terrible quality clothing. poor customer service. don't buy from them.
After reading many mixed reviews I decided to give Zaful a shot. I tend to purchase a lot online for the convenience and they seem to have many cute items on their website. Unfortunately my experience has not been a positive one. Of the four items I ordered, two took over a month to arrive. More unfortunately, what did arrive was between mediocre to horrendous quality. Defective, built improperly and just embarrassingly bad on. Two of the items would never be able to be worn without putting some significant work into them, (just to make them wearable) and they weren't dirt cheap items either.
Based on my displeasure with the items I had received, per their website's instructions, I took pictures of the faulty items, submitted a ticket and requested a return. They completely ignored the fact that their customer was not pleased and instead kept telling me that I should think about keeping it and then they would give me a 20% credit to use towards a future purchase. Since I don't generally make a habit of asking to return items I really want to keep, I told them no. They gave me a huge runaround and finally said that I could return the item but that I "need to know it is responsible for you to afford the fright and possilbe tariff" (literally copied from the email I received) and then they would provide a refund... IN ZAFUL MONEY. Are you kidding me? That's not a refund, that's an attempt to make me purchase more crappy quality items from them. Never again!

I ordered something from Zaful and when I finally received my order I was very disappointed with it. Things I received looked nothing like the pictures on their website. One item supposed to be black, but I received the white one. I can't even describe the dresses I receive! Those things were not even dresses, looked more like my grandmothers curtains. Material was extremely thin and very cheap looking. I contacted Zaful customer service and demanded a refund, but they offered me only a store credit. Horrible! Don't believe any positive reviews about Zaful, they all are fake! I bet all the positive feedback's are written by their employees. I received a message asking for photos, which I sent and they just removed my trouble ticket from my account! I never was so disgusted in my life! Horrible company and extremely poor customer service. Never again!
defective dress!
I ordered a dress that came missing two ties at the waist. These were needed to cinch the waist in. I've sent numerous photos showing the defect. At first they kept saying they didn't receive any photos but was able to send directly. They refuse to refund the total cost of the dress. They've gone from 10% up to 50% now but are stating it was damaged in transit! The dress was made incorrectly and came in a sealed bag. This is a terrible company that will not stand by their products. Sure, you may get something made right but if you don't be prepare to spend a huge amount of time and countless emails going back and forth only to be offered a small fraction of what you just spent. Their reply was "we cannot afford to give you more"' really? I can't afford to buy a dress that's defective and can't be worn!
customer service & return policy is awful - do not buy from them
I ordered two blouses using their sizing chart. Received both, neither fit and they are cheaply made - they were shipped to me directly from China. Both were smaller than stated. I wanted to return them for refund.
Zaful's customer service wants me to 1) measure the bust, arm length, etc of the blouses and provide them with that; 2) take photos of the items and send those to them; 3) take pics of the SKU numbers and send. After that, they will send the info to some sort of committee to decide if they will refund me.
If I could have given them a ZERO rating I would have Just a warning, before you order, check out their return policy. It's ridiculous.
I feel robbed!
I bought a swimsuit from Zaful and never received it. I spent days just trying to get in touch with somebody from customer service. When I finally reached someone they said that they have no idea why my item was not delivered and said that it was not their fault. They said that they can send me another swimsuit but I have to pay for it. I was told that there will be no refunds. What a joke! I will never order anything else from Zaful. Their shipping service is horrible, not to mention that products they sell are poorly made and quality is absolutely rubbish. Sizes are very small and sometimes items are also damaged. Don't waste your time and money. Zaful is just another disgusting Chinese company, avoid it!
very disappointed
I bought a poncho from Zaful. When I finally received it I decided to send it back immediately because It was full of defects. I contacted Zaful customer service and they asked for some photos. When I emailed about 4 photos they asked for more. Ok, I sent them 5 additional photos and was told that is not enough. Now they refuse to answer me emails or my calls. Since I paid via PayPal, I contacted them and asked for help. But they told that they have hundreds of complaints on Zaful. If you order anything from them you are stupid. Their customer service is fake and all the messages you receive are computer generated responses. Zaful will never contact you for a refund.
wrong item
I ordered a dress online and received it after two months after paying $18 for it. The item shown on the website and the product I received were not the same. When I asked for a refund, they refused to give me a full refund for the product stating it wasn't the wrong item. I didn't want to ship it back either since the cost of shipping would be more than the cost of purchase. I will never buy from this company nor recommend this company ever again.

I purchased two sweaters and t-shirt from Zaful. I got all details about the order and shipping. As well as the order arrived on time, however the labels were cut off. There were holes on the back of the sweaters. The quality was terrible and I have a feeling that the garment was from China. Don’t waste money for such bad-quality clothes. It doesn’t worth it to buy from them.

