Zaful didn't receive order

I ordered a burned out velvet fringe duster. They claim it was shipped, I never received it; sent multiple emails with all info not one was replied to. I waited since it was shipped from China and they said it could take up to 3 weeks. NOTHING! This is a scam wholesaler! Items cheap so you buy but they never ship. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
I have purchased items through EBAY from Chinese sellers and NEVER HAD A PROBLEM, items arrived within a week.
Do not order through ZAFUL website. When ordering items from China go through EBAY
Rosewholesale is another scam company!

Do not order from this company EVER! I was missing items from my order, I asked for either a refund or for them to ship out my missing items, and customer service's reply was "Sorry there's nothing we can do for you". Absolutely ridiculous, and now I am out the money and still don't have my items. Worst company and customer service I have ever worked with. I will never be ordering from them again, and neither should anyone else.

Zaful item delivered to wrong address.

I had been trying to keep up to date with shipping, it said it was going through Australia Post but when I clicked the link it took me to a site that I could not read as it was in an Asian language. Once I googled translated it, it said my item had been delivered but the address it had been delivered to was incorrect! I checked and I had definitely entered the correct address so am worried that I have been scammed. I am now trying to get in contact with them about a refund but have had no response yet. Will not be buying from here again!

Zaful clothing

I have so much to say in regards to this company. For starters, I placed an order on July 14, 16 and didn't receive my items until August 5, 16. When I received my items I was in such disbelief on how ripped off I got. I order 2 tops, 2 bathing suits, a necklace and a pair of shorts. The shorts, which I order in a large were too small as well as the bathing suits. The duration of the time period in which I was waiting for my items, I was constantly attempting to track my order and email Zaful in regards to it. Everytime I tried to, they said my order was "on the way." After recieving my items and being so pissed I tried to call their customer service number and it wasn't in service. I also googled the address it was shipped from to see if maybe I could call that number and when it came up on google maps it was a good will store! I am just so disappointed in this company. I wouldn't recommend ordering from them at all! On a brighter note, the tops were decent and I do plan on wearing them.

Zaful unable to get answer to my refund request

I placed an order and received items that did not look like what I ordered, I requested for refunds but my email kept bouncing back after a few days. I tried calling them but always unable to get through. This website feels like a scam.
My order details are below, also a copy of the email they sent me but till date no one has responded to me.

Zaful have not received my order on time

On the 27th of December 2015 I placed an order to Zaful after well over a month I contacted them and they told me my order could not be delivered due to problems with my address and that it has been sent to my local post office. I payed an extra $10 for them to redeliver it and resent them my address details. I've been patient in waiting but it have been 7 months now and they ended up telling me that my ordered has been discarded and is being sent back to them.

The same thing is happening to me. Fortunately I was able to get an update through my local post office, but then it said insufficient address & my order would be returned to its sender. I paid through PayPal & the only method of contact I was able to find was a suspicious looking email address. Needless to say PayPal is investigating my claim. This is ridiculous & they need not to be shut down! It sucks because I really wanted the items I ordered.

Zaful dress

The dress I ordered on March 15 does not look like the dress I received on April 5th. The pattern on the top is not the same and the material is VERY cheap! After reading on how to return and get refund, I filled out the online form with pictures attached at least 20 times now and get an error message. Then I tried calling and no one answers and you can't leave a message. Then when you click on the Live chat support, nothing happens. So, at this point I have submitted a dispute form with my credit card company as this is a scam company. I should have read the reviews first or I would never have fallen prey. Lesson learned!

Zaful buyer beware: literally worst shopping experience i've ever had

Zaful is a disgusting company with atrocious service. They claim that they will process returns, but they are a total scam and will do anything possible to screw you over. It took me months to get Zaful to even agree to a return... and it ultimately only happened after I opened a dispute on PayPal. PayPayl found that I deserved a refund and told Zaful to give me a return address. What Zaful's website doesn't tell you is that if they absolutely have to process a return, they'll force you to mail your return to China, at your own expense. From where I am in America, that costs $80. I ultimately had to cancel the PayPal claim bc the return cost as much as the initial purchase. Absolutely gross company. I'm astonished.
DO NOT SHOP AT ZAFUL

I ordered a dress from Zaful last year and never received it. There is no email, website or phone number where you can reach them. Since reading all the negative reviews, I assume I will never receive the dress or be able to file a complaint.
Never again. This company is based in China, a fact I was not aware of. Had I known that, I would have not ordered from them.

Zaful customer service/returns

In my order (Order #UU1602061435120898), I received a jumpsuit (Item # [protected]) with NO button hole. My first attempt to resolve this issue was on March 20, 2016. I submitted a "Ticket"(#T160320038) and, per their instructions, submitted 3 pictures. Their response was to request pictures. I responded but never heard back from them. When I clicked on "My Tickets", I received a message stating "This question was deleted."

I tried to submit a second ticket but their system would not allow. I have made several attempts to do this. All with the same response.

There is no phone number listed on their website.

I tried to click their "Chat" button, but each time, during the hours listed on their site, it says no one is available.

I have stated that I would be happy with either a replacement jumpsuit IF it has a button hole OR a FULL refund to my credit card or PayPal account.
I do NOT want a store credit!

