Mixed Experiences with Grailed, Inc
As someone who loves exploring unique fashion pieces, my journey with Grailed, Inc. has been a rollercoaster of emotions. While the platform offers a diverse range of items from top brands, the authenticity of the listings seems questionable at times. Some users have reported issues with sellers not having possession of the products they list, leading to frustrating experiences. On the bright side, there are instances where Grailed's customer service has stepped in to resolve issues promptly, providing a glimmer of hope. However, the overall sentiment seems to be a mix of excitement for great finds and disappointment due to authenticity concerns and seller reliability. If you decide to embark on your fashion quest with Grailed, tread carefully and be prepared for a unique shopping experience.
Hired moderators don't know what they are doing
Grailed has enrolled a new service by hiring "moderators" to "authenticate" certain high end pieces to prevent fakes from being sold on their website. This is a great idea and helps ease tension when purchasing items on the website! HOWEVER. Their "skilled" moderators have no clue what they are doing, and have 0 reliability in properly authenticating these items. There's 0 transparency on how these moderators were hired, nor how they know what they're doing. Not only that, when you actually have an issue with their moderator or anything in general, they take 3-4 business days to respond via email. GARBAGE.

Grailed Review: Great Site, Terrible Customer Service - Beware of Account Bans!
So, I signed up for Grailed and I gotta say, it's a pretty cool site. I was able to find some sweet shirts and cop them for a good price. However, I did run into a bit of trouble with one of the sellers. They never sent me a tracking ID and then just disappeared on me. I had to get a refund, which was a bit of a hassle, but I eventually got the shirt anyway.
Now, I wanted to do the right thing and give the seller their money back since I did end up getting the shirt. But, there wasn't an obvious way to do this on the app. So, I just asked for their PayPal. And that's when things went south. My account got frozen and I was told to email some "appeal team".
I thought, okay, no big deal, I'll just explain the situation and we'll get it sorted out. But, nope. Lexy from the appeal team didn't even bother to understand my predicament. Instead, she just permanently banned my account and accused me of making the same mistake over and over again. Like, come on, it was just a simple mistake that I made once.
Honestly, Grailed's customer service department needs to step up their game. They don't treat their customers like actual people. It's like they don't care about us at all. They just see us as another account they don't need. It's a shame because the site itself is pretty cool. But, if they can't get their act together, I might have to take my business elsewhere.
Grailed Review: Selling Fake Items and Refusing Responsibility
I recently made a purchase on Grailed, a popular online marketplace for buying and selling clothing and accessories. I was excited to find an Anti Social Social Club sweatshirt for $131.00, which seemed like a great deal. However, when the item arrived, I was disappointed to find that it was clearly a fake.
The sweatshirt was packed in a flimsy plastic bag, which made it difficult to authenticate the item. Once I opened it up, it was clear that the quality was not up to par with the real thing. I immediately contacted Grailed to let them know about the issue and included pictures of the sweatshirt.
To my surprise, I received an email from Grailed acknowledging that the item was not authentic. However, they told me that I would need to go through Paypal to dispute the claim, even though the purchase was made directly through Grailed. This seemed like a complicated and unnecessary step, and I was frustrated that Grailed was not taking responsibility for the sale of a fake item.
I have a screenshot of the sale that clearly shows that it came through Grailed, and I have all of the emails as backup for my case. Despite sending multiple emails to Grailed, I have not heard back from them in over 5 to 6 emails. This lack of communication is unacceptable, and it only adds to my frustration with the situation.
It is disappointing to see companies like Grailed taking advantage of people who are just trying to buy something they are happy to buy. I have filed a case with the Better Business Bureau, and I hope that this will help to hold Grailed accountable for their actions. Overall, I would not recommend using Grailed for any purchases, as they seem to be selling fake items and are not willing to take responsibility for their actions.
Review: Grailed - A Convenient Platform for Selling High-End Menswear
Grailed is a website that is exclusively for menswear. As a seller, I find it very convenient that they have three levels to list your items: Grailed, Core, and Basic. Core is for brands like Ralph Lauren and Levis, while Grailed is for high-end items like $300 t-shirts and $1000 athletic shoes, such as Jeezys.
One thing that I really appreciate about Grailed is how easy it is to list items. The photos of my items always look great, and the fees are relatively low. However, I have noticed that the site has been a bit quiet lately. I sold a few items within a month, but since then, I haven't had much traffic or sales. It seems like the owners and staff may have taken a vacation and are not actively working on the site. It would be great if they could take a page out of Ebay's book and send out tips and announcements to help sellers improve their listings.
Another thing that I have noticed about Grailed is that it seems to be an international site, with a lot of business being done overseas, especially in Asia. I'm not sure if they filter sellers or care if they are selling knockoffs or pirated goods. This is something that they should definitely look into, as it could potentially harm the reputation of the site.
Overall, Grailed is a great platform for selling high-end menswear. While there are some areas for improvement, such as more active staff and better seller vetting, it is still a solid choice for anyone looking to sell their high-end clothing and accessories.
Grailed.com Review: Misleading Ratings and Deleted Reviews
So, I bought some corduroy pants for my son from Grailed.com. My son had communicated with the seller about the length of the pants, but when they arrived, they were way too short. I left a brief review about this issue, but then the seller contacted me and asked why I didn't give him all his stars in the review. I explained the situation, but he seemed hurt.
A few weeks later, I received an email from Adam, who I guess is part of the Grailed team. He accused me of being dishonest and inaccurate in my rating and decided to rate the seller himself, which brought the review back to a perfect rating. I found this interesting because Adam was not part of our original purchase or the communication afterwards when we discovered the pants were so short.
I think it's not right for Grailed to delete reviews of buyers. It's very misleading to the public who might choose to purchase from a particular seller based on the reviews of actual buyers. The shipment was timely, but the description and communication from the seller, and therefore the product, was not as described. Unless you want to wear capri corduroys (which no 16 year old boy does), I wouldn't recommend purchasing from this seller.
