I ordered goods on the 2 November 2017. After numerous mails I still haven't received anything and I now don't get any replies to my mails. Surely this should not be allowed. Surely Fashion Hub should be liable to repay the money they have stolen or else they should deliver the goods as promised. Especially after their customers have been patient and accommodating

I placed an order for a dress at Fashion on the 16 of November 2017, order was confirmed on the 17/11/17 and I was promised that the order will be delivered on the 15/12/18 latest. Later fashion hub sent an email to say that my order will be delivered the 03/01/18 latest and the order is still not delivered.

I paid for my order on the 28th of July 2017 and my order was supposed to take 14 working days. After almost a month without any communication from them I emailed them, the lady by the name of Christina assured me that I will get my order latest on the 5th of September 2017
I was so angry because the agreement was, I will get my order after 14 days. On the 7th Sep I emailed and asked her what was going on and we ended up exchanging not so nice emails back and forth and I demanded my money back same day
I gave her my banking details and she told me my refund will reflect after 7 days on my bank, till today I still don't have my money back nor my order
These people are scammers now my emails goes un-answered. I want my money back

I have ordered a pair of shoes from this site and it took them over three months to deliver! All that time they ignored my messages and I already thought that I lost my money, but then my order finally arrived. I opened the box and was very disappointed because the size was incorrect! Shoes were very small and did not fit. Contacted FashionHub and asked for a refund, but as always they ignored me and I never ever received a reply. Very stressful experience!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
