However, what followed was a six-month-long ordeal dealing with their customer service team. I must admit, their email-only customer service was quite terrible. I had to explain my situation at least five times, and never got to speak to anyone with authority as they don't even have a customer service phone number.

To be fair, I didn't have the mail tracking number anymore, but it seemed ridiculous to me that they had no way of tracking the shoes based on the order number. I understand that things can get lost in transit, but it was frustrating to not have any way of knowing what was happening with my refund.

In the end, I didn't receive my refund, which was disappointing. However, my main complaint is how incompetent the customer service was. I felt like I was constantly repeating myself and not getting any closer to a resolution.

However, the line to get into the store was quite long and we had to wait for over an hour. Despite this, we were excited to finally get our hands on a pair of Veja shoes.

After returning home, we realized that the shoes we purchased were not what we were looking for. We decided to return them and contacted customer support to get a return authorization number. Unfortunately, we were informed that Veja only accepts returns for items bought in the store at the store where they were purchased. We were disappointed to hear this, especially since they have an online store and we offered to pay for the shipping.

We exchanged a few emails with customer support, but unfortunately, we were unable to return the shoes. As a result, we are now stuck with a pair of Veja shoes that we do not want and cannot return. This was quite frustrating for us, especially since we were willing to pay for the shipping to return the shoes.

My Vejas Campo are only 8 months old, and I wear them only occasionally and they are falling apart. I am so dissatisfied! They have separated from the seams at the top of the shoe and my toes could poke out. Mind you, they are not snug at all. I LOVED these shoes, but would not repurchase since they haven't even lasted a year.
