I guess I am one of the many people who recently made an order on this website and never received the package. My original order was on April 22 for $105.99. On May 14 the shipping updates stopped at "arrived at local carrier facility" without stating which one. I tried the tracking number at USPS and Fed Ex. The Fed Ex website states they created a shipping label and have been awaiting the package. Shein does not have a customer service phone number or email. I tried the live chat and it said that I have no connection and I received a ticket and will be updated in 48 hours. I reached out to them on Instagram and am waiting for a response. I will try Facebook. Their Instagram is flooded with complaints and they give the same copy and paste response to DM them. No public statement has been made about these many complaints and they are advertising a 2 day delay in processing and up to 30 days to receive the package. It has been well over 30 days.
Clothing is low quality, but the price is right! I love SHEIN because I can afford the stylish clothing and accessories!
My order number is GSUN *** 000HS. I returned my jeans that I ordered because as everyone knows, Shein jeans do not fit well. The company was unable to refund to my bank account because there was a problem on their end. I told them their problem is not my problem. I followed YOUR return policy procedures and YOU did not follow through. They only offered paypal and shein wallet. I don't have paypal and I wasn't expecting to purchase anything anytime soon. There is no way you can contact an actual person. I had purchased an order right after they claimed to have not been able to refund the money. It's all lies. They are scamming customers. They lost my business.
I used to be a fan of this company because they never gave me a problem but recently in February I returned items that I wanted to receive a refund for and I never heard back when I checked the status it is continuously saying that it's being processed and I need my money.

I ordered some items from Shein on February 22nd. My package was dumped on the sidewalk in the snow at 8:15 PM. I had no idea it was down there because Speedx does not notify you when your package arrives: No text, no phone call, no email, nothing. My parcel wound up being stolen.Shein then offers to replace the items after I show them the photo the courier provided of my package on the sidewalk. Guess who they used to replace my items? You guessed it: SpeedX. This time the package was dumped in the lobby. If I had not gone downstairs to check my mail I would have never known it was there and it would have been stolen, yet again. Another package has been stuck "In Transit" on SpeedX's tracking website since February 27th with no update. Their *** number is simply a recording telling you an agent will text you back. Of course that never happens.While SpeedX is telling me the above package was returned due to not being able to deliver it, SHEIN is telling me to wait until the 15th? This is ridiculous.
I did not receive my items and *** did not reimbursed me. They have no contact number to be reach, and I tried several time to contact the courier numbers they gave me. They are unreliable and did not deliver my order, and update their shipping tracking info with false information stating wrong address. If they come to my door they would see it's not wrong address. I am requesting to have my refund and I am going to seek legal advice.
Don't order from Shein, I ordered in November 2022, sent many emails, phone calls with no response. Shein never refunded me. I will never order from. Them again.

You need to show your customers online service for free. I will never pay to talk to someone about an issue with your company. Word of mouth can hurt a company as well as reviews.
This company is one of the largest online retailers. I believe they stole my money by charging me for items I ordered and not receiving them. I had a label created from Shein, but the package never arrived. I've checked my order on Shein's website, and it stated my package was in transit and had left the local post office, but I have not received any package. Shein doesn't have a live agent or a number to call. I don't believe they shipped my order. I tried submitting an online ticket with them to reach them by email, and each time I tried to submit it, it would say 'timeout' and that they'll send a verification code. I never received a code each time. I want a refund. I would never make a purchase from them again.

