I bought a down jacket from Jenni Kayne
I bought a down jacket from Jenni Kayne. When it arrived, it had a strong smell and lots of white marks that looked like mold. I tried washing it three times, but the smell didn't go away. I reached out to customer support and messaged them on Instagram, but I haven't received a response yet. They even deleted my comment on Instagram.

I sent an item back in November and have been trying to get my credit through multiple emails, but none of them have been answered. I followed their process, but still no response. Help, Jenni Kayne! You should be ashamed for scamming customers out of their credit. I won't give up until I receive my $495 credit.
I've been trying to get my refund from Jenni Kayne since November 20th, but it's now December 3rd and I still haven't heard anything
I've been trying to get my refund from Jenni Kayne since November 20th, but it's now December 3rd and I still haven't heard anything. It's really frustrating because there's no phone number, email response, or chat function to reach out to them. It feels like there's no way to get in touch with anyone from their company.
Also, I've noticed that some of their clothes have a weird smell, like they've been stored in hot plastic for a while. It's not a pleasant experience when you receive something that doesn't smell fresh. Additionally, the quality of the fabric is inconsistent. I've bought sweaters that are supposed to be made from the same fabric, but they feel and look different from each other.
Overall, I'm disappointed with my experience with Jenni Kayne. It's frustrating not being able to reach customer service and the quality issues with their clothes are a letdown.
I've been tryin to get in touch with someone from customer service at Jenni Kayne for weeks
I've been tryin to get in touch with someone from customer service at Jenni Kayne for weeks. I've sent emails, but all I get is an automated email sayin someone will respond in 5-6 days, but nobody ever does. I've tried reachin out on other social channels like instagram and facebook, but I don't hear back. I've called their number, but it's just an automated ad. It don't even say a customer service rep will be with ya soon. I've been tryin to make a return for weeks, but I can't start it cuz I can't get a hold of anyone. I've checked other reviews and it seems like this is a big problem.
I'm really disappointed with Jenni Kayne!
I'm really disappointed with Jenni Kayne! I paid almost $200 for a pair of pull-on pants from their online store. After only a few hours of wearing them for the first time, they started pilling noticeably on the inside of the thighs. I was shocked to see that the tag said they were made in China, even though they claim everything is made locally in Los Angeles. I would never have ordered or paid so much for a pair of pull-on pants made in China.
I contacted customer service right away to explain my unhappiness with the quality and request a return. But there's no phone number or chat option to talk to someone about the issue. They did respond to my email and told me to buy a "de-piller" as a solution. The customer service agent didn't seem to care about my situation. Now they're refusing to refund me because I've worn the pants. If they were a $30 pair, I would accept the loss, but they were extremely expensive. If I hadn't worn them, I wouldn't have discovered how low-quality they are. I think their return policy is unacceptable.
Pilling happens when fibers break down, separate, and clump together in little balls. It usually occurs on wool, cotton, cashmere, and even polyester garments, especially where two fabrics rub together.
This company doesn't stand behind their products and seems to charge premium prices for low-quality clothing. I'm extremely disappointed to have lost all this money. I never imagined a company that boasts about how great they are would sell such low-end stuff and refuse returns for their overpriced, low-quality clothing. I'm also worried about sending the pants back and demanding a refund because I read another shopper's experience here, where she sent the product back and still hasn't received a refund months later. They've definitely earned their ComplaintsBoard.com F rating.
I contacted Jenni Kayne's text line on 08March2022 regarding issues with a promo code.
