This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had with an online retailer. I called them because I had a few questions about a couple of dresses and left five messages over the course of a week. I never received a single response. I am extremely disappointed and will NEVER SHOP HERE!

Website doesn't work
I placed an order for over $400 with Little Fashions Boutique on their website at littlefashionsboutique.com and my order didn't go through. I tried several times and nothing happened. They said to come back Monday - which is today - and it still doesn't work. I called but received no answer. Now they have my credit card information. Is this place in business or not?

The Little Fashions Boutique website has merchandise on it for sale that is, literally, 11 years old. I should've stopped right then when I figured this out but, unfortunately, I did not.
I spent significant time "weeding" through so much of the old stock and finally managed to find and place several items in my shopping cart however they were not totaling up to the appropriate advertised sale price so I called them but, inconveniently, there was no answer.
When I returned home from work the next day, I called Little Fashions Boutique again (around 6:30 pm) and there was, again, no answer. I went back to the website and, was extremely frustrated to find that some of my items were no longer in my shopping cart and, somehow, no longer available at the sale price. So, I wasted a ton of spare time (which I don't have much of, as I imagine no one else does, either) for absolutely nothing but a bunch of aggravation.
Little Fashions Boutique is not worth the time or, apparently, the money, either. I was able to find a couple of the same items online at Adorables Children Boutique and Nordstrom for the equivalent and even cheaper prices, along with prompt service and no hassle.
I experienced something very similar to this on their website, littlefashionsboutique.com. What a hassle! I agree with you.

I left three messages for Little Fashions Boutique. The store finally called me back. The owner, who I found out was a woman named Olga Zurek, treated me horribly. She was condescending and rude. When I questioned her about the sizing of a particular girls clothing label, she was extremely abrupt with me, basically making me feel like my inquiry was foolish and that i should know better. Then she hung up on me.
There are many other places to shop for girls clothing. Due to my negative experience with these people, I would strongly recommended to stay far away from Little Fashions Boutique. Hurtful and disappointing.
I had a really bad experience with this lady at Little Fashions Boutique. She was incredibly nasty, curt and condescending towards me. There is no wonder for me as to why there are so many complaints against this business. Poor attitude and awful customer service. I just had a neagative experience with Little Fashions Boutique and I am not a competitor. I am simply a customer that is trying to purchase dresses for my nieces and I can say that my interactions with this company were awful. Therefore, I would strongly advise buyers to stay away from this company. The woman who says that she owns the place and answers the phone acted condescendingly towards me. I do not need this when trying to buy a little child's birthday gift. It was disappointing, at best.
I admit that I am new to this designer/boutique children's clothing "scene" however I have had incredibly fantastic experiences (three, so far) with adorableschildren.com. This is just my opinion.

I have been tolerating this misinformation about my website for a long time, but time has come to take action and speak-up. I'm the owner of Littlefashionsboutique.com and I can assure you that 99.9 % of reviews that you see here are fake and are posted by the same person. This person is a former competitor who recently closed her online business because of numerous complaints to BBB. I'm not sure what I ever did to this person, but she has been targeting me for at least 8 years and the only way I can explain it with is: jealousy. I tried to ignore her thinking that she will eventually calm-down and leave me alone, but she keeps doing it, over and over again.. Therefore, I'm in the process of suing her for libel, defamation of character and damages to my business. Those of you who see these messages, should not be concerned. We just celebrated our 10th year anniversary and if we have been doing things that are being alleged here, we would have been long gone. Nobody is perfect, we all make mistakes sometimes, but we can assure you that Littlefashionsboutique.com is a reliable business, we always answer our customer calls and inquiries, we never charge anyone without shipping merchandise and if there are any issues, we quickly resolve them. Took my money but, never sent merchandise it was 242 dollars.
I ordered a little girls dress for 120.00 and some shoes for 72.00 and some tights the total was 241.50 dollars for the total amount plus two day shipping. I never received the merchandise. So I emailed them, they told me they sen it. Then I that point I called them and told them I never received the merchandise. I ask to speak with the manager. The women on the phone said she was the manager. She told me I must be ###ed because they sent it and thats all that they said and hung up on me. They stole 241.50 dollars plus shipping. Do not use this company.

EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE!!
I placed an order with Little Fashions Boutique on their website at www.littlefashionsboutique.com seven weeks ago. I needed dresses for my two nieces to wear to a wedding rehearsal dinner. The dresses have yet to arrive from this store and the dinner is in FIVE days! I am beside myself! I called and left messages and have heard NOTHING back at all. I am so disappointed because I, now, have nothing for them to wear and I spent a lot of money on these dresses. I told my sister I would take care of the outfits for the girls for the dinner and now I'm in a serious mess and I'm extremely aggravated! I have to find new dresses by Thursday and then, figure out how to get my money back on my credit card.
Follow up: I never received positive resolution from Little Fashions Boutique at www.littlefashionsboutique.com as no one at the company, including Olga Zurek, the owner, was neither interested in dealing with the issue nor addressing the actual problem. I cannot get anyone on the phone to even have a civil conversation. The several times I have called, the lady with the accent, Olga, I think her name is, hangs up immediately upon me. I can think of no other options besides following up with the Better Business Bureau, which I will obviously be forced to pursue in order to recoup my money that was charged erroneously.
Any suggestions are most welcome on how to handle such type of fraud as I am dealing with and enduring right now. Thank you muchly.

I had a problem with this website, also. As you listed, the contact person who is, I think, the owner, Olga Zurek, was an absolute HORROR to deal with! A completely hellacious experience all around trying to get a client's money back from this entity. Little Fashions Boutique is not worth an second of time nor a cent of money to try to do business with...

I do not agree with this complaint at all. I have ordered numerous outfits for my granddaughter and have always been extremely happy. I have even had to return something once or twice because of sizing and never experienced any type of problem. This is my go to store for when I need to buy an outfit for a special occasion.

It's not true, I just made a purchase at Littlefashionsboutique.com and I received it in no time. Littlefashionsboutique.com is a great company and has been in business for 7 years. Whoever has left this review is tring to sabotage a competing business. What I heard though, it is that kettleofishclothing.com is going out of business because she never ships her merchandise, fails to refund money for returns and is plain rude. Took My Money but Never Sent Merchandise
I ordered online from Little Fashions Boutique; this company charged my credit card and took my money but never sent my merchandise! I have tried contacting them and e-mailing them and received NO answer whatsoever. Please HELP!

What I DO know is I shopped wth Little Fashions Boutique and had a HORRIBLE experience.. I think it is rude that you come onto a complaint and attempt to belittle it because you. I recently called Little Fashions Boutique over a dozen times with an inquiry about one of the dresses they offer on their website. No one answers and I never received a response. I am extremely disappointed with this company as I tried to contact them a couple of years ago regarding an item for my daughter and it was the same, non-communication, "not a care in the world" for a potential customer experience.

Little Fashions Boutique has the worst customer service of any website/store I have ever used. The owner is rude and not very bright. I asked her to order an Easter dress from the manufacturer for my daughter and when I followed up with her on the status the week before Easter, she told me, sorry - I thought you were someone else, you're not getting a dress. This woman honestly expected me to believe another woman with the same exact name, ordered the same dress, in the same size on the same day as I did. This was her excuse. And all she said was - the error was MY fault, I should have followed up sooner (I waited 5 days!). I will post our email chain so you can see exactly how she treated her customer. The store is listed as being located in Green Brook, NJ. My friend placed an order online and never received her merchandise. The woman who answered the phone told her she would ship it out that day and never shipped it and never responded again to her attempts to contact the store.
