I bought a pair of shoes off of a so called "trusted seller" The seller shipped but the box came almost a month later and the shoes were not in the box. I contacted the seller and he said he had no idea what happened. I then contacted grailed multiple times to try and get my money back as the seller would not refund me. grailed never got back to me. I then logged onto instagram and saw a suspicious log in attempt from a person that was in the exact same city as where the shoes came from. It seemed like too much of a coincidence. I tried reporting the seller but none of my reports went through and it kept giving me an error message every time I tried to submit the report. I then tried to just block the seller and It would not let me block him. An error kept popping u every time I pressed block this user saying "an error occurred failed to block user"
Bought a lock necklace that promised a key in the description
Bought a lock necklace that promised a key in the description. Seller told me after I received the item that there was never a key. I politely ask for a swap, he tries to squeeze more money out of me. This goes on for days. I almost just paid the money but then I was like "why am I paying for his mistake?" I ask for a refund/return and he finally offers the swap instead but I'm done. I'm upset I even have to deal with this and I don't want to go through it again with a swap. I complain to the website about him. I also write a review. Turns out he also works there (!) and deletes my honest review. No one has answered my customer complaints either. Then the seller replaces it with his own 5 star review through my account! I would never give 5 stars for this experience so why is it on my account & its unchangeable? Unethical. Can't make this up. I just want to warn other people. Avoid this site.
I recently got my account frozen and for this reason, I do understand
I recently got my account frozen and for this reason, I do understand. I had a nasty argument with a lowballer through messages. I felt he was rude so I insulted him and proceeded to block him. This was after a long period of constant frustration with sales not being made and the resort to dropping prices to an extreme low. I then got my account frozen and asked multiple times for it to be appealed and I apologized for my actions. I waited and didnt get any replies. Tried a few times then decided to go to Grailed HQ personally and speak to someone. I was not aware that I was not allowed in but managed to get in. I spoke to Chris of Grailed and he told me to e-mail him and he will get back to me within a day. He has not gotten back to me nor Gavin of grailed ( the original person who messaged me ) I also messaged the appeal email again and got another request for the information. I tried providing all details in hopes of getting this resolved. Still not resolved and I am extremely stressed. I worked so hard on building my reputation after almost two years of selling. I made a mistake and made it clear I would not do it again. At this point I feel forced to take my business elsewhere and it hurts as a customer because I really thought I could count on the staff to at least empathize with me to an extent. I get that people get busy but I really went through all lengths just to grab their attention and I barely had it. That marketplace meant a lot to me and now I have to just accept that I can't go back on.
This is my last time using Grailed!
This is my last time using Grailed! And for your own sanity and money, you should too. Here's the situation at hand. Last month I sold a pair of Jordans and completed the transaction with the buyer who received the item and left a review confirming he was satisfied with the purchase. About a week or two later, the buyer began randomly messaging me and accused me of selling fake shoes and demanded his money back. The buyer determined the sneakers were fake since they didn't pass an authentic check on another third party reseller site(***). The buyer then left a review stating I sold him fake shoes I proactively emailed the Grailed team to try to resolve this - as the buyer was not willing to have any productive discussions. Grailed did nothing to actively handle or mediate the situation - rather saying they can't remove reviews and I must work out the issue with the buyer. The issue was escalated to *** and left with them to resolve. I was not given a line of communication to properly convey my side of the story, or present evidence supporting it. At the time of writing this, Grailed has yet to respond to my follow-up email Ultimately, *** agreed with the buyer and initiated a refund to the buyer upon return of the item to me. While *** had their own oversights in handling the case - the buyer provided them with a recycled tracking number and I am not in possession of my items but responsible for the refund, I am handling that with them separately but need to be acknowledged in my addressing of issues I have with the Grailed in this transaction. To make matters worse, the sneakers were previously purchased by me through Grailed, from another user. The purchase was sent to me in the original box with the purchaser's proof of purchase store receipt. After a few months I decided to re-list the sneakers - which sold, resulting in the current issue I'm facing. The listing has been suspiciously remove from the Grailed website, like it never happened Grailed claims buyer/seller protection & 24/7 authenticity checks; but where was the support for me on this transaction? How was I protected through my original purchase? How was I protected as the seller in the most recent transaction? There isn't even any contact info for support when an issue arises. If you are offering a platform to allow users to conduct business why do you pawn any issues off to a third party (in this case, ***)? Where is your accountability to your users when you take so much money in fees?

I asked a company on Jan 24 to delete my data under privacy law, but they're not complying.
I asked a company on Jan 24 to delete my data under privacy law. I asserted my right to erase my personal data and to opt out of data sales. On Jan 25, the responder misunderstood my request, suggesting app-based account deletion. On Jan 26, I clarified my request for complete data erasure, stating app deletion wouldn't remove my data from their system. Ignored for a week, I followed up, using strong language. They froze my account for language violation and continued to ignore my data deletion request. This is concerning as it feels illegal, disregarding my rights as a resident and citizen. The law entitles me to data erasure, yet they deny this right for profit. I demand they comply with the law and erase all my information and email from their system. The employee claimed on Jan 25 that app-based account deletion would prevent email reuse. They prefer this method as it doesn't actually erase data, just blocks account access. I need them to wipe my data on their end, allowing me to reuse my email if all data is truly deleted. I hope my position is clear.