Overall, I was disappointed with my experience on Grailed and I don't think I'll be purchasing from them again. It's frustrating that my personal review was removed by the Grailed team, especially since it was an honest reflection of my experience with their seller.
Beware of Grailed: Seller Tried to Scam Me and Admin Changed My Review to 5 Stars
So, I had a bit of a problem with Grailed. I ordered a sweatshirt, but unfortunately, I got the wrong size. I tried to work with the seller to return it and get the right size, but things didn't go as planned. The seller tried to scam me for more money, which was really frustrating. I paid $148 for the sweatshirt, but the seller told me he would only buy it back for $120. Then, he planned to resell the same sweatshirt in the right size for $160. He was trying to make an extra $40 off of me, which just didn't seem right.
I didn't have any issues with paying for shipping to send the sweatshirt back and get the right size. However, I was really disappointed with the seller's behavior. I decided to leave a one-star review and explain what had happened. I wanted other buyers to know that this seller wasn't willing to work with me and was just trying to make more money.
Later that day, I went back to check my review and noticed that it was gone. I was confused and frustrated, but then I realized that the seller was actually an administrator for Grailed. He had changed my review to five stars, which just didn't seem fair. I didn't know that administrators could change reviews, and it made me feel like the site was a bit of a scam.
I've been trying to get in touch with customer service to report the seller, but it's been really difficult. Since he works for Grailed, I haven't been able to get a response. It's really frustrating and makes me feel like the site isn't trustworthy. I don't want other buyers to fall for the five-star reviews that might be manipulated by administrators. So, my advice is to stay away from Grailed and find a more reliable site to buy from.
Grailed.com Review: Beware of Scammers and Fakes - My Experience
So, I bought a pair of off white x Nike sneakers from grailed.com for $662. The seller described them as "like new", but when I received them, they were in much worse condition. I tried to file a claim with PayPal to get my money back, but they denied it. I also asked grailed for a legit check, but they never got back to me.
Recently, I tried to repost the same sneakers, but they were taken down for being "inauthentic". If they're fake, why did grailed let me buy them in the first place? And why didn't they do anything when I brought these issues to their attention?
Now, I'm out nearly $700, and it's really hurt my small reselling business. I've been a 5-star seller on grailed with 15 reviews, all of them 5 stars. But this issue has ruined everything for me.
I want to warn everyone to stay away from grailed.com. The site is full of scammers, fakes, and dishonest people. And the "team" at grailed will do literally nothing to help you get a refund, except telling you to open a PayPal dispute.
Don't make the same mistake I did. Take your business somewhere legitimate. Grailed is proving to me that they are not that.
Grailed Review: The Ultimate Marketplace for Men's Fashion
Grailed is a dope marketplace for all you stylish fellas out there. It's got everything from streetwear to high-end designer gear, and it's all for the guys. You won't find any ladies' clothes here, but that's okay because we're all about the menswear.
Setting up an account is easy peasy, and you can start buying and selling right away. The best part is that you can use PayPal to make transactions, so you know your money is safe and secure. Grailed is all about building a community, so you can chat with other users and even leave comments on their editorial content. It's like a fashion forum and a marketplace all rolled into one.
I've been selling my clothes on Grailed, eBay, and Styleforum for a hot minute now, and I gotta say, Grailed is where it's at. I've had way more traffic and sales on Grailed than on the other two platforms. Of course, there are always gonna be some shady characters out there, so you gotta be careful when you're buying and selling. Make sure you do your due diligence and check out the seller's feedback before you make a purchase. And if you do run into any problems, try to work it out with the other party before you contact PayPal or Grailed.
One thing to keep in mind is that Grailed charges a seller fee of 6% of the selling price, plus the PayPal fee. So you're looking at about 10% of the selling price going towards fees. But hey, that's the price you pay for being part of a dope community of fashion-forward dudes.
Overall, I highly recommend Grailed for anyone who's into menswear. Whether you're looking to buy or sell, you'll find a ton of great stuff on this platform. So go ahead and check it out, and maybe you'll find your next favorite piece to add to your wardrobe.
Buyer Beware: My Disappointing Experience with Grailed
I recently had a bad experience with Grailed, and I feel like I need to share my thoughts. I bought a Vlone shirt, but it turned out to be a fake. I was really disappointed, and I decided to contact Grailed to get a refund. Unfortunately, they rely on photo authentication to determine if an item is authentic, and my photo authenticator didn't pick up on certain red flags. When I brought this up to Grailed, they were not willing to give me my money back. They seemed more interested in gatekeeping sellers based on their reviews than honestly looking at my claim.
I was really frustrated with this experience, and I don't think I'll be using Grailed again. If you're worried about buying online and getting a fake, I don't think this is the service for you. It's really hit or miss, and it's up to them whether or not you get your money back. If a seller has good reviews, they seem to think that fakes can't get sent out from them, even if there's proof to the contrary. They'll try to blame you somehow, and it's just not worth the hassle.
I wish I had done more research before using Grailed. There are so many other services out there that offer better buyer protection. I'd rather use eBay or Amazon any day of the week. At least with those services, I know that my money is guaranteed. I'd rather take my chances on a Vlone piece from Amazon than use Grailed again.
Overall, I think Grailed is rated poorly for a reason. I've seen enough bad reviews to know that this is not a service I want to mess with again. If you're thinking about using Grailed, I would highly recommend doing your research first. Don't make the same mistake I did.
Grailed Review: Disrespectful Seller and Unhelpful Customer Service
I recently had an experience with a seller on Grailed (Datelines aka Riley Guza) that left me feeling frustrated and disrespected. I had ordered a shirt from him, but when it arrived, it was not as described. The shirt was dirty, had holes, smelled bad, and was covered in pet hair. I immediately contacted the seller to ask for a refund, but he refused and started insulting me.
