if I take a black. I responded with a yes. I have had no communication with them since and have reached out 4 times now. It has been well over a month now and I’m getting very frustrated. I don’t need and can’t use this small hoodie so I’d like the large black as a replacement. I’d also like a return shipping label for the small hoodie.

I received an email from Baerskin Hoodie regarding my order. They told me it had been shipped and provided a tracking number. The tracking number came up with no results. After a few weeks I then tried it again an this time it stated that my order had been delivered to the post office but hadn't been delivered. I then went to the post office and found it had been kept because it had COUTERIFET POSTAGE! It cost me $10.10 to get my replacement hoodie.
This company has the very worst customer service ever. They tell you what you want to hear but they lie constantly. The product changes in quality and options every time I received one.

I have reached out to Baerskin Tactical again after they did respond to me stating that a replacement hoodie would be sent out. However it has been 16 days since they communicated with me and haven’t given me a confirmation or tracking number. I believe I’m being given the run around on this issue.

The Velcro straps on the cuffs of my sleeves on my bearskin hoodie
I purchased my bearskin hoodie back in October of last year. It took 21 days before ever got to me. I have worn this hoodie several times since it has arrived. It is quite comfortable and warm, however my issue stems from the Velcro straps on my sleeve. About 2 months ago, my right cuff on my right sleeve stopped fastening and won’t Velcro on and now more recently my left cuff on my left sleeve is doing the same. This is rather aggravating, considering the amount of money that I have spent on this hoodie, so I would expect something like this to not be a problem or to be resolved. So what do I need to do?

Worst customer service. Zero satisfaction on 2 orders totaling $111.49 placed 12/6/23
12/6/23 I placed two orders for Birthday & Christmas gifts. $54.70 & $56.79
Unable to track orders or reach Customer Service, with 7 calls and multiple emails.
1/8/24 A mangled package arrived too late for the intended gifts. I wanted to return both orders. I received an email allowing me to return 1 order. When I tried to clarify that it was 2 orders on the same date I had no response.
I followed their lengthy return policy exactly. Filling out the necessary info.
Then, 2 days later... I received an email that stated since they have not heard from me, they are closing the return request. If I wanted to reopen the request, I needed to respond to the email. Which I did; explaining I have been sick on chemo. The reply was denied.
So I am out $111.49 total, after the worst customer service experience in my life.
I truly believe their company is a scam!

I have called 3 times today. All of the calls disconnect after more than 20 minutes on hold.
The frustration with this miserable situation continues. I can't help but feel this is an extremely disreputable company. The promises made are like a shell game.
The reason I am afraid to mail the return, without verification, is I do not trust them to acknowledge the return being received... or that they will say something else ridiculous about not following the steps they require.

Well, as of 0343 this morning (1/31/24) I finally gotten an email response with a tracking number. According to the tracking link sent via email, the product is at my local USPS distributer and as such, I would expect it will probably be delivered today or tomorrow. The tracking link also states that the package was sent out on 1/15/24 as stated in the response from Stephanie.
It is disingenuous to say an email was sent on 1/15/24 as it clearly was not... however, it seems as soon as the complaint came reached them via Complaints Board, I very promptly got an email.
I will not consider this a satisfactory solution until I receive my product, which hopefully will be within a day or two.

Order #V9YCNZ6C was placed on January 1,2024 and confirmation was received. No shipping information was received. Using the online chat, I received a message that said they were waiting for a shipment of jackets on January 8 and a shipment of pants on January 17. It is now January 29 and I have yet to receive any word on shipping. The site still reads “item is in stock and will ship same day”!
I actually ordered a second waterproof hoodie to see if it would actually ship. That’s order #Q2XB7WED is somewhere in their queue too! Once again I received no shipping information. I’m starting to believe that Baerskin Tactical is a scam company.

The customer service is a joke. If you try to call, it is answered by an unprofessional sounding guy then you wait for live person but it gets disconnected. If you try the chat option, it will go into an email. When you email, you don't get a response. They give you a tracking info, but if you click the link, you get an error message. If you go to their website and enter the order number, it will say that the order does not exist.