I bought a long purple dress from Zaful several months ago. Clothes on their website look great, and I was so excited to have such a pretty dress when I only paid $30. Shipping took too long, actually over two months, but I was very happy when my package finally arrived. When I opened it I saw an ugly looking piece of something! It looked nothing like the picture on the website and material felt like sand paper. Not to mention it also had a huge stain on the back of it too. Wasn't even worth to ship the dress back because I would've lost more money. Zaful is not worth the time or frustration.
damaged dress and top I never received
Horrible criminal company that does not allow you to speak to anyone. I received a very damaged dress and initially was told I had to send the dress back to China at my expense if I wanted reimbursement but that it would cost me so much I should just accept a 20% credit. This dress cost me $68.99. The top I ordered never arrived. I have an on-going dialogue with Zaful full of varying statements regarding how they will handle my situation. I have spent $96.00 for nothing and still no one will do a thing to remedy my situation. This company should be shut down.
I am going through the same thing! The dress I ordered was defective, missing two ties that were needed to cinch in the waist. They are refusing to give me back my money and the last email says it must have been damaged in transit! Really? It came in a sealed bag. Right now they are saying they will refund only 50%. I want 100%. Frustrating at best. Terrible company and I hesitate to "Mail" back as somehow I doubt they will receive the dress.
I completely agree with this review. Everything I ordered was not as described on their website. After several customer service communications they finally agreed to issue a return authorization. However, their requirement was to return by regular US postal service and NOT by any expedited means stating it would cause a delay in customs. Additionally, a tracking number would be required so Zaful could track the return. After going through all the ridiculous hoops they put me through, I discovered at the post office that it is not possible to provide a tracking number when shipped by regular post and it would cost me more to return the items than they cost due to their required means of shipping. This is how they can appear to be accepting of returns but effectively they can say that they never received the item if you don't have a tracking number to confirm you actually shipped it. The post office also informed me that China merchants make these requirements because if a package is shipped by regular mail, they do not have to pay import tax but if shipped through expedited means, they do. It's also very suspect that one of my packages was delivered to me from California--not China--but was required to return to China. Do not order from this company!
merchandise ordered
I ordered twice from Zaful, when I came across the site I was excited finding stylist, bright and unique pieces at a discounted price. I always been leery about ordering online from a site not known. I took a chance with another clothing site and was satisfied before coming across Zaful. What I have found is that it is a knock-off merchandiser. The merchandise received is not as the image pictured. That is called bait and switch when it is not transparent or disclosed that the merchandise is not the same. "Irregularities" is not disclosure and actually the site should be shut down. The merchandise did arrive within the 15 day window, a good thing considering I was unable to track merchandise. Also the sizes received were totally wrong and the size label was cut out of an item. As consumers we need to be more discerning about where and what we end our money on. Many think that we are wealthy not realizing how hard we work for it.

I ordered a dress on October and it was suppose to arrive before my mother’s birthday. Now, it is January and still no dress. I tried to call the number given on their website many times and was never able to get anyone on the phone. I also sent numerous emails asking where my order was, but received only automatic replies. What am I suppose to do now? They asked for my ticket number, I sent it to them and received an automatic reply again. They do absolutely nothing to solve the problem. This was my first experience with them and definitely will be the last. I understand business is not perfect everywhere, but I am extremely sick of it. This type of customer service is absolutely horrendous!
misleading images & descriptions and lack of resolution to refund request
Bought some dresses from zaful.com at the beginning of December that looked and sounded lovely on their website. Upon receiving them, they are nothing like the description or images and look like sacks! The quality is cheap and trashy and even the low price I paid for them is far too much for this absolute junk! I requested a refund and was told that I could keep the dresses/sacks and they would refund me $1.30 for my $31.03US purchase! I have now launched a PayPal dispute for a full refund of my regrettable purchase. Take my advice and do not order from zaful.com, they should be called 'z-awful.com.
they lost my package and i payed for it i want my money back. it says it's "unreutrnable" which is not fair because i BOUGHT it. dang zaful u rly outdid urself there. i called the number and it said, "goodbye, goodbye" and then it hung up. so what the frickity frack is going on here.
I made an order on july 5. Today is july 24. And never came. Where is my order. On the tracking page it's said that the order is delivered. It's not. Didn't came
I order about 9 things on Zaful. The first package with 8 items came in perfect condition with all the tracking info. The second package though, with only one item had no tracking details and it still says the same thing now. It's been about 3 weeks
I ordered my package on June 6, half my package was shipped June 15, the other half of my package has no tracking info at all and it is already June 20. I have been awaiting my package for a while now and I need it by next week. I hope you can make this work.
Hi Zaful. I was wondering when would my items arrive? I placed my order on April 16th and have not yet received what I bought. I received an email of my order being shipped along with an order number on 27th of March. It's been more than 24 days and i still have not received the outfits that i ordered, that are, 'high neck embroidered top' and 'floral print flare sleeve shift dress'. damaged items
I had quite a bad experience with Zaful. Wish I'd checked the reviews before ordering. I ordered several items few months ago. Most of the items that arrived didn't look nothing like the pictures on their website. Material was very cheap, sizes were tiny and some items were damaged. Communication was useless, they don't have any interest in helping their customers. Finally got a return postal address in China from them. But I'm not sure they'll refund my money. I'm very scared that I may have lost $300 because of them. I don't want their ugly clothes! This experience has served as an important lesson. Don't order anything from Zaful.