At first, I tried to reason with him and explain why I was unhappy with the product. But he continued to be rude and belittling, even going so far as to ask if I was black and making racist comments. I was shocked and offended by his behavior, and I knew I needed to take action.
I contacted Manny, an agent at Grailed, and provided proof of everything that had happened. I asked for the seller to be removed from the site, but Grailed didn't seem interested in helping me. They didn't take any action against the seller, even though I had clearly been mistreated and disrespected.
I continued to email Manny and the Grailed team, but it seemed like they weren't taking my concerns seriously. I felt like they were more interested in protecting their platform than in helping me as a customer. It was frustrating and disappointing, and I knew I needed to share my experience with others.
Overall, I would caution anyone who is thinking of using Grailed to be careful. While there are certainly good sellers on the site, there are also those who are disrespectful and unprofessional. And unfortunately, it seems like Grailed is not always willing to take action against these sellers, even when they engage in offensive behavior. So if you do decide to use Grailed, be prepared to deal with some potential issues and be sure to document everything carefully.
Grailed Review: Terrible User Experience, Nonexistent Support, and Ineffective Authenticators
I gotta say, I had a pretty rough experience with Grailed. I was a verified seller with a ton of listings, but they treated me like I was nothing. I tried to appeal my ban, but it's been two whole weeks and I haven't heard a peep from them. It's like they don't even care about their users.
And don't even get me started on their so-called "seller and buyer protection." It's a total joke. They make you use PayPal for transactions, and then treat sellers like they're guilty until proven innocent. And if you're a buyer who doesn't get their item, tough luck. Even if the tracking says it was delivered, you're out of luck. And if you use their shipping option, they'll double dip and charge both you and the buyer for the label. It's ridiculous.
And their authenticators? Don't even get me started. They either don't know what they're doing or they're just inexperienced. I've seen so many fake items on their site that have been "verified" by their team. And if you get shadowbanned, forget about it. They won't authenticate anything you list on purpose.
But the worst part? The forced price drops. If you want your listing to show up in the feed, you have to drop the price by at least ten percent. It's like they don't even care about promoting good deals, they just want to force sellers to lower their prices. And they have no idea what things should actually be priced at. They kept removing my purple courts for being "too high" at $1,000, even though the lowest ask on StockX was $1,500. It's like they don't even know what they're doing.
Honestly, I would stay far away from Grailed if I were you. It's just not worth the headaches and trouble. They're terrible at doing their only job, which is providing a platform for buying and selling clothes. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.
Great support and have had a lot of success as a buyer and a seller
Great support and have had a lot of success as a buyer and a seller. Have sold a few items and gotten great deals on stuff I wear daily. The risk of getting a fake item is very very low in reality
I bought a pair of shoes off of a so called "trusted seller" The seller shipped but the box came almost a month later and the shoes were not in the box. I contacted the seller and he said he had no idea what happened. I then contacted grailed multiple times to try and get my money back as the seller would not refund me. grailed never got back to me. I then logged onto instagram and saw a suspicious log in attempt from a person that was in the exact same city as where the shoes came from. It seemed like too much of a coincidence. I tried reporting the seller but none of my reports went through and it kept giving me an error message every time I tried to submit the report. I then tried to just block the seller and It would not let me block him. An error kept popping u every time I pressed block this user saying "an error occurred failed to block user"
I recently got my account frozen and for this reason, I do understand. I had a nasty argument with a lowballer through messages. I felt he was rude so I insulted him and proceeded to block him. This was after a long period of constant frustration with sales not being made and the resort to dropping prices to an extreme low. I then got my account frozen and asked multiple times for it to be appealed and I apologized for my actions. I waited and didnt get any replies. Tried a few times then decided to go to Grailed HQ personally and speak to someone. I was not aware that I was not allowed in but managed to get in. I spoke to Chris of Grailed and he told me to e-mail him and he will get back to me within a day. He has not gotten back to me nor Gavin of grailed ( the original person who messaged me ) I also messaged the appeal email again and got another request for the information. I tried providing all details in hopes of getting this resolved. Still not resolved and I am extremely stressed. I worked so hard on building my reputation after almost two years of selling. I made a mistake and made it clear I would not do it again. At this point I feel forced to take my business elsewhere and it hurts as a customer because I really thought I could count on the staff to at least empathize with me to an extent. I get that people get busy but I really went through all lengths just to grab their attention and I barely had it. That marketplace meant a lot to me and now I have to just accept that I can't go back on.
I would give this site 0 stars if possible
I would give this site 0 stars if possible. This market place is full of fake clothes. They are supposed to offer buyer protection but then make it impossible to get a refund. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere unless you are ok purchasing fake foods.
Horrible business and customer service. Got scammed out of $100 when Grailed failed to realize that the seller sent fake tracking information. They boast a lot about some worthless buyer protection that does nothing since I myself did all the footwork with contacting the necessary parties entirely on my own. Horrible business that needs to get its act together.

I've used the platform for about a year now and can safely say grailed support is USELESS. They are really good at taking down post and giving no feedback as to why. I bought a pair of off white jordan 1s off of the site and they were authenticated by the grailed moderation team. I then repost them to sell them and get absolutely nothing but them taking them off saying they are inauthentic. The worst part is when I email them about it I get no response. Furthermore they go back to the posting I bought that was authenticated and try to take their authentication tag off of the listing...I have a video where it says it is authenticated. They love to not answer support emails to their customers and try covering stuff up. Whatever puts money in their pockets I guess...They could give a *** less about there buyers and sellers on this platform.