I contacted Jenni Kayne's text line on 08March2022 regarding issues with a promo code. Their customer service was unhelpful, and live support was unavailable. The chat malfunctioned at 0800hrs, and my request for a manager's call was ignored. They argued about the code malfunction instead of assisting. Screenshots proved the code's 30% discount worked until checkout. By 1250 my time (1150 PST), the issue persisted. After 3 days and multiple screenshot proofs via text, email, and chat, the issue remained unresolved on 10March2022, while automated surveys flooded my inbox. I attempted to purchase the Raffia Bucket Bag with the code, which initially applied but failed at checkout with a notice of unavailability. Other customers had success with this code. Attempts to use the code at 0600 and follow-ups until 13:52 (12:52 PCT) were futile. A disinterested management representative called, offering a 30% off code for immediate use, disregarding the 5+ hours I spent addressing this as a 100% vet and former military officer.

I sent back an item they got on Oct
I sent back an item they got on Oct. 4th for a refund. They don't reply to emails, texts, or pick up the phone. And I still haven't got my money back. I should've checked the customer service reviews. All the reviews had the same problem.
I bought a big wool rug from Jenni Kayne, but when it arrived, it had a strong moldy smell
I bought a big wool rug from Jenni Kayne, but when it arrived, it had a strong moldy smell. When I unrolled it, I noticed that it had discolored patches from mold and decay, and some parts of the rug were falling apart. I tried to contact the company, but it took them more than a week to respond and they didn't offer any solution. It's really gross and poses a health risk.
I bought a 6k couch from this company
I bought a 6k couch from this company. The couch ain't arrived yet, but the *** tracking says it did. When I called ***, they told me the couch got lost and I gotta reach out to the shipper. I can't get a hold of the company. The phone seems broke, nobody's emailing me back, and I've tried texting. I can't contact the company to figure out what went wrong or where my couch is.

I got the pants I ordered on 10/27
I got the pants I ordered on 10/27. I didn't wear 'em until 1/5/22. When I put 'em on, the seam split. I called customer service right away, but all I got was a recording sayin' they don't have a phone for customer service. I sent 'em an email to let 'em know I wanna return the pants, but it's been a whole week and I ain't heard nothin' back. I also messaged 'em on Facebook 'cause I saw other unhappy customers doin' the same. $245 is way too much to pay for somethin' that's all messed up.
I bought a dress from Jenni Kayne's website on May 23rd
I bought a dress from Jenni Kayne's website on May 23rd. On May 26th, I got a notification saying that a FedEx label was made for my package. I tried to track it, but FedEx said they haven't picked it up yet. I contacted their customer service and they gave me a confusing explanation about them needing to move because they've outgrown their space. They couldn't give me a clear answer on whether or not I'll get my package, and they don't even know where it is right now! They won't return my calls, and now I'm stuck with this charge on my credit card. Can someone please help me out? I had a confusing email exchange with them, and then they just stopped responding.
I sent back two things I bought for Christmas presents, and they cost me $585.22
I sent back two things I bought for Christmas presents, and they cost me $585.22. They gave me a gift card, but I didn't want that. I wanted my money back. I emailed them on 12/27 to ask for a refund to my credit card. But I haven't heard anything from them. In their email, they said that if you send more than one email, they'll ignore you and cancel the first one. The phone line doesn't work. I have a credit of $585 for a company that doesn't answer emails or calls, but they keep sending me 3-4 marketing emails every day. The stuff they sell is not good quality and not worth the price. Lots of people complain about their terrible customer service on ***. Sadly, I didn't see those complaints before I bought from them. I have no other way to get in touch with them.
I ordered a sweater on 9/22
I ordered a sweater on 9/22. I got an email a few hours later on 9/22 saying my order (order ***) was shipped and would arrive next week. But I never got the package, so I checked their website and tracked it on the fed ex tracking site. There was no delivery info there. I called customer service, but nobody answered the phone. You gotta leave a message and they only reply by message. No phone talk even though I asked for it many times. I've been talking to a customer service rep named ***. She said she would contact their shipping dept on 10/1, but since then she hasn't been able to refund my account or send the item. I don't want the item anymore, but I want my money back.
