I bought 2 items from Desigual Online on 8/17/23. It's September 1st and the online status of my order hasn't changed (preparing the order)
I have called them several time and there's this voice message telling me that all lines are busy and that I will get a call back soon. Never called me back.
I wrote them and this guy name Andres told me that they are working to find the best solution and I will get an answer in a week or so.
He couldn't tell me what happened to my order, where it is.
But of course they charged me on my credit card.
And still, no answers.

No Refund Received after one and half month and talk to CS more than 8 times
Later November last year, I ordered a beautiful blouse together with other items online using my husband Mastercard. When I received the package in early December, I found out that the blouse size was too small due to the the style. CS gave me the return label and Canada Post confirmed the returned item was received on Dec 9. Then the nightmare started. From Dec till now, I called CS multiples time and talked to at least five representatives (a couple of times with same person) and ask for the returns, NOBODY cares about the customer in this company as they repeat the same damn message saying the issue has been escalated. And there is no manager I can talk to either. It is the most excruciating and horrendous experience I have ever had. CS sounds like robot people and everybody lied to me as they promised that they will email me the response once they contact their finance department once they get the bottom of the issue but nobody did. It is just mind boggling that this company can conduct the business in this way. Unfortunately I have to delete the subscription and let this brand go. Sadly I do like the style.

Refusal to return an item after 2 days of purchase
When I tried to return a blouse that I purchased on sale after a couple of days, the store told me they return item that were sold for full price within the 14 day legal period. Items that were on sale cannot be returned. First, this is against the law, second, they did not tell me that when I purchased the item. This is illegal and deceitful. I am a diamond account and this is the first time to buy something from you online. Order B002301404. item 21SWCN044008L was bought online and I returned it in Desigual store Dam square on the 30th of June. Till now I didn't receive the refund. Please if you will reply and say it was refunded then please tell me when so I can follow up with my bank. Customer service aren't answering. Store manager is very rude and telling me it is not his problem and not cooperative at all and this isn't the first pending case. I have another one will share it in another complaint.

There is a dsign fault within this product. The zip in the pocket is damaging the material of the sleeve and threads are constantly hanging from the sleeve. Photos available if requested. It looks pretty horrible to be honest. I would expect more from the company like Desigual and for the amount of money I paid for the product.

inconsistency in desigual store policy
Yesterday I visited the desigual store in marina mall Abu Dhabi and made 1, 600+
Dirham worth purchase which was added to my desigual member card. The employee there informed me that with my points I am entitled to 30% discount on any following purchase that I make. Later on the same day I visited desigual store in yas mall Abu Dhabi where I wanted to make a new purchase. The employee there told me that there were no points in my card(!) and when I complained she told me that she couldn't see my points in the system because there is a second registration under a different name for the same desigual card member number. How is that possible? When she finally found my points she told me that I am not entitled to any discount and that the employee at the other store was wrong. She added that if I wanted to pay less I had to use my credits from my membership card. On top of that, I wanted to by a hooded grey jacket from your male collection which was on sale for 270 something Dirhams but they didn't have it in 2XL. She checked the system and told me that in that size it's only available at the store in Dubai mall. So I left immediately and went to Dubai mall. To my surprise the employee there told me that they have the jacket that I'm asking for but they cannot sell it because it's old collection and the sales ended one month ago! On the same day that the items were on sale at another store in the UAE! Why did they send me from Abu Dhabi to Dubai then? Doesn't desigual have a straight forward policy on sales, products and desigual members benefits? It seems to me that there's no company policy at all and I feel that as a customer I am subject to any employee's interpretation of the word sales and discount. I am a big fan of desigual and I make desigual purchases globally. I went through an ordeal for no apparent reason all because of the inconsistency of the company/stores/training (?) and I feel deeply insulted. Apart from feeling disappointed by this behaviour your employees made it impossible for me to proceed with the purchase of the products.

While vacationing in Playa Del Carmen MX I noticed that there was a Desigual Store. I was excited since I own many outfit from Desigual and love your product. Once inside the the store the staff was unhelpful. One gentleman was behind the counter busy on his iPhone and never even looked up. Two young ladies were busy checking themselves out at a mirror and talking to each other. No one came over to me to see if I needed any help. The store was empty, and now I can understand why. They need to train their staff on customer service. It's very sad that such a nice store has such poor service

I purchased this bag in January 2018 from Barcelona and the straps have frayed terribly. So much that I feel self conscious to use it. Admittedly I use this bag all the time but that is regardless as I have quite a few Desigual bags as I frequent Barcelona yearly especially for shopping. All my other bags are still in the best condition after 5 years.
I am usually very happy with the quality of the items I purchase but this time I am extremely disappointed. To me, Desigual bags NEVER go out of style but now I can no longer use mine. I love the Desigual
Stores in Barcelona therefore I only fly there from the UK to shop.
A very expensive handbag (the handles) started coming apart just after a couple of weeks. It's under a warranty, the bag itself is in a perfect condition, but cannot be worn as the handles look horrible.
I asked Desigual to repair them - I didn't want a refund, money back, new handbag... just a simple repair. The result? They said NO!
I'm done with this brand. Never again.

On 3rd may 2018 I have placed an order a238349428 which I paid with a master card gift card received form the company I work for. After receiving the product on the 4th may I realized that the size was wrong and I have return it to desigual. Same day I have called their cs to explain that the card I used during purchase is a gift card and the money cannot be send back to it, I asked if its possible to order the correct size strait away without sending money back and forward, but the agent explained to me that it is against the company policy. He assured me that he has created an incident with number: [protected] so that the amount is not sent back to that card. On the same date I have sent the bank details where the funds can be sent. However on 11th may, I have received the return confirmation and the information that "I will receive a refund via the same method that was used to pay for the purchase" I have contacted the cs again and again after and every time I get the same reply: "we've sent your case to the responsible department and, as soon as we have any update we'll notify you." last one received today! I want my money back!

I think I am the unluckiest person. Each time I deal with websites I fail.
I ordered several items from Desigual two months ago. As it usually happens to me, the order didn't arrive and I requested them to refund as soon as possible. As you can see, it's been one month since I let them know about my situation and there's no money. Contacting them is very hard, no one ever responds. Only once my email was replied, I was promised that the money was on their way. I don't understand, did you send it by train or what?

I ordered two items from Desigual. One item was ok, but the second one was defective. There was a huge hole on the dress I received, so I could not wear it. I sent them a message asking for an exchange. The dress was very cute, I really loved it. They said they would send me a replacement, but first I have to submit the return on my account. When I tried to do that the return process was blocked! I contacted them again and was told that as soon as they'll fix the problem they would contact me. They never did. I didn't expect this from Desigual. They are ignoring all my messages! I'm very disappointed.
