missing order
I bought a lot from Zaful and never had any issues with them, actually I was always satisfied and happy. But things went wrong with my last order which is still nowhere to be found.
My last order was placed 6 weeks ago and I still have not received it and don't know anything about its location.
Zaful support tried to be nice and promised to contact me as soon as they find out something. I also can't cancel my order because it was shipped. I'm in a very ridiculous situation and don't know what to do.
Also I am very disappointed with Zaful customer service. If I will not get my order within a week I will no longer be their customer.

zaful will not take my credit card
Every time I go to pay for the bathing suit I ordered with my credit card it says there is an issue with my card and to contact card issuer. I called and there is nothing wrong with my credit card, I have all the money on there, Zaful just wont take it. I put everything in right and have tried multiple times this morning to buy this item. My friend has ordered from this website and had no problem with paying, so I dont know what the deal is.

I'm having this same issue.. first there was a problem using my Paypal. After canceling my first order, I decided the next day I still really wanted the items so I made a new order. Tried paying with just my credit card this time and I get that same response- their saying there's an issue with the card. (there is absolutely nothing wrong with my card). Again, still really wanted the items, so tried a different card and they said there's an "issue" with that one also.. wtf. NO, the ISSUE is their website and customer service. Was already really indecisive about ordering from this site..now I'm feeling it isn't worth it
long time to arrive
It took over a month for me to receive my bikini. It was ordered on April 21st and arrived May 17th. The bathing suit was very cute but really is not made with very quality material. I guess you get what you pay for though because the bathing suits are only like $16 a piece. Overall my biggest complaint was just how long it took to get to me. Otherwise the quality was kind of expected

my experience with zaful
I have ordered several items from Zaful and they sent my order in two different packages. I have no idea why have they decided to separate my order, but that caused me nothing but trouble. First package arrived pretty fast but that was the only good thing. I had to waste a lot of time and fight to get second package. Zaful claimed that it was shipped but they didn't provide me with the tracking number and I wasn't aware of my order's location. Time passed and nothing arrived, and Zaful was completely useless, they had no idea where my package was. I contacted them every day and annoyed them until they agreed to ship another package which in the end was successfully received. But when I remember all the hassle they made me go through I get the chills. Never again!

I order so many items the first package it was shipped out but I never get it I called since April and I haven't receive any answers about my items then I made another order of 5 items and I only get 2 items I send an email I called the number they have online and nobody answer nobody answers my email and nothing I only got one part of all the item that I order those are the pictures of the items that I'm been missing

very bad company, slow delivery and poor quality
I have ordered a bath suit from Zaful last year. Yes, I made my order back in December 2016 and after almost 4 months of waiting I finally received my order. While I was waiting I tried to reach them and get my order cancelled, but that was absolutely impossible to do, and they never replied.
And about the suit itself - I can't say anything good. It is poorly made, from very cheap material and it also smells nasty.
I didn't ask for a refund because I know that they will not reply and I don't want to waste my precious time.
Do not buy from Zaful, save your money and time.

According to my research Zaful is located in China and that explains bad quality.
I saw their advertisement on Facebook and was pretty interested. I decided to give it a try and ordered a swimsuit from them. As a first time customer I also received a 10% discount on my first order and was pleased with that.
Well, that was the only good thing. In general Zaful is just anther Chinese company and quality of their products is very poor.
Swimsuit was poorly made, did not look like picture.
Tried to contact them and of course I did not receive a reply. Zaful is not recommended.

I placed an order of two bikinis at the end of January (29/1 ), on 15 of January I received a shipping confirmation email, which was affirming me that one of two bikinis I ordered "had been shipped" while the other "was remaining to be shipped". Speaking to the quality it was poor, which was expected - its rare to find a company that combines both low prices with high-quality products. The point is that it is 20 of march and the product that was remaining to be shipped has probably lost its way to me, I haven't received any other confirmation email about it since then and I've stopped hoping of receiving it. However, I 've just sent a message to them on facebook about my situation claiming that their customer care service is awful and that their shipping times are also slower than a Lada of elephants going uphill.

