This is my go-to online store for swim suits and gifts!
They have a bunch of well-priced suits that have great designs.
The shipping is reasonable if you do a bulk order with some friends, which is never hard to do because they have a lot of things to suit everyone's taste.
My one piece still gets a lot of compliments and I use it for swimming laps which it works well with. The fabric is good and stretches well even when I put on a little more weight. The color still holds and there is no wear down on it. The business is also very reasonable if they are out of stock or have any issues with the order. They are quick to get back to you, definitely within 24 hours and are communicative and understanding. I'm never worried when I buy through them and have and questions or concerns. They frequently have great sales so when I get stuff through there I know I am getting a great deal regardless and get way more bang for my buck when I order here. Definitely recommend Zaful, its a great store :) Enjoy!

I ordered from zaful around black Friday/Christmas time and despite this the delivery of my item was very speedy. I am a UK resident so this surprised me as usually orders from US websites take quite a while to reach me.
I was very impressed by the quality of the product which was a burgundy fluffy jacket. Apart from the fact that initially the zip was a little stiff the coat was exactly what I wanted and had been looking before.
Being quite petite I was happy to find that the coat accommodated for this and that the fit was very true to size.
Another thing to mention is how helpful the customer services team was. I had purchased another item around the same time as this from America and had mixed up an email from the customs tax office thinking it was from zaful for my coat rather than the other item. Despite me being in the wrong they sorted everything out very quickly for me without blaming me and we're keen to help me in anyway possible.
I would definitely recommend buying from zaful and will be doing so again.

Despite what other unhappy reviews say, I’ve never had a bad experience with Zaful. They’re clothing does run small and I usually size up after learning from my very first order, but their customer service is always very quick to respond and provide solutions! They once sent out a swimsuit a size bigger like I needed free of charge and let me keep the original! They also have a student discount program which I love and even have a points program to take additional discounts off clothing. Highly recommend this site!
My daughter ordered a few swim suits and a belt 2 months ago. The address was incorrect and apparently the order was sent back. She gave them the correct address and tried to contact by email and phone calls several times. They claim the order would be sent out. It has not and now no one will respond. I just sent another email asking for a refund. I have read how others seem to have this issue with an incorrect address. Terrible customer service and seems like a ***.
I paid with my PayPal for an order worth around $100 worth of items. The shipping address that was listed was one that did not match my PayPal at all. ZAFUL claimed it was my fault for listening the wrong shipping address... even though they’re the ones who didn’t even use my PayPal information. The customer service representative gave me the same generic answer saying that they ship to the address provided by the customer but they were too stupid to understand that I had never put that address that they sent to down. I’m still waiting for a $100 refund which at this point I might never get because they refused to be liable for the fact that they destroyed the package upon wrongful delivery. These idiots need to be held accountable for screwing out customers and rejecting responsibility for putting down the wrong address.

I have not found another online clothing store as good as Zaful yet! Their clothes look "too good to be true" on their website but the clothes actually do look JUST like the pictures every time :) My favorites are the two-piece sets because most of Zaful's pants/shorts are high waisted and then the two-piece set comes with a cropped shirt which is my favorite with the high waisted pants! I also always follow the sizing chart because it is accurate! I'm always either a small or a medium based on the sizing chart. Definitely recommend shopping here!
If they seem too good to be true, it's because they are! This company may seem like a great option, but do not order from them. Their company's customer service policy is nonsense; they do not honor what they state about returns or exchanges. They would not accept my return or exchange, and after a lot of complaining, they promised me a refund that I never received. My sister also ordered from them, never received her order and the company is refusing to refund or replace her order. The customer service is absolute rubbish. It's a sham. If you go to their website, you will see tons of reviews like mine. Buyer seriously beware.

