On first use I pulled the strap to tighten the hood and the cord snapped off.
I have reached out to CS several times by email, chat on the website and phone messages. The phone listed on this site as 215-770-3194 immediately disconnects. The other number on the website goes directly to VM and no one ever returns the calls. No response from email either! I have received acknowledgement of receipt of an email or VM but no follow through.
Pretty poor CS in my opinion - I have no further recourse but to leave bad reviews and involved the CC company. Doubt I will ever purchase anything from you again.

It is absolutely inexcusable that BAERSkin provides no customer support and ignores your problem. They obtain the money since you do have a credit card and all you need to do is dispute the transaction, giving reason for such a defective product and even more, why they do not answer your questions and e-mails. Submit any evidence applicable such as order details and attempts at contacting them.
For such kind of the service and quality of the product, there is no need to do business with them ever again. Let your credit card provider to take care of the refund and do not purchase from BAERSkin again.