I've decided that my recent experience with Grailed will be my last, and I urge you to consider doing the same for the sake of your peace of mind and finances. Let me explain what happened. Last month, I sold a pair of Jordans on the platform. The transaction went smoothly, and the buyer even left a positive review confirming his satisfaction. However, a week or two later, the same buyer started sending me messages, claiming that the shoes were counterfeit and demanding a refund. His accusation was based on a failed authenticity check from a different reseller platform. Despite this, he updated his review to say that I had sold him fake sneakers. In an attempt to resolve the issue, I reached out to Grailed's customer service, but they were unhelpful, stating they couldn't remove the review and that I needed to sort it out with the buyer directly. The case was eventually taken up by the payment processing platform, which sided with the buyer and processed a refund upon the supposed return of the shoes. However, there were complications as the buyer used a recycled tracking number, and I ended up without the shoes or the money. I'm dealing with the payment platform separately, but it's important to note this in my critique of Grailed's handling of the situation. To add insult to injury, I had originally purchased these sneakers through Grailed, receiving them in their original box with a receipt. When I decided to sell them again, I never imagined it would lead to this debacle. Now, the original listing has mysteriously vanished from Grailed's website, as if the transaction never occurred. Grailed advertises buyer and seller protection, including round-the-clock authenticity checks, but I saw no evidence of this support in my case. There was no protection for me as a buyer or as a seller. Furthermore, there's a lack of accessible customer support contact information for when issues arise. It's baffling that a platform facilitating business transactions would deflect responsibility to a third party, in this case, the payment platform, without taking any accountability, especially considering the significant fees they charge.
Bought a lock necklace that promised a key in the description. Seller told me after I received the item that there was never a key. I politely ask for a swap, he tries to squeeze more money out of me. This goes on for days. I almost just paid the money but then I was like "why am I paying for his mistake?" I ask for a refund/return and he finally offers the swap instead but I'm done. I'm upset I even have to deal with this and I don't want to go through it again with a swap. I complain to the website about him. I also write a review. Turns out he also works there (!) and deletes my honest review. No one has answered my customer complaints either. Then the seller replaces it with his own 5 star review through my account! I would never give 5 stars for this experience so why is it on my account & its unchangeable? Unethical. Can't make this up. I just want to warn other people. Avoid this site.

Banned for "Spamming
I was a verified seller with over 500 listings in my inventory, and they treated me like I was common street trash. I appealed my ban but it's been two weeks and they haven't even replied to my email. The only thing possibly considered spamming about my account was how I listed items all at once, but I was never informed that you weren't allowed to do this. They also advertise seller and buyer protection, but this couldn't be further from the truth. The transactions are handled over at PayPal and they essentially treat sellers as guilty until proven innocent. Also, inversely if you are a buyer who didn't receive their item and tacking was updated as delivered, you're pretty much screwed. If sellers choose to use their shipping through grailed option they will be treated to the tune of GRAILED DOUBLE DIPPING them. I have seen it first hand where grailed has charged me and the buyer for the $11 shipping label. After noticing the inaccuracy it took them over a month to respond to my emails and process my refund. The authenticators they have employed are either inexperienced or have no idea about the item they are authenticating. Their bape page alone has a minefield of fake items that have been verified by an authenticator, but if you are shadowbanned for any reason they will not authenticate any of the items you list on purpose. Please stay away from this company at all costs because it will save you a lot of headaches and trouble in the end. Last but not least, the forced price drops. The way grailed works is that if you want to move an old listing up in the feed you need to price drop it by at least ten percent. So instead of promoting good deals, they would rather force you to price drop it yourself because they know it won't sell if it's buried under their feed. They also have no idea what things should actually be priced at because they kept removing my purple courts as for being listed too high at $1,000 but the lowest ask on StockX was $1,500 and multiple have sold close to that price. A company that's terrible at doing its only job.
Grailed Is Run By Customer Service Bots That Can Freeze Your Account Anytime
Grailed seems to be another selling platform where marketplace policing is placed on the hands of undiscerning bots that freeze your account when triggered by anything that goes against their algorithms. It does not matter if you have perfect 5/5 seller feedback, no cases opened against you and proof that should absolve you from whatever triggered their system to ban you.
I'm a soccer jersey collector that has probably one of the biggest collections within the US and was looking for another selling platform to sell some of my jerseys besides my online website. Ebay is just too problematic with even more false triggers and hassles that they throw at sellers so I decided to join Grailed since it has international presence as well. Sales on Grailed where slowly picking up steam as more of my selling quantity limits were being raised. Although the Grailed authenticators were a headache to deal with since they have literally no idea of what an official soccer jersey's characteristics should be and can erroneously deter your item's authentication process.
At any rate, I provided everything they asked from me. Authentication codes for each particular model whether it be Nike, Adidas, etc. Washing instructions labels and any other detail in order to illustrate that jersey's authenticity. All my items got approved and sales were going great until the dreaded email came that my account had been frozen.
The email stated the following:
"Your Grailed account has been frozen for violating our Terms of Service.
Specifically, your account was frozen for listing inauthentic items.
At Grailed, we value the safety of our community and activity like yours will result in an account freeze. We always perform a thorough investigation before deciding to freeze an account. However, we understand that misunderstandings can happen. You can request more information and appeal our decision by emailing ***@grailed.com.
Thanks,
Grailed Team"
I proceeded to request more information and appealed their decision by contacting them through their appeals email. I stated my case and mentioned how I did everything possible to prove that my items were authentic, I mentioned the whole perfect feedback, no cases opened against me ordeal and told them about my reputation as a soccer jersey collector with my own website and pleaded for them to give me an explanation at least and that this had to be some bot mistake.
What I received was the following response:
" Kai (Grailed)
Jul 2,2022, 8:44 PM EDT
Hi,
At Grailed, we prioritize the trust and safety of our community and we reserve the right to freeze accounts that are inconsistent with our expectations (https://www.grailed.com/about/terms).
For the safety of our community, your account has been frozen for repeated fraudulent listings.
