I have sent several emails, called many times and cannot get a response from customer service. The jacket I ordered for my husband is too big. I want to return it for a full refund. I refuse to pay any return shipping since it's been weeks since I've reached out to customer support. I want a prepaid return shipping label emailed to me and a refund immediately or I'm reaching out to the BBB to file a complaint. This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced.
