My dress never showed up and I doubt that it ever will! Contacted WantThatDress numerous times and every time they say that my dress is on pre order and ask me to be patient. I ordered it back in February and it is now late April! They claim they are located in UK and I also live in UK so I have no idea why is it taking so long! I ordered things from China and even their delivery was much faster! WantThatDress is terrible and unreliable business! I left a feedback about them on Facebook and they just blocked me!

I will never order anything from this joke company! These people are absolutely dishonest and dreadful. Few months ago I purchased several dresses from WantThatDress, but unfortunately they did not fit, sizes were totally incorrect. So I contacted them and asked for a refund. They said that first I have to sent the dresses back and only then they'll refund me. I did as they said but received no money yet. I sent them numerous messages asking for my money back and was blocked! I know they received the dresses, because I tracked them and the company signed for them. I doubt that I'll ever get my money. This company is an absolute scam! Save your hard earned money from these clowns!

Back in December I ordered a dress from WantThatDress.com. I was very disappointed with the quality, so I decided to return it in order to get a refund. I contacted the company, received some instructions and sent the dress back. It is now February 19 and still no money. I tried to contact them through Facebook, left several reviews on their page, but they deleted everything and then blocked me. I contacted PayPal and they promised to help. I'll never order anything from this fraud company ever again!

I ordered 2 dresses from the company www.wantthatdress.co.uk. I got only one, but it was delivered with horrible delay. After that I sent emails to the seller, but this jerk ignored me. Also I sent messages through Facebook, but they also didn’t reply. Total scam. Maybe someone has any idea how to track this seller and return money back, please contact me then or leave a comment. I ordered dress from the company www.wantthatdress.co.uk. People, avoid the scamming website. I placed order and paid for the fast delivery, but these jerks provided fault order. I called them and sent emails, and after that they agreed to change it. I waited 3 weeks after I sent the order back. I haven’t heard from them, the seller simply avoided me and hasn’t provided any info about it. The services are the worst and the seller is irresponsible, so share this info.

I ordered dress from the company www.wantthatdress.co.uk, but it was awful, ‘coz the seller delivered bad-quality dress. The colour and design was horrible. I tried to change it, but the seller asked to pay restocking fee. WTF? I refused and started to argue with this guy, but he simply hanged up on me and that’s all. These people are scammers and liars, who take money and provide bad-quality things. Please post your comments about this company.

I ordered red dress from the website www.wantthatdress.co.uk. My order was delayed for 2 weeks and when I finally got the order, it turned out that the seller provided the wrong colour of the dress. I contacted the customer services and they agreed to change them. After that I returned the order and never heard from these ### again. They are liars and scammers, and I want to find other deceived customers, who lost money. Please we need to stop this company and return our money. Post your comments.

After that I finally received the order, but the dress was ugly didn’t fit me at all. I retuned it back and asked for refund, but they started to ignore me and I have no idea how to get money back.Total scam, so don’t buy from them and post comments about your experience with them.