At this time, we're unable to reinstate your account and no further appeals will be acknowledged.
Kai
Grailed Team"
Basically I received some regurgitated, cookie cutter, copy and paste, corporate middle finger. No explanation, no proof of their allegations, just and arbitrary response with no effort whatsoever to look into my situation. Simply stating that they reserve the right to treat you like dog waste within their terms of services.
The sad thing about this is that Grailed actually has a good premise and can be a great site for seller's like me due to its international sales. I get the whole needing bots and algorithms in order to monitor thousands of users and all that activity but their is no excuse though to not even delve into the issue with actual reasoning human beings when an appeal is presented and when a seller with perfect rating and great sales is presenting it. Instead of valuing excellent sellers that are assets to their platform they purge them to their detriment.
If you like walking on eggshells as a seller or even a buyer and feeling vulnerable to any of their bot's whims then Grailed is the site for you. If that isn't your thing and you want to be treated with some dignity and decency, then I'd recommend you go somewhere else to buy and sell instead of fomenting monetarily this type of behavior.
Thanks for reading this long winded and much needed vent of mine.
Beware of Grailed: Poor Authentication and Customer Service
I gotta say, I've had some experiences with Grailed that have left me feeling pretty frustrated. I've actually written a few reviews about them in the past, but they ended up banning me from the site a few months ago. Apparently they didn't appreciate me airing my grievances on here. They even went so far as to block my IP address and take some of my money. Not cool, Grailed.
One of my biggest issues with this site is their authentication process. It's supposed to ensure that all the items being sold are legit, but in my experience, it's been pretty fake. I've received several pairs of shoes that turned out to be knockoffs, and when I reached out to Grailed for help, they basically told me tough luck. Not exactly the kind of customer service you want from a company you're doing business with.
Honestly, I think Grailed is one of the worst companies I've dealt with in a long time. They don't seem to have any respect for their customers, and their customer service is straight up trash. I wouldn't recommend buying or selling anything on this site if you want to avoid losing money. Beware, folks.

Unpaid for 100 Days: My Disappointing Experience with Grailed Customer Service
My son, he's a big fan of Grailed. He's bought some cool stuff from there before. But, he sold a pair of shoes on the site for $617 almost 100 days ago and still hasn't been paid. He put the UPS tracking number in there and everything. We've tried calling customer service, but no one picks up. And the "customer service" ticket threads are a joke. We're thinking about telling the BBB about this and our lawyer says we should get involved. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend Grailed to anyone. It's just not worth the hassle.
Disappointing Experience with Grailed: Unfair Ban and Unresponsive Support
So, I decided to give Grailed a try and made an account. I listed an item that I had already listed on eBay, but unfortunately, I got banned. I was really disappointed and contacted support to see if there was anything I could do. They asked me to provide proof that I had sent the item, which I did, but they told me that their moderators had made a final decision and there was nothing they could do. I was really frustrated because I felt like I had done everything right, but still got banned.
To make matters worse, I had also made my first purchase on Grailed the day before I got banned. I spent $500 on an item, but the seller never shipped it. I tried to access my account to see if I could get any help from support, but I couldn't log in. I reached out to support, but they never replied. I was really worried that I had lost my money, but fortunately, I was able to get a refund through PayPal.
Overall, my experience with Grailed was really disappointing. I felt like I had been treated unfairly and that the support team was unresponsive. I was able to get my money back, but Grailed didn't offer anything that PayPal couldn't. I wouldn't recommend using Grailed, especially if you're new to the platform. There are other options out there that are more reliable and have better customer support.
Grailed Review: Great Concept, Poor Execution - Unreliable Moderators and Slow Customer Service
Grailed is a website that has recently introduced a new service by hiring "moderators" to "authenticate" certain high-end pieces to prevent fakes from being sold on their website. This is a great idea and helps ease tension when purchasing items on the website! However, their "skilled" moderators have no clue what they are doing, and have 0 reliability in properly authenticating these items. There's 0 transparency on how these moderators were hired, nor how they know what they're doing.
When you actually have an issue with their moderator or anything in general, they take 3-4 business days to respond via email. This is a major issue as it can cause a lot of frustration and inconvenience for the customers. It is important for a company to have a quick and efficient customer service system in place to ensure customer satisfaction.
Despite the issues with their moderators and customer service, Grailed still has a lot to offer. They have a wide range of high-end pieces available for purchase, and their website is easy to navigate. They also have a great community of buyers and sellers who are passionate about fashion and are always willing to help each other out.
Overall, Grailed is a great website for those who are interested in buying and selling high-end fashion pieces. However, they need to work on improving their customer service and ensuring that their moderators are properly trained and reliable. If they can do this, they will be able to provide an even better experience for their customers.
GRAILED and PayPal's Lack of Buyer Protection: My Disappointing Experience
I recently had an experience with GRAILED that left me feeling extremely disappointed and frustrated. I purchased a t-shirt from a seller who claimed that it had only been worn once. However, when the t-shirt arrived, I was shocked to find that it was faded, had holes, and was stained. I immediately reached out to GRAILED to try and resolve the issue.
To my dismay, GRAILED suggested that I contact PayPal to try and get my money back. I followed their advice and returned the t-shirt to the seller. However, when I tried to file a claim with PayPal, they declined it, stating that the seller had messaged them claiming that he had received a different t-shirt from me. I was left feeling confused and frustrated, as I knew that this was not true.
To make matters worse, GRAILED changed my review of the seller from 1 star to 4 stars, which I am unable to edit. This made me feel like GRAILED was not taking my concerns seriously and was more interested in protecting the seller than helping me.
Overall, I feel like GRAILED, PayPal, and the seller were all involved in some sort of conspiracy to take my money and leave me with a damaged t-shirt. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of buyer protection and support that I received from GRAILED and PayPal, and would caution anyone considering using their services to be very careful.
