Ordered several items in December, still missing one (it’s 2/25). Have emailed, left messages and there have been no attempts to return those calls/emails. Originally they send tracking info. It listed several items tracking numbers but there is no way to match tracking number with items ordered/sent. While all items said sent, I still didn’t receive the hoodie. There is no way to actually speak to customer service. Everything is automated.
