Zaful not delivered

I ordered this

And when time to deliver, suddenly the address is wrong and the item is ALREADY in their warehouse. One month to be here and in one day is ALREADY back?
They proposed me a partial refund, this is [censored], the item is for sure still here in Hungary and I want it, or I want a FULL refund.

Zaful I haven't received my order

On the 27th of November, 2018, I ordered some pieces from your website. I received an e-mail with my order details. My order number is UB1811270911485668 and my tracking number is RG931193835BE. From then I've been waiting for my purchase to be delivered, but I haven't received non of the thing I ordered. I paid by debid card, so you took my money, but i didn't received the things that I paid for. I paid around $40 for the 3 things: a hoody and two pieces of bikini swim suits. I will detach a photo of the e-mails you sent me. I will appreciate it if you respond to my e-mail. I will be vary happy to finally receive the things I've ordered. I'm very disappointed with your service. I tried to contact you on your Instagram account, on your email(maybe 2 times), but you didn't respond to any of my emails. I would like to receive a full refund, because I've tried to reach you so many times.

Zaful clothing not delivered

My daughter ordered $91.50 USD of products from Zaful: Item never arrived and was returned to Zaful.
I have lodged a complaint with them and they request postage be paid for again and they will attempt redelivery or will only refund 20% (they claim to be $14USD).
I am demanding a FULL refund as the event my daughter ordered the otems for is long gone.
Items state posted on 5 January 2019 and now it is 28th February.

Zaful delivery

I ordered a dress online at zaful and have been tracking my package ever since. I tracked my package and was told that my package had been delivered; however it had not. I am extremely disappointed with zaful and the fact that it has not arrived. I don't understand why they would tell me it had arrived when in reality it had not. I am super disappointed and upset with zaful: (

Zaful jacket

Tracking information is not updated. Zaful sent out an email saying that the product I order has been shipped out and also gave my order's tracking number. I went to the site, pasted my tracking number only to read that there's no tracking information available. What does this mean? I have checked the tracking info in the app but even that hasn't been updated. I try to constantly check in but still no updates.

Zaful bodysuit

I have ordered a bodysuit on the 23rd of November and I have not received it yet.
It is the 5th of February and the item is still in a different country, Amsterdam- Netherlands since December 7th. It's been 2 months that is in the Netherlands and it has not been sent to my country. I can track the parcel but it seems that is not moving from abroad. Such a slow and bad shipping conditions from the company.

Zaful delivery did not arrive. asked to pay the shipping fee again.

Ordered 2 bikinis last January 17, 2019. I was told it was going to be delivered in 1 week. Almost two weeks later, the order did not arrive so I emailed them Jan. 29, 2018. They replied that the shipping company tried to deliver the order last Jan 25, but that the courier did not try to contact me so they shipped the produt back to ZAFUL. I complained to their customer service, and 3 different people tried to tell me that the order was successfully delivered even though I didn't receive anything. The last CSR was finally able to understand the predicament and told me that he would find a workable solution. They made me choose between sending the order again (but I have to pay an additional shipping fee again) or a partial refund.

Zaful this is a scam. order was never received.

The tracking information on my order said it has been dropped off to my house but I never received my order. If don't get my order I want my money back. I will also send a complaint to the credit card company for my money back. This is unacceptable and I will be telling everyone that his company is a scam if I don't get my order. Please let me know if there is something wrong with the shipment tracking. Thanks.

Zaful where is my item? do not ignore my emails!

Firstly I've ordered 3 items at once making sure there is enough time to get them before Christmas as it supposed to be a Christmas present, also double checked a size chart to make sure there is no errors.
I've noticed that only one item has been shipped for some reasons and no message or explanation about outstanding two.
Getting closer to Christmas time I've sent an email questioning for the rest of it so as the time frame as I was going to leave abroad and simply go empty handed in this case.
My emails were ignored each and every time till now. Only two items that has been sent as second lot arrived the other one apparently has been sent back to sender. The sizes of the other two are kids sizes and now I have no items, no money nor response and the time is ticking! I'm fed up with all this nonsense and definitely will not order from Zaful anymore. It was the first and the last time! Very very very bad services and customer service too. Keep this cheap clothing for kids and I want my refund asap!

Zaful purchase

Hi today is January 8th and I have been trying to purchase 3 things from your online store. I ordered a jacket, a scarf, and a tote bag. I tried twice with two different cards and I am still rejected. Please let me know if there is anything you can do. The message popped up in red and said "zaful 1010 20005." I would still like to purchase these items but I do not have any other cards. Both of them had the correct amount of money on them so i'm not sure why they would be denied. Thank you for your time.

