In November, I placed 3 orders with Baerskin. None of the items arrived by Christmas, and I could only use the hoodie since I purchased it for my husband. He received it mid January. After many attempts to contact customer service, which does not exist... only bots... I finally received instructions to return I did so, at my cost, following every detail of instructions. A month later, there has been no word and no refund. My next step is to contact my credit card company and dispute the charges.