This is the worst customer service and site I ever seen they even don't speak english or understand anything I had an issue in order no one solve it they just keep saying we will solve it I ordered 3 items just before it gets shipped I asked if I can pay with different card they shipped 2 items only and cancelld the third one without my permission they didnt refund me 3rd item when I asked for replacement after hard times contacting them they said I have to place a new order

took my money without sending items
I purchased three shirts from Zaful and they were all in stock when I ordered them on February 28th. I jus received the package today (March 13) and only received two of the shirts! I went back online to check, and it said that the other one is sold out and they haven't even shipped it. I double checked my bank statement and they took my money for the sold out shirt. I have been trying to contact them about it but they literally never pick up! I was so excited about this store, but I will not be purchasing from them again. The two shirts I got were totally different sizes even though they both say small. One is like an extra extra small and the other is almost a large fit on me with really bad quality! I definitely will be researched each online store i purchase from in the future.

There's a reason that everything Zaful sells looks like cheap trash, and it's because that's truly what it is and that's exactly how I would describe this company. To say they have the worst customer service in the world would be implying that they have any customer service at all. If you want to waste your time trying to contact "support @zaful.com" you will ultimately discover that you sent your time and emails spiraling into a black hole. If you're looking to ever lay eyes on any semblance of a product, literally anywhere else. If you're in the mood to throw a few bucks in a flaming trash fire, you've come to exactly the right place.

horrendous!!
I bought two dresses from Zaful and received only one. Their customer service was absolutely ridiculous, when I asked about the missing dress they said that was a mistake and they simply forgot about it. Their English skills were really poor and it was pretty difficult to communicate with them.
Anyway they promised to ship my dress as soon as possible but it seems like they forgot about me! What is this with this site? They are so unprofessional and their service is really bad. I will never buy from them again, they gave me nothing but headache!

They need close this online store down! I wish I would have looked up the reviews before I decided to purchase. The blazer I received was extremely wrinkled, balled up in the packaging as if it was trash. Not folded or neatly packaged at all. The quality, I don't even want to talk about that. The quality is the worse threads popping out everywhere and the buttons are hanging on by one thread! I will be sure to warn all my friends and family about this company.

delayed delivery for christmas
I would like to complain about my delivery. It was shipped on the 5th of December and now (16th of December) it is still not arrived. I was told it would arrive between the 16th and the 18th but have been told that it now wont be with me till the 20th. I go away on the 20th to visit family for the holidays and this was meant to be a Christmas present for my sister. Now because it wont have arrived I don't have a present for her. It is ridiculous that I have to wait so long. I have complained to Yodel the delivery company and they said the responsibility was with you. I have done everything I can to get the package delivered on the 19th but have been told it is impossible. What a waste of money.

This company advertises a lot and uses many forms of communication to advertise their products. They do not seem reputable. Please assist me in getting my order or a refund. worst online shopping experience
I ordered some things from Zaful because I heard good things about it and when I go to check out first of all it didn't even let me apply a coupon code it just charged me right away but I wasn't too worried about it, and then I get my confirmation email and it says my grand total was $163.10? My total should have only been $83.00 not including tax and shipping. So I keep looking over the email and I notice that there's 2 of everything (two of the same shirt, two of the same hat, etc) so now I'm even more mad. Then I notice that there are items on there that I didn't even order. So I call the customer service line and it says they're unavailable but as I'm listening on the phone, the women is speaking so softly it's hard to even understand her. So now I don't know if I paid about $80 or $160 and I don't know if I'll ever get in contact with the company and get a refund. WORST EXPERINCE EVER! Yes the website has cute affordable clothing but I wouldn't trust it. Save your time and money for something else.

I bought two pieces at Zaful.com, one of them was exactly the same as the website and the other was not. So, I asked my money back and they said that they would return it to me. Since this date I couldn't log in in the website anymore, it's like a bug and my account is not working.
I want to let them know that I didn't receive my money back about the product that came totally different from the website.