Shein in my opinion is simply hit or miss. I have ordered several items over the years and sometimes I love the items! Cute dresses and accessories mostly, I even got my man some shoes and he wears them all the time. However, sometimes the quality is just not there. Also the return policy is near impossible. When shopping on a cheap site like this you just have to be prepared to take a loss. It is not amazon. Be smart when you shop online, it's not rocket science people. If a dress is $10 and you are unhappy with the quality, what did you expect? Ever heard the saying " the cheap comes out expensive".? This company is in China and you should research that before you buy. I constantly see cute things pop on on instagram or fb, so I do a quick google search and finds tons of reviews about it being a scam. If a website looks sketchy, it most likely is. If an item is super cheap coming from overseas, it makes no sense to expect you can easily just return it. Even if the website states that, you have to use common sense.
The only thing that bugs me about SHEIN is the quality of the clothes. The polyester fabric is the worst, and the clothes don't look like the pictures, which feels like false advertising. When I see an item on the website and decide to purchase it, I expect to receive the item as pictured. For instance, if the picture shows a Bomber Jacket, I anticipate receiving a jacket made from the material shown, not an inferior polyester substitute. Polyester is arguably the least desirable fabric, as clothes pictured drape the body perfectly, but the polyester version fails to replicate this effect, leading to a disappointing experience. It gives the impression of a scam. I firmly believe that better alternatives, such as Cotton, Silk, Linen, and other fabrics, should be utilized. I have decided to stop purchasing clothing from them due to this persistent issue with fabric choice.

I mistakenly ordered from this company on 10/01. I spent over 400 dollars for my order to be split into two parcels. My 2nd parcel with one pair of pants out of the 49 items that I ordered arrived fairly quickly. Then the tracking details got stuck on in transit for my 1st parcel that contained the other 48 items. I created a ticket because I was worried that I would not receive the rest of my order from reading some of the reviews from other people who have had the same problem. Shein told me everything was okay and to await the expected delivery time of 10/18. I was patient with them and then today, 10/17, I received an email from them stating that my package would come late and they didn't give me another estimated time frame. I have emailed them and asked for a refund. Do not order from this company there is no way to contact them other than to create tickets and get a half response to your question that's probably automated. They are scam artists and I fear I have wasted 400 dollars on this scam.
Don't order anything from them. I ordered some stuff they said it was delivered and signed for but I wasn't even home at the time. I was at my Church doing prep work for our meal the next day after Church. When I got home there was no package. Now they're giving me the runaround about a refund. I can't afford to spend money and not receive anything.
I've had mostly good experiences. There's been a few items that I didn't like but it was so easy to return them and I got reimbursed right away. I've placed 5 or 6 orders over the past year. I've gotten a lot of my work clothes from them. A few of my items I've had multiple people compliment them. I find it very helpful to read the reviews on the item I'm interested in and I enlarge the pic to really look over the fabric. I bought 4 pair of shoes and a pair of slippers and love them all. No problems with the fit. I'm putting an order together right now!
Please do not buy from Shein. The clothes are low quality and the customer service is even worse. I received my first order without any problems. However, I did not receive my second order. I contacted Shein's customer service. I was received store credit and replaced my order. My order was never sent. SheIn requested I provide a picture of government issued ID or a picture of my credit card with sketchy terms and agreement attached. I contacted Shein's customer service only to receive automotive responses. Due to my refusal to provided the requested personal documents my refund and order were cleared from the site. SheIn stole from me. If you are not in a position to lose money, please do not buy from Shein.

Do not count on this company for anything. I ordered a dress that was the wrong size. IMMEDIATELY following the order I read you could adjust the size before it shipped by reaching out to customer service. I quickly sent them a message regarding the dress size I had JUST (literally a minute prior) placed the order for. It took them 2 days to get back to me where they informed me that they were not able to make the adjustment because it supposedly already shipped. 6 hours AFTER they told me they couldn't adjust it because it shipped, I got the message that it shipped! SHADY. I had originally gotten 15% off the dress. They told me they would not give me the discount again for the dress adjustment that they failed to accommodate. If I wanted the right size I would have to pay more. THIS COMPANY IS TERRIBLE. What kind of cheap owners would not give a guest their original 15% off for a dress adjustment? Only a couple bucks but it was supposed to be for my first order with them. When I received it, it was cheap, crappy material. You're better off ordering from Forever 21.