I made the mistake of ordering from this business twice
I made the mistake of ordering from this business twice. Both times, they didn't return phone calls or reply to emails. They don't seem to have any customer service at all. Today when I called, their 'customer service' line says they're not taking any phone calls, so you can't even leave a message. I'm having delivery issues and was told to contact the shipper, them, but they haven't returned my email from last week. I sent a second one, but haven't heard back yet. Based on other customers' comments, I don't really expect to hear from them. That was also my experience with my last order. They have my money, and it seems like many other unhappy customers' money too. There are problems with the merchandise we all may or, in my case, have not received.
I bought a sweater from Jenni Kayne's website and it arrived on 11/14
I bought a sweater from Jenni Kayne's website and it arrived on 11/14. They charged my checking account $404.73 on 11/9. When I tried the sweater on, it didn't fit. So, I put the return shipping label on the original box and dropped it off at a Walgreens on Keystone Ave in Indianapolis IN on the same day, 11/14. FedEx confirmed that they received the package at 11:28 a.m. on 11/20. I emailed customer service on 11/29 and also tried calling, but a recorded message said they're not accepting phone calls right now. When I tried emailing again, I got a notice telling me not to email more than once or I'll be moved back on the email list. I emailed to *** expressing my concern about getting a refund because the return window is so short. Sincerely
I bought some leather sandals online from Jenni Kayne, along with a bunch of other stuff
I bought some leather sandals online from Jenni Kayne, along with a bunch of other stuff. The first time I wore the sandals, the big "knot" in the leather got all tight and made the sandals slip off. It was a bummer because I was heading to the JK store to return some other things I bought. I mentioned the sandal problem to the clerk, but they didn't let me return them or even acknowledge the craftsmanship issue. So I texted customer service, and they told me to take the sandals to a cobbler and pay to get the leather fixed. Can you believe it? I only wore them once, tripped because the knot got all tight, and now they want me to spend more money to fix it. The customer service in the store and through text was terrible, and they don't even answer phone calls at the general customer service line. It's like they don't care about making customers happy. It seems like this is just their normal way of doing things, to mess over the customer and not care if they're satisfied.
I ordered from Jenni Kayne on 12/8 for a Christmas gift for my daughter
I ordered from Jenni Kayne on 12/8 for a Christmas gift for my daughter. On 12/10, I got a small *** package with one of the things I ordered, but I returned it and got my money back. On 12/14, I checked online to track the other two items I ordered, and it said they were all delivered in the same package. But that's not true, I have the packing slip to prove it. I tried calling customer service on 12/14, but the number only lets you do online stuff. So, I emailed customer service *** a bunch of times because it was almost Christmas and I still didn't get the things I paid for. On 1/9/22, I sent another request, but the automated response was the same. They send me emails trying to sell stuff all the time, so they're good at marketing. But their customer service is terrible because they keep saying they have too many requests. It's been almost a month, and I still don't have my stuff, my money, or a response. I can't even talk to a real person on the phone. This is really bad and they don't care about their customers.
I bought a sweater for my mom in the UK from Jenni Kayne for her Christmas gift
I bought a sweater for my mom in the UK from Jenni Kayne for her Christmas gift. They ship internationally, so I thought everything would go smoothly. The sweater cost a certain amount and shipping was another amount. I didn't know I would have to pay extra for taxes and fees during checkout. A week later, FedEx emailed me saying I owed money for customs and excise on the product. I've been trying to contact Jenni Kayne to understand why I'm being charged and why it's such a crazy amount. I've emailed them three times with no response. When I call, I just get a voicemail saying they have too many inquiries and I can't leave a message. This is unacceptable. If it wasn't for my mom's Christmas gift, I would never have paid. The way they do business is terrible. They mislead customers by offering international shipping and then surprise them with high taxes. I want Jenni Kayne to refund me for the taxes and fees since I didn't know about them on top of the shipping charges they already mentioned. It's very misleading. They have no customer service and no way to directly deal with them. I hope others don't have to go through this mess.
