When I contacted the company, they told me that they had shipped the packages and that it was out of their hands. However, DHL said that the packages had been delivered, which was not true. I tried to explain this to Dear-Fashion, but they refused to work with me and even suggested that it was my fault for not receiving the packages.

To make matters worse, Dear-Fashion only uses WhatsApp instead of real phone numbers, so I was never able to speak to anyone directly. Even the "manager" did not respond to my messages. I trusted Dear-Fashion because of their great reviews, but now I suspect that those reviews may be fake. I went through pure hell trying to get my money back, and the company showed no sympathy whatsoever.