I ordered this item and another item months ago and still havent recieved it
I was told it would be shipped out to the united states of america soon and expected my items to be here but it is december 13th and i have still not received my order

I ordered it november 30th 2018 and the package was supposed to be sent here weeks ago

Zaful shipping is not received

I ordered 2 jackets one month ago but they did not come and tracking site says "In Transit" for 1 month. I don't know how can I reach them directly. I ordered a necklace and it came 1 week ago but there is no information about others. I bought jackets for winter and it is already cold here :/ I have been disappointed, I can't trust again, sorry...

Zaful I have not received my order in vietnam

I made an order on 15 November 2018 which included two hoodies. I‘ve already received one and i‘m really satisfied with the product, while the other one has been shipped out later. I tracked my order and it said my package has arrived at destination (Vietnam) on 23 November. However it just stays there until now, 8 December. I haven‘t received any update about the delivery. I‘m not sure if the package‘s already at the post. Can you guys check my order?

Zaful no delivery

I ordered chlothes form the Asian page Zaful.com, after waiting for a whole month I chcecked my tracking number and the page said that my packadge is already in my country. I contacted Zaful, they gave sent me back my tracking information (wich I already had) and said that the order was already shipped, they din't give me any further information.
It's been more than two months now and I still didn't get my delivery.

Zaful horrible shipping and customer service!!

I have ordered through Zaful multiple times before and each time, despite the length of time it took, I did end up receiving it. My most recent order, which contain five swimsuits, I had ordered on May 24, 2018 and I still have not received it! Throughout this time period I have continuously checked the tracking sites as well as reach out to their customer service and means of figuring out what is going on. I have not received one response back and still do not know if my order has been lost or if I will ever get it. This whole situation frustrates me so much and will not be ordering anything from the site again. I would demand To either have my order re-shipped to me or to be refunded entirely.

Zaful non delivery

What is wrong with your delivery system?
According to my tracking data, it states that on Aug 20, 23:39, the receiver was not in (which was not the case) and thus didn't manage to deliver the package. It has been 10 days since. Does this mean I will never get my item? Why wasn't a second attempt made for re delivery instead of playing the disappearing act? Or could it be that it wasn't shipped out in the first place? What is happening Zaful? Very disappointed!

Zaful horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. Tried to contact them every way possible and they would not help me in trying to resolve a minor issue with my account. I only wanted to change the email address associated with the account and they refused saying they couldn't do it. Seems very strange that they cannot change the email associated with the accounts when I've seen a lot of other companies do the same thing with the click of a button. They didn't even try to offer another solution such as closing the account and won't do so. Now someone else is receiving all my information and they don't care.

Zaful still no refund for items that never showed up

I ordered 2 bikinis for my holiday way in advance in may 2018 to ensure they arrived by june 2018. They never showed even though on zaful's site they said they had been delivered - then they realised they hadn't been delivered and were back at their shipping place and offered to resend me them amonth late. No thanks hun, just a refund is fine. A refund was agreed on 11/06/2018 on their ticketing complaint site, however still not received. I doubt I will be getting my money back. Dont order from here

Zaful returns

I ordered some swimsuits a while ago and i got them and tried them on and they didn't fit and were made of cheap material so i wanted to return them. I contacted them and they sent me the return info and i sent all of it back. It has been over 1 month and they haven't gave me my refund. I continue to contact them and they haven't responded to any of my emails.

Zaful did not receive correct refund

I purchased a bathing suit on March 2nd 2018, I received it in the mail last week and the bathing suit was not happy with the product I received. It was a white bathing suit not made with quality material resulting in the product being very transparent and the sizing is not what I had ordered. I reached out to Zaful to receive a refund but instead of receiving a money refund I choose to get a refund of z-points which would be used toward purchasing another bathing suit. I only received 70 z points which only totals to under $2.00, which is not acceptable because when I talked to someone about the refund they said I would be getting the entire amount back in z points. Now, I reached out to Zaful once again to explain that I had only received 70 points which does not equal the amount I paid for the bathing suit. The person I was talking to did not help at all and ended the conversation after I asked to be refunded the proper amount equalling $15.00. This is ridiculous because I was given a faulty product and should have been refunded the amount of z points that would equal $15.00 in order to buy another bathing suit.