Scammed by Grailed: My Experience with a Sketchy Seller and Fake Necklace
Bought a necklace from Grailed, and let me tell you, it was a wild ride. The seller was a bit sketchy, and I started to get worried when I saw some pictures and videos online that made me think the necklace might be fake. I did some digging and found a ton of evidence that it was indeed a fake. I was pretty upset about it, and I reached out to customer service for help. Unfortunately, they haven't been very responsive, and I'm feeling pretty ignored.
I wish I had done more research before making my purchase, but I definitely feel like I got scammed by Grailed. It's frustrating that they don't seem to care about their customers, and I wouldn't recommend taking the risk of buying from a reseller like this. If it happened to me, it could happen to anyone. So be careful with your money and make sure you're buying from a reputable source.
Terrible Quality and Unfair Pricing: My Experience with [Site Name]
This site is just terrible, man. Their policy is whack. They let people sell stuff for way too much money, even if it's cheap as hell. I bought a pendant for my man's birthday, only cost me 40 bucks, but when it came in the mail, I was like, "What the hell is this?" It was the worst quality thing I ever bought. I found the same thing for 18 bucks somewhere else and even saw it on some Chinese website for just a couple of dollars.
I tried to return it, but they said no way, because the picture matched what I got. But the quality was just straight up garbage. I'm never using this site again, that's for sure. I think they're based in China, maybe with some little office in New York or something. It's not even worth fighting over 40 bucks, they can just shove it up their you-know-what. If I could, I'd give them a negative 10 rating.
Terrible Experience with Grailed: Received Women's Underwear Instead of Givenchy Sneakers and Got Banned!
I had a really bad experience with Grailed. I bought a pair of Givenchy sneakers, but instead of getting what I ordered, I received women's underwear made in Romania. I was really upset and immediately contacted Grailed to complain about the mix-up. However, instead of helping me, they banned me from their website! Can you believe it?
The reason they gave me for banning me was that the UK tracking number on most of the pictures did not match the US. But, what they don't seem to understand is that whenever a package arrives in another country, it gets a local tracking number. It's really not that complicated, but their staff seems to be incompetent and ignorant.
I even sent them a photo of the US postage on the package, but they still didn't believe me and banned me anyway. It's really frustrating because there's no phone number you can call to talk to someone directly, and it's different people replying to you each time, so no one takes ownership of the complaint.
In the end, I didn't get a refund, and I lost $320. I'm really disappointed with Grailed and will never use their website again. It's a total sham, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
Grailed.com Review: Scammer's Paradise, Stay Away!
This company ain't no good, let me tell ya. eBay been around for ages and they know how to handle disputes, but these guys don't seem to have a clue. If there's a problem, you're gonna get screwed. And let me tell ya, scammers love this place.
I sold a real fancy designer item and the buyer started hollering that it was fake right away. I said I'd give them a refund if they sent it back, but grailed.com gave them their money back before I even got the item back. I got scammed and that buyer probably sold my item again after they got their money back. They got all kinds of guarantees for sellers on their site, but it's all a bunch of baloney - how hard is it to hold onto the money until the item is back in your hands? This place is a scammer's paradise and the company ain't gonna help you out. Don't sell here, folks! If you're a scammer, though, you hit the jackpot!
Unethical Seller on Grailed: No Key, No Refund, and Deleted Review
So, I bought this lock necklace from Grailed and the description said it comes with a key. But when I got it, there was no key. I contacted the seller and he told me that there was never a key. I asked him if we could swap it for something else, but he tried to charge me more money. This went on for a few days and I was getting frustrated. I almost gave in and paid the extra money, but then I thought, "Why should I pay for his mistake?"
I decided to ask for a refund or return, but he finally offered to swap it instead. At this point, I was just done with the whole thing. I was upset that I had to deal with this and I didn't want to risk going through it again with a swap. I complained to the website about the seller and I even wrote a review about my experience.
But then I found out that the seller actually works for Grailed (!) and he deleted my honest review. I also contacted customer service, but no one has responded to my complaints. To make matters worse, the seller replaced my review with his own 5-star review through my account! I would never give 5 stars for this experience, so why is it on my account and why can't I change it? This is so unethical.
I just want to warn other people to avoid this site. It's not worth the hassle and the risk of dealing with shady sellers. I hope Grailed takes action to address these issues and improve their customer service.
7 year account with 350+ transactions 4.8/5 feedback banned
I am writing to appeal the ban that has been placed on my account for alleged fraudulent activity. I would like to strongly deny any wrongdoing on my part and state that this ban is wrongful and unfair. I understand that Grailed takes fraudulent activity very seriously and I fully support the efforts to maintain the integrity of the platform. However, I can assure you that I have never engaged in any fraudulent activity on Grailed, or any other platform for that matter.
I would like to request that you review my account and the transactions in question, and provide me with any evidence that led to the ban. I am more than willing to cooperate with any investigation that may be necessary, and I believe that my account activity will prove my innocence. In conclusion, I would like to respectfully request that you remove the ban on my account and restore my access to the platform. I am a responsible user and I value the community on Grailed. I look forward to hearing from you soon and thank you for your time.

Desired outcome: Un Freeze account
Grailed is an app-based company with no direct human contact; all communication is via email.
Grailed is an app-based company with no direct human contact; all communication is via email. When issues arise, it's challenging to resolve them as responses are automated. I spent money on an item I haven't received, and seeking a refund felt like my issue was dismissed. Grailed's buyer protection is misleading. They allow sellers to receive payment before shipping, so if an item isn't sent, the buyer must file a complaint and endure a lengthy resolution process, sometimes up to two weeks. This doesn't protect the buyer but enables seller malpractice, with Grailed only sending automated emails and not intervening. After expressing frustration, they froze my account and retained my funds, which I consider fraudulent. I demand my account's restoration for its vital information and insist on telephonic contact from a Grailed executive, not just a representative.