Their clothes for women are made so amazingly well to fit the feminine figure in the most flattering way. Their clothes are so unique, I’d not find them anywhere else! I ordered a mask set in April for over 30 dollars. I accidentally put in the wrong address for shipping. I have been emailing back and forth for months to figure out where my package was. I attempted to correct my address when I realized it was wrong. They told me that customs had destroyed my package, and there was nothing they could do since I put in the wrong shipping address. I was very skeptical of using Zaful to buy clothing, especially swim suits. I am 5'8", 36-38C bust, and US Size 12 or European size 31 waist. It is very hard for me to find clothes that fit in a store, so shopping online is usually my last resort. I am always afraid the size I see online isn't exactly what it's going to be when it's on my body type. Fortunately, after watching youtube try on videos and reading lots of reviews I dove in and purchased my first order of 3 swim suits for a cruise. According to the size chart, I would be a 2xl which translates into a size 12. The fit is perfect, the price is a steal, and the fabric quality is amazing! My style is 2 piece, high waist, and cheeky. The coverage is comfortable and currently these 3 swim suits are my go to's for boating and tubing fun. Recently, I purchased 3 more swim suits and 2 tops all for under $50 (which is usually the price of a top at Torrid or Victoria secret). I can't wait to rock these for this summer! Which one is the one that is not being shipped for another 7-15 business days? Why would it even take that long when I have already waited this amount of time? I am not understanding why I bothered to pay for express shipping if now you are saying 7-15 business days. Why would I only get an exchange and not a refund when I paid for express specifically to avoid this? I knew I should have stuck with Amazon Prime. Please tell me if I will not be receiving any of these prior to Dec 23rd before I leave for a holiday for 1 month. I cannot believe after paying express shipping that all 3 are still even processing to be shipped. I do not understand how an order can be placed on Dec 6th, you can advertise express shipping and then almost 2 weeks later they still have even been shipped. I am assuming after you ship it you have no guarantee on how long it will take to arrive as well, am I right?

I am incredibly frustrated and confused with your service! I want a refund, especially for my express shipping that I paid. I was told back on Dec 14th that at least 2 of the 3 bikinis that I had purchased would be shipped within the next 1-2 business days and even though the 3rd one was unsuccessful with the express shipping that I would receive the other two. Now it seems your company had waited for us to resolve the 3rd one until anything was shipped causing me now not to receive ANY OF THEM prior to me leaving the country for over a month. I would like this to be resolved asap as it seems to me like for your own benefit you waited to ship the other two to save on shipping costs until we resolved what to do with the third one. This is ridiculous, especially for a customer that paid an additional 15+ dollars for express shipping at the beginning of December. Then In this thread, I was told I didn't pay for express shipping and I had to pay more, then I got an apology for that being a mistake on your end. IN ADDITION TO THAT I said that I wanted to wait for the orange one IF there was no guarantee that the "replacement" black one that was in stock would be here before the 23rd and STILL no one listened and just shipped the black one knowing it would not be here in time as well.

Hello! I wanna ask. I wanna buy something for my friend in philippines so I changed the currency into php and I wanted to use credit card as the payment. I would like to file a complaint about delivery. I have order my package 4.1.2021. I have been waiting for a month but the package did not arrive. I have put in the adress my P.O.Box. The package was sent back to zaful because of incomplete adress. I did not know they do not ship into P.O.Box. Nobody warned me neither contact me about that issue. I saw another person had this same issue. The website will not accept my credit card payment for my order. Nothing is wrong with my card and I have tried it several times but I keep getting the box that says the payment has failed and to retry or use another card. I just used my card on another website and it worked just fine so it has to be something wrong with the Zaful website.

Waiting for $101.04 back for items I returned and no one will answer me. I ordered online from Zaful a few weeks ago. The address I originally submitted was deemed insufficient by the shipping company despite many deliveries regularly making it to my address. When I tried to resolve the issue and give them a new address for the delivery the package was supposedly destroyed and as this is deemed a customer error, no refund has been offered by Zaful nor any solution to try and resolve my problem. This is absolutely ridiculous and is terrible customer service.

Inconvenience in orders
I placed a hoodie and a pair of jogger pants for order on 10th oct, 2019. It says my order has been shipped out but there is no tracking info. I tried using the tracking number to track the package on other websites. They say they have no information on the package. Where is my stuff? If you're not going to send it, place a refund quickly. I ordered stuff out of curiosity. You take delivery charges but the delivery is way too slow, you should be the one paying us back for such delays. I never received my order
I got a email explaining that my order was shipped and should be delivered to my house within 4 days from that email. It's been a month and I still haven't received my order. I have tried to email the company for a refund and haven't heard anything back. It says USPS delivered it and it was in my mailbox but it clearly wasn't otherwise I wouldn't be typing this.
