I made an order on the 28th of October and on the 8th November I got a notification that my order has departured to me, now it's the 21st of November and still no update when I track my parcel

My ORDER number : UM1710260235338306
Standard shipping method .

It's suppose to take 15 to 25 days to receive my order I know but it's hard to track your parcel when it hasn't updated in 10 days

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. You will lose your money. They do so many mistakes and do not give full refunds if you never receive your order.

I ordered my package first week in November and now it’s first week in January 2019 and i still didn’t get my order.

Same i’m never ordering from this company again! It says estimated time it arrives so i stayed home to wait for it but never came.

Aww. I was planning to order 3 bikinis and 2 tops from zaful. But i'm hesitant if its a scam or not. I have read a lot of posts when I googled it that they do not receive their orders. I guess will not push on ordering

Shipping hasn't been updated since the fourth and no matter how many times I message zaful they have a different excuse should be here within a day to match there shipping time!

Hello, I ordered a swimsuit from you guys on the 7th of June and I still haven’t received a confirmation email or anything of that matter regarding my order. I have also tried sending an email and it will not go through to the email provided on your website.

I ordered 3 bathing suits and this is the delivery email i got from the carrier ; in Irvington, NY on 08/30/2019 at 10:39 AM EST . THIS WAS NOT THE ADDRESS I PUT ON THEIR SYSTEM TO BE DELIVERED TO. THEY ARE SCAMMERS.
they told me it will take 10-15 days for investigation. which i am sure is a dam LIE . and why not just refund your customer for your error in the first place?