I purchased Louis Vuitton sneakers on October 26 through the Grailed website for an undisclosed amount. The sneakers were shipped from an unspecified location from a store called Believe, which stated they accept returns. Upon receiving the sneakers, I discovered they did not fit. I have been attempting to exchange them with Believe, sending numerous emails through the Grailed app to arrange for the sneakers to be sent back for an exchange. At this point, 32 days later, I simply want a refund.
Hi, I have been trying to contact Grailed.com for 24 hours, tirelessly searching for a legitimate phone number to contact them about fraudulent charges on my debit card. I have also emailed them and received no reply. The person using the card is having these items shipped to an undisclosed address. I'm desperately trying to reach out to Grailed, but they seem to have no legitimate contact number. Please beware of this company called Grailed.
Username: *** My account was banned due to my relisting an item that was taken down. I apologize for reposting the item, I was confused on why my item didn't get listed I thought the photos I took didn't have clear photos of the tag so I reposted it with new photos. Once again I am sorry for violating the rules and I promise to follow all rules and code of conduct coming forward. I have a great reputation from account my reviews and badges show that. I also had many items listed for sale. I love buying clothes from the Grailed. Please reinstate my account, Grailed is one of my favorite sites to visit and it hurts me that won't be able to purchase from the site anymore. Thank you for your time and consideration.
This morning I received an email from grailed stating my account is frozen with no explanation. Ive tried emailing their support and appeal but I havent received a response yet. Im upset Ive been wrongfully frozen for no reason at all. The last thing I did on my account was post a supreme hoodie which is authentic I bought straight from the supreme website and I still have the receipt.
I have had an account for about 2 months with Grailed
I have had an account for about 2 months with Grailed. I had 26 sales, 7 five star reviews with no complaints. I was considered a "trusted seller" by their metrics. All my listings except for Anti Social Social Club tees had been authenticated by Grailed staff prior to being live to the public. On 12//2020 I received an email stating my most recent listing had been deemed "inauthentic". This was for a VLONE bark long sleeve tee in white. I had previously 2 of the same exact tee in black already verified authentic by Grailed staff that were live in my shop. I contacted support, selected "forget password" because there was no direct link to address this issue and was routed to a rep named Kevin. He sent me a generic email saying I needed to send tagged photos of the item in question, and receipt. Fine, but 2 hours later the account gets frozen. He later tells me the account cannot be appealed. This why before I was even given a chance to appeal the original listing. I given no fair or due process whatsoever. One individual took it upon himself to freeze my account 4 days before christmas, mind you all the items I had listed in the shop were authenticated by Grailed staff once already! Customers who bought from me are left in the dark as so am I because I cannot even log into my account.

Hello, My account has been frozen for "fraudulent activity" regarding chargebacks yet I have NEVER sold or bought anything on Grailed. The email claims that my credentials are directly associated with an account that displayed this fraudulent activity. I learned about Grailed through a friend this past summer and its only been about 4 months or so. Again, I have NEVER bought or sold anything on the platform and never filed for anything regarding fraud. How can you ban a user who has literally done NOTHING on the platform?
I've been a long *** on Grailed with over 800+ transactions and a 4.8/5 star review. My Grailed account name is TheCraftyCompany. I was wrongly banned and disabled from the trending feed over a month ago. I've been an honest seller and when I emailed them, the only thing they emailed me back with was "Unfortunately there's no way for me to remove this feed abuse penalty."I've never abused the trending feed in any way and I'm being falsely accused. When I emailed Grailed back to tell me exactly how I "manipulated the trending feed," they ignored the email and never replied back. This has been frustrating because I've been honest and this has been my main source of income. I sell my items on there just like everyone else and there has been numerous complaints about Grailed falsely doing this to other peoples account with no proper explanation.Grailed can go back to each of my sales and listings on their platform and see that I've been nothing but honest. I've attached a picture of a conversation I had with one of the staff members.
They removed my account because my items I posted were not authentic. I posted these listings by duplicating my old listings and then deleting the old ones. When I listed these clothes the first time there was no issue because theyre real, but when I re-list them you guys say their fake. *** through Grailed is horrible and they dont know whats real and not and cant even look into my account and realize Ive already posted those clothes.
Since I have not received any information regarding the reason my account was frozen (other than the cut and paste response they give everyone),
Since I have not received any information regarding the reason my account was frozen (other than the cut and paste response they give everyone), I am to assume that my account was frozen due to conversation I had with a seller who listed an item falsely. Initially the seller offered to rectify the situation outside of grailed with a different money transfer service (which I can only assume is the issue). I instead ended up requesting a full refund because the product was listed incorrectly. I tried to go through Grailed customer service to no avail, but upon escalation to PayPal (Their preferred money servicer) I was able to rectify the situation. Im thoroughly frustrated because after reading through their terms of service, they actually encourage buyers and sellers to rectify the situation prior to getting them involved. The service team not only has a complete lack of empathy or adequate response, they have done nothing to try and give me any form of resolution. Its the complete lack of accountability that has forced me to send in a last ditch open response so others can see that there is something fundamentally wrong with how complaints are handled regarding accounts being frozen. The chasm of disconnect between their terms of service (which Im to assume is left adequately vague for this reason) and the actual enforcement is abismal.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Hello, I am a business owner of Pal4Preme and am seeking to get my account unfrozen from Grailed. A couple of months ago I decided to start selling products on Grailed due to the fact I have too many and wanted to move more inventory. I started selling a couple things here and there, things were going good. I was also buying. One day I get an email from Grailed claiming I am now banned because I was conducting "fraudulent" activity. This made no sense to me so i tried appealing this, sent multiple email and never got a real response besides the automated emails. As mentioned im a business owner, an LLC to be exact. I would NEVER for the sake of me and my business commit fraud on an app that has done nothing but bless. I am filed with the *** and have all my paperwork which I provided to Grailed and they ignored. I just want to have my account back.