In the beginning of June my account was limited from the trending page from what was claimed to be from abusing the trending feed Isent in multiple appeals as to why I was wrongfully limited from being on the trending feed. I would always encourage my Instagram followers to like my items on my grailed whenever I post them for updates on discounts. I even stated in my appeal that if this was somehow breaking the code of conduct I would completely stop from posting or promoting any of my items if that means I could have the limitation removed. I have over 200+ sales with over *** any bad reviews. Ive never broken code of conduct in my over 2 years of selling on this platform and this is also the only platform I use to resell as well. This wrongful limitation has costed me a gross amount of loss in sales as well because none of my items will get normal exposure or even filtered into related items either. Ive sent 7 emails over the span of almost 2 months and I get no response or feedback as to how we can resolve the situation. Ive always contacted with so much respect for this company because I really have enjoyed selling and building my audience on this platform so I was very saddened to be completely ignored as if all my hard work on this platform was all for nothing. Hopefully we can resolve the situation in someway because like I said If theres anything wrong I was doing on my end with telling my Instagram followers to check out my new items as I post them then Im more than willing to stop doing so if it is considered breaking code of conduct. This issue has really hurt my monthly income because most of my new customers and quicker sales would come from the trending feed too. Any feedback as to who I can further contact would be much appreciated because Im unable to get any support from emails or the support form on the *** app. My account name is @actvs

I joined Grailed in July and have purchased many items and sold about 20 or so items over the years
I joined Grailed in July and have purchased many items and sold about 20 or so items over the years. The items I sold were either purchased from legitimate retailers or from other sellers on Grailed. In the latter case, I re-sold items because they didn't fit me as expected. I have perfect seller feedback, and always shipped items promptly and in the condition described. On April 20th, 2022 I received an email from Grailed stating the following:-------Provide Tracking Info We noticed that you have recently sold one or more item(s) but did not upload tracking info. Please contact [protected]@grailed.com to provide tracking details. At this time, your account has been blocked because you went against *** standards. You wont be able to log in, but you are still responsible for providing tracking info by emailing customer support. If you no longer want to complete this sale, please refund the buyer via PayPal.-------This email was in reference to items I sold years ago, so I tried repeatedly to contact customer support to address this, only to be told I was banned with no chance of appeal. Finally on the 5th or so attempt, they responded with the following:"Thanks for reaching out. The email was incorrectly sent out. You were frozen for selling an inauthentic item on Grailed."As stated earlier, all items I sold were purchased direct from retailers or other Grailed sellers. If I ever listed or sold something inauthentic I *certainlywas not aware and would have happily issued a refund immediately or taken down said listing. I have not been given any further information or even a chance to speak with somebody to appeal this. I understand the terms and conditions but considering the fact that anything being referenced must have been years ago and I was never given any kind of information - this seems unjust. I'm hoping somebody can help me here, as I greatly value this marketplace as a buyer and seller. Thanks in advance

CRIMINALS CUSTOMER SERVICES, SPECIFICALLY KIA
CRIMINALS CUSTOMER SERVICES, SPECIFICALLY KIA.Bought a fake $1,200 Louis *** bag that was authenticated as real on their website. The inside lining of the base of the bag is literally made of cardboard with Chinese letters. Seller had 'trusted seller' and 'admin' badge on grailed.Messaged the seller and said it was fake and he said he said probably and that he only paid $180 for it and said he doesn't take returns.Same day my grailed account is hit with an 'off-site transaction' warning and '***' tells me he dinged my account for trying to say an item they 'digitally authenticated' was fake.Lot of fishy stories if you search on *** about Grailed - fake authenticated listings and fraud customer service. I ended up opening a PayPal dispute. *** asked for a police report and authentication letter. Grailed bans my account the same day for opening a PayPal dispute.Took it to a Louis *** store, the employee said it was fake but was unwilling to write a letter. Manager said the same but after a while, said he'd write a letter if I get the police report first and the police report has to mention the seller, where I bought it, and that the police took possession of the item and it was being destroyed. Ended up doing both and PayPal refunded me. Headache dealing with PayPal because after the fact, they said neither was required, it was just the seller's account had bad history and they were trying to gather evidence. Definitely NOT a trusted admin seller.Grailed.com is a fraud, specifically these customer service workers.1. Digitally authenticated items are fake.2. When I messaged their 'admin' and 'trusted seller' that it was fake, my account is flagged for a off-site transaction.3. When I open a PayPal dispute against this admin trusted seller, my account is banned.4. Sent half dozen emails to *** and *** they don't respond. Small group of customer service workers protecting their own 'admin' seller