I ordered a skirt on October 25th. It's now December 14th, but still there is no item delivered. They have a customer service on Facebook and it's the only way to reach them. They told that they can't give me a refund. Then I asked to resend the item, but they said that item is no longer available. I checked their website and found the skirt I ordered. So, I contacted them again and said that there is my item in their online store. They replied that information on their website is false and they are just expecting to come. But they also promised sending it to me, when they'll get my item. Well, I'm not sure if I will ever get anything. I do not recommend buying anything on Zaful. I have been waiting too long and don't actually don't need that skirt anymore. But I hope I'll get something, because I paid money for it.
I feel I have been scammed
I placed an order the first of Sept and still have not received my order. I placed 2 more orders shortly after that and also have not received those. They told me that this was shipped a week I ordered, but when I try to track my orders it doesn't let me. When I try to contact them by phone the answering machine just says that I have reached Magic Jack. When I try to send an email, they never get back with me. I think these people scam Americans and I know I'm never going to get my order. I'm will warn others about this website. I would like an refund but will never get that either. Lesson learned.
received wrong item
I ordered a green sequin skirt but I received a black and white hat. I submitted a ticket but when I tried to reply to their response, I got a message saying the ticket was deleted. I then contacted their chat service and was told to email Zaful. I emailed them and I never received a response. I tried to submit a new ticket and I keep getting a message saying the verification code is incorrect. I have been trying to contact someone through the chat service and I can't get anyone. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!
How did you get a hat instead of a skirt? Now I am scared that my 3 dresses will not come. This is upsetting!
non-receipt of order
I placed an order for 1 item for which my credit card was charged on 9/10/15. Received email saying order had shipped. I've never received the order. The Zaful customer service webpage says that their phone service is down, the customer service online messaging page does not allow me to send my message ("the order number is wrong"), and the online chat service is for "pre-sales" conversations only. I will not order from Zaful.com again.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
It's been over a month and I have not received my order from Zaful. If I am lucky enough to get someone on the phone, they give me the run around about how it was shipped the same day I ordered and it should be here anytime. This place is a fraud. Tracking numbers are made up and you can not get any real service. Beware!

It took several months for my order to arrive. Two items were not included because they had been discontinued. I got no refund on those items. The "ticket" they had me fill out did no good. I kept getting the same response each time - as if it was my fault the problem occurred. When I finally did receive my partial order, the items were crammed into a plastic mailing envelope that had been repeatedly re- taped. The items were badly wrinkled and none of them fit properly. Once again it was MY fault the problems occurred. The response, which is one they ALWAYS use had to do with my inability to order the proper size. I told them I used their size charts, and I explained the measurement differences. They CLOSED the ticket letting me know they had tried to reason with me, but failed. Also, for each question I submitted, I would get 4 responses all saying exactly the same thing. I strongly suspect that Rosegal is the same company. DO NOT order from these people.

I have placed large order on the website www.zaful.com, because the prices were small and the items looked adorable on the pictures. But of course, there were some drawbacks. The clothes were made from cheap-quality fabrics. As well as these items didn’t look the same as on the website. I was upset and returned almost the whole order. I still haven’t received the full sum back.
I ordered 4 bathing suits, waited 3 weeks for them and when i got them they were so extremely small. I tried to return them but their policy says you cannot return clearance items so i only got 20% of my order back. Make sure you use the size chart!
Worst company ever!
The worst products I've ever purchased! I'm so disappointed I've wasted my money on garbage. I ordered five dresses and none of them looked like pictures posted on their website. I try send back and find out it gonna cost me $80 ! so i don't want spend more money i already spend . ZAFUL company definitely know about it nobody gonna spend money again to send back this garbage! they delivered bad-quality clothes
Don’t order from the website www.zaful.com. I have bought white blouse and white pants from them, but the order was badly packaged and therefore my blouse and pants were dirty. As well as the blouse has several small holes, and I haven’t noticed them before. It was terrible to waste large sum for the clothes, which we torn and dirty. Stay away from this company and don’t waste your time.
