I placed an order for a Baerskin tactical hoodie and outer jacket on 12/20/24. I changed my mind about the order and decided to cancel it. I contacted Baerskin and requested the order be cancelled on 1/4/25 and they cancelled the order on January 1/6/25 (copy of email attached). At the time they stated in the email that a refund would be issued which would take 3-5 days to show on my credit card. But I have not received the refund as of yet. I have continued to contact them both by email and leaving messages on their voice mail which they are not even responding to.