Scary trigger happy customer service, who are unwilling to even spend a second to investigate and would rather accept reports blindly
Scary trigger happy customer service, who are unwilling to even spend a second to investigate and would rather accept reports blindly.(1) Accepted a binding offer, buyer said his phone display was off and seems like now he realizes the shoes are more used since his display is working. I wait a few days, he doesn't ask to cancel, so I ship.(2) Harassive buyer, repeatedly used the word to describe grailed, calls me derogatory names. Not sure what his issue is, seems like an disgruntled individual. Reported him to grailed, nothing. Can't block him (because sold him an item?). (3) Month after delivery, he tries to blackmail me- asks for a $200 venmo payment + wants to keep the shoes in exchange for removing his feedback. *YI $264 shoes - fees - shipping = about $200. Also, a venmo payment is scam because is not part of the transaction and he actually disputed the transaction with PayPal.(4) Get a grailed warning for "off-site transaction", I email grailed and they tell me it's actually a report for "creases reported [to us] are not as noticeable [as my listing]". (a) ironic because the buyer tried to scam me with an off-site venmo payment. (b) Been on grailed 8+ years, 100+ sales, no problems; whereas buyer has 0 feedback. Item is listed as used (not new, not gentle used) leather shoes, so creases are expected.(5) Grailed sent me the 'proof pic" the buyer sent and said it was sent on 9/9 when the shoes were delivered. (a) but the 'proof pic' is dated 10/4 ? (b) oddly the buyer's pics looks better than my listing, creases look a bit worse, but yellowing of soles look better ?.Asking:(1) Remove feedback for feedback extortion (2) Remove off-site transaction flag - if you want to keep tabs on big issues, understandable. If buyer has an issue - direct them to PayPal. *lagging accounts for "creases look worse" clearly when it's buyer's remorse + blackmail?.(3) Buyer should be banned; or at least let me block him so I can stop being abused ?

Grailed, I understand the item I was trying to sell was inaccurate, but it was one item, this isn't a trend on my profile
Grailed, I understand the item I was trying to sell was inaccurate, but it was one item, this isn't a trend on my profile. Even when I do, I change it to make it accurate. I told you, I didnt see the emails about the reposting. I saw emails about inaccuracy so changed the tags to fit a more reasonable description.I also specifically stated this item was in fact *** apparel hoodie. I did not say it was yeezy season hoodie. This is a redeemable Situation I know I can fix. Youve seen my reviews and never sold any fake items nor did I do offline transactions or even did anything wrong to anyone. Please just give me another chance. This issue was in a span of 2-3 days, the item was never sold and did go through your moderators for review. How was I supposed to know the last post was inaccurate you allowed me to post it? I even change the image in order to give you a better look at the hoodie, just in case there was any mix up. If it was just another blank and you asked me to change the title I wouldve understood but to my knowledge la apparel makes the yeezy season hoodies. There a handful of similar post of the same hoodie created by the exact same company with the yeezy tag (which I didnt put) and yeezy title. Im not saying Im right but, you can see the confusion, right? With all these postings, I didnt realize what I was doing was wrong. THE *** I PROVIDED SHOWS IT WAS LAA

The user sold me a falsely advertised sweater as New/Not Worn, and blocked me when I sought a refund.
The user sold me a sweater advertised as New/Not Worn. When I requested a cancellation and refund, he blocked me on Grailed. Attempting to contact him via Gmail resulted in my account being frozen for alleged harassment. I had merely pointed out his practice of trying on clothes, re-tagging, and selling them as unworn. I urged him to disclose this on his listings. Despite his refusal, I reported him to Grailed. I had inquired about the authenticity of his photos and whether he was modeling the clothes himself, which he eventually admitted. He claimed compliance with Grailed's terms, but his actions contradicted the platform's code of conduct requiring accurate listing information.

I signed up for a grailed account last week and have had nothing but problems with this website
I signed up for a grailed account last week and have had nothing but problems with this website. I was able to sell a pair of ***'s on there, but other than that it's been all negatives. My account was frozen today for "selling inauthentic items" because Grailed customer service is clearly a bunch of incompetent fools who are unable to see or wilfully ignorant. I literally have pictures of my Jordan *** manufacture tag from *** with the *** and DATE it was made. You can NOT get more authentic than that. I do not have the box, but the shoes are 8 years old and they are not being sold deadstock, so it's irrelevant. The shoes were able to be listed on ***, GOAT, Mercari and literally every other marketplace except this garbage POS website. GOAT has a far better reputation and higher level of stringency for the products they allow on the marketplace and they had no issues with my shoes. The 6s do NOT have a manufacture tag, but they did not have that when I bought them from Footlocker in 2014 either. They instead have a *** sticker with the size printed on them. The shoes themself are in amazing shape, only having been worn twice. I explained this to the Grailed customer service team and they sent me a generic email response saying they reserve the right to protect their marketplace from fake items. I consider this to be libel and defamation as I have never attempted to nor sold a fake pair of shoes in my life, nor have I ever owned any. I am considering legal action against ***, not even because I want to use their awful site, but for defaming my name and seller reputation by calling me a fraudster. This is a company that should be avoided at all costs. I guarantee you now they'll reply to this complaint with a generic response that does not address any of my stated points about my shoes or situation. They will say they have a right to protect their marketplace and ignore how I've proven my items are legit. They are a scam of a website.