Zaful worst customer service

Placed an order for 2 dresses. One item arrived in a timely fashion. After over a month I reached out to the company to see about my second dress (which I ordered Feb 16th for an event on April 8th). They tell me the item is not in stock and they will ship it once they receive it. I did explain my frustration and that I need it before April 8th. They received stock a week later and choose to send it snail mail (when I should have already had it). I asked for a refund because they said it could be up to another 60 business days before I receive it. I have never dealt with such horrible customer service experience. I still haven't received my dress or refund and not sure if I will. If you are going to try one of these cheap outfit companies I would NOT go with this one. THEY SUCK AT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Zaful bad company!

I have ordered from www.zaful.com in early February and received nothing yet. I knew things were coming from China but I never expected this would take so long! I tried to contact them numerous time, but there was no response. I'm so disappointed. This company is definitely a scam and they stole my money. I am really disappointed because the clothes looked super cute and I was very excited about my purchase. Waste of money!

Zaful not honest!

I have ordered twice now from Zaful. Not only did the items take months to get to me. But the quality of the items were not quality. I also found out they order from a third party. When I received the items there were no paper with items listed nor a return instruction or label like most. I sent items back to the return address on the envelope. Poor quality and the sizes were not what I had ordered. Customer service for two months now have given me the run around. No great back and no merchandise. I am out $85.00 and 6 dresses. I would not order from this company. They work with a third party out of the USA. Stick with the USA products and on line services with in America. Anything third party you will be scammed. Do not order or buy from ZAFUL. They are a scam and what they show on their photos is not what you get. :( :( :( Lesson learned.

Zaful never again!

When I found Zaful website I thought that their clothes were super cute and I was amazed how cheap everything was! I've ordered three dresses, which claimed to all be in stock. I also paid extra money for the express shipping. My items arrived only month later. Things I received looked cheap and ugly! Quality was just terrible and one of the dresses was defective! I emailed customer service and asked for a refund. They asked me to send some pictures, which I did, but they refused to give my money back and never explained why! I will never shop here again!

Zaful very disappointed

I've ordered some products from Zaful back in November! It is now March and I received nothing yet. I contacted their customer service many times, but they provided absolutely no help. I asked them to cancel my order and demanded my money back but they told that my order is on its way, and refused to refund me. Lesson well learned and I will never order anything again from this place! I doubt that I'll ever receive something.

Zaful want my money back!

I've purchased three items from Zaful and paid extra money for rush shipping. But then I decided to make a little research and after seeing dreadful reviews, got very scared. I contacted customer support and tried to cancel my order, only to have them ignore that request and say that this particular item was 'unavailable' so would I like to exchange it for something else or get refunded. Absolutely terrible! I asked them to cancel my order again and they completely ignored me. I'm totally disgusted with Zaful! I doubt that I will ever get my money back!

Zaful not very good

I've ordered two dresses from Zaful on two separate occasions. The first instance, I was surprised with the embroidery on the garment. It was actually not a bad surprise, just different from what I imagined. Better pictures with close-ups would help with that. The dress was very small and did not fit at all, but I've decided not to return it to avoid all the hoops.
The second dress never arrived. When I contacted customer service they said that my dress was lost during the shipping, but they never even offered me a refund. When I asked for my money back they ignored me.
I will never order anything from this place again!

Zaful avoid this disgusting company!

I've purchased some clothing from Zaful and was very disappointed with the quality. Clothes I received were cheaply made, very thin and small. I ordered 8 pieces of clothing from these clowns and nothing fit! I could have probably worn these when I was ten years old.
So I went to their website and could not find a return address, so I emailed them and demanded a refund. They asked me to send them pictures, they said that I have to put the clothes on and take pictures. No way I'm doing that! First of all, I cannot even pull them over my head and if I could I would be half naked! What kind of joke is this? Disgusting company, never again!

Zaful scam company

I placed my order over two months ago and still nothing. According to their tracking system my order is still in China and I have no idea when it will be delivered. I left a negative review about not receiving my order, but it was immediately deleted. So I think that all the positive reviews are fake and written by their employees. I contacted Zaful customer service many times and they just tell me to be patient.
This company was advertised to me on Facebook and I thought that Zaful was quite reputable and trustworthy, but I was wrong. This company is definitely a scam. Avoid this website at all costs!

Zaful clothing

BEWARE: You cannot return items to this company.

This clothing is cheaply made. Almost like paper instead of cloth, and only fits itty bitty Chinese people. For Chrissakes I wear an XL and and XL at Macy's or some other anchor store fits me just fine. At least nine of the pieces I ordered in XL from this peas-o-sheet company, I can't even get one arm into. I could have probably worn it when I was eleven years old and 86 lbs.

So I proceed like I usually have with reputable stores, and box his crappy clothing made for a tweener up in a nice package, oh but wait, there's no return address on their site. Come to find out, they want you to put the clothes back on, and show how they don't fit you by taking a picture and sending it to them first. Really? What kind of crap is this? It's a wonder they haven't had the feds on them yet, several lawsuits, and at least reports to the BBB.

Zaful tiny smelly dresses

Order was placed in early February. I purchased two dresses from Zaful and they arrived in a timely manner. But dresses were too small and did not fit at all. They also had this strange chemical smell. So I contacted their customer support and told that I needed a different size. Well, no one ever replied and I guess I'm stuck with two smelly tiny dresses. I will never order anything from Zaful again!