I have struggled with Grailed and their customer service team for weeks
I have struggled with Grailed and their customer service team for weeks. I have an account in which I sell designer jewelry, and I source all of my items from reputable sellers. I would never intentionally post an item that I myself knew was inauthentic. I try my best to use resources and my own knowledge to authenticate all of my items that I list before listing them. My account was frozen for allegedly posting "fraudulent listings" but all of my items were authenticated by moderators and had been on the market for several days. The items that I posted all look authentic to me after reaching out to private jewelry specialists and comparing them to authentic products. I am frustrated that when I email I either receive no response, no information regarding my account freeze, or a robot response. If ANY item I posted was inauthentic after review from the Grailed team, I would immediately delist it as I have always tried my best to rid the marketplace of inauthentic products. I genuinely believe all my items to be authentic and want to continue selling on this platform, but it is extremely frustrating when the customer support team doesn't answer my questions or work with me. I am always willing to listen to feedback and change if there is something I am doing wrong, but it is ridiculous that my account has been frozen multiple times. I am seeking some clarity and some information so that I can have my account unfrozen, delist any inauthentic items, and continue to sell on this platform. The customer support team has been no help via email and I am incredibly frustrated.

I recently sold an item on Grailed which was a pair of bravest studio shorts, I sold the item from the untied kingdom to someone in ***,the buyer is now wanting a refund after I already shipped the package saying the item isnt trackable even thought I gave a tracking number and a tracking label, Im willing to give Grailed everything to prove I have sent the package such as deliver receipts and everything, what will happen if the refund does go through and my package gets delivered to them
My Grailed account donjuandemarco has been frozen and im unsure why and would like it fixed asap please. had just sent an order out this morning with tracking number and everything was fine. went to list more items for sale and i was logged out and unable to get back in. i do not sell outside of the Grailed. i dont do shady business and im a trusted seller with over 340 sales and a 4.9 star rating and almost 200 items currently for sale who has used Grailed for almost 5 years. i love the brand and depend on it for my second income so you can see how not being able to use it today has been a major inconvenience. im not sure what i was flagged for but can assure you i dont look to cheat the system. please unfreeze my account so i can get back to selling. thank you
Grailed protects scammers who use their long standing with grailed to hustle new sellers for refunds.I recently sold a jacket on grailed to a user with a long history of sales on their website. Almost a month after the merchandise was delivered, they filed a NAD claim with PayPal. After some back and forth, the buyer decided not to return the merchandise, so PayPal decided that the seller, which is me, won the case. Due to buyer protection, the buyer was awarded a refund as well. After notifying grailed of the outcome of the claim, they made their own review of the claim. After a couple weeks, decided they didnt want to take any punitive action against the buyer who tried to scam me for a refund (which he was awarded by PayPals buyer protection). The customer service agent was cordial but they clearly didnt want to ban/suspend the buyer in question. Grailed clearly is protecting this buyer as he has more sales than I do. Ive read that grailed will ban a user for breaking TOS yet they wont even suspend this users account after breaking MULTIPLE TOS policies Overall, very unprofessional and almost malicious in how they treat new users. I will never be using this site/app again and will stick to
Usernam: WestArchives I have been a highly successful user of the Grailed platform with no issues over ****+ transactions in about 3 years
Usernam: WestArchives I have been a highly successful user of the Grailed platform with no issues over ***+ transactions in about 3 years. A couple of days ago my account was terminated with zero explanation as to why, leaving me with limited ability to communicate with my customers with orders in transit to them. *** said that they would be in contact with me within 24 hours, but this is clearly not the case from what Ive seen online and what Im currently experiencing. Some of my customers are filing unnecessary chargebacks with Paypal, which puts my account at risk there as well. Futhermore, Grailed just released a new payment processor called Grailed Payments. I have some orders that paid with this processor. Because *** provided no instructions about how to handle these orders I am afraid that customers will be able to get refunds while their orders are already in transit to them. Does it seem fair for the platform to put their high volume sellers through so much stress and expose them to unnecessary risk potentially over a complete misunderstanding? I am unable to cooperate and attempt to rectify the situation if they do not reach out to me. I genuinely believe that this ban was done unfairly, and each day that my account is down is another day that my customers are left in the dark and Im exposed to losing sales and merchandise. I do not sell fakes, I do not engage in off site activity, and I reply promptly to my customers fast and with transparency. Please reply to my emails. I will reach out every day until you do. All I want is a chance to explain whatever you feel I did wrong.

June 6th, 2022 I was scammed on grailed.com, buying a high-end bag for $4,130.00
June 6th, 2022 I was scammed on grailed.com, buying what seemed to be a high-end, pre-owned bag for $4,130.00. The seller ignored my shipping queries after payment. When the package arrived a month later, it contained non-branded purple boots instead of the luxury bag I expected. I spent a significant amount on what I believed was a Birkin bag, only to be deceived. Grailed was unhelpful despite my evidence, and my credit card issuer, Discover, sided with the seller after Grailed's input, leaving me blocked and unable to dispute the charge. I'm considering legal advice to resolve this distressing situation.

A user was harassing me while I was selling shoes on Grailed
While selling shoes on Grailed, I encountered harassment from a user. I stated my final price, which displeased him, leading to a barrage of insults and scam accusations. In response, I called him a 'bozo', a mild rebuke compared to his behavior. Despite the provocation, I remained professional, refraining from blocking him. After he reported and blocked me, I appealed, arguing for equal treatment as he also violated policies by indirectly promoting his sales through Instagram. Despite his infractions and my few transactions compared to his 200, Grailed seemed to favor him, which I believe is unfair. My main grievance is the lack of action against him, not the reinstatement of my account.