Recently I ordered a bunch of dresses. I ordered a SMALL because I am 5'0 and 115lbs. They were made horribly, the material was like a rock, and they were HUGE. They fit like an XXL. Their return policy is also terrible because as you know, the dresses cost like $8-$14 and the refund policy is you have to PAY to return them. I believe it was like $7.00. Obviously, I'm not doing that. So, I sent them all the pictures they need and asked them for a refund WITHOUT sending them back, OR someone could come to my house and pick it up (from the mail service) WITHOUT me paying for shipping. After a week of arguing, they gave me two options. 1. keep the dresses and get 30% off. 2. DESTROY the dresses, cut them up, send them a picture, and get a full refund. How terrible is that?!? I told them I could donate them (I live in Portland and there are a ton of homeless here that need clothes) and that they should be ashamed of themselves. I will NEVER use this company again

I placed and order with SheIn on April 8th. I was aware there would be shipping delays because of COVID-19 but not to this extent. I got an email stating one of my items was no longer in stock (after my order was placed) so I was refunded for that item but the rest of my items were in stock and would be processed. After almost 2 weeks (April 21st) I finally received an email stating that my order was being shipped. After a few days of not hearing anything more, I checked the tracking information and saw that the item was being shipped through USPS, but it was still in the pre-shipping stage and USPS was awaiting the item in Illinois on April 18th. So now I am confused on where my package is and when it will be arriving. There is no customer service number to call to get clarity and and the 24/7 live chat is a robot that sends me to the same screen (my original order). At this point I want to cancel my order but per the FAQ it is better to wait the arrival of the order and then return it but I don't know when the order with be delivered. I just need clarity and straight forward answer of where my package is and how much longer I have to wait. Its been 2 weeks and 2 days.

I caution you - The clothes are inexpensive, they will charge you for your order but it's a "shot in the dark" on what you will receive, whether you will receive it and more importantly if you will have to pay a large shipping cost to the post office that you will NEVER get reimbursed for. If you are willing to take the risk of placing an order and never getting what you paid for and never getting a refund then order with caution. I received a pink slip in my mailbox that said "postage due". Post office said they had a stack of over 30 packages all from SHEIN all with postage due. The company failed to fill out the shipping label properly and did NOT pay the shipping. My shipping for my package which was three shirts, one sweatshirt and 3 t-shirts was $32.02! I had to pay that. SHEIN will take no accountability for this problem. They told me to "work it out with the post office" and they would have paid for the shipping to the post office. It is a scam. As my Dad said "you get what you pay for". It's such a shame that companies take advantage of our hard earned money. The cheap clothes, shipping costs, no refunds, no customer service and the frustration and feeling taken advantage of are not worth saving a few bucks.

And I'm going to be honest, most of their items are either stolen, INCREDIBLY cheap, or extremely small (i know i shouldve stopped) but every now and again there would be an honest fantastic item (example, there was a coat that i still own, its made extremely well for the price) but i returned everything i never used or liked. Every now and again, i had an issue with shipping or an item came ripped or broken or something was missing, and customer service would help me. But turns out (i was told literally last minute) when you report, or refund, OR EVEN GIVE THEM A LOW RATING (NO JOKE) an amount of times they don't like, they'll disable your account and take away everything. They say its a security risk, but thats a lie. If they send something cheap, or forget something, the don't want to lose money. So they'll just shut you up by taking the account away. Once thats done you cant contact anyone, save your point, anything. They're an awful cheap company. Even worse, the ENTIRE PROCESS IS FULLY AUTOMATED! so once it starts it cant be stopped. Please for your sake don't shop here. They delete reviews (they've deleted plenty of mine!) They edit them too, and they have no morals. (The same thing goes with romwe, they're literally the same shop owned by the same company, both are trash and scammers)

I paid expedited shipping which is around $13 so that I could get it here as soon as possible.They took alittle bit longer than expected to process my order but I figured I ordered with enough time that it wouldn't be a problem. Well, after they finally shipped, it seems my parcel got lost in transit. I kept reaching out to FedEx as Shein told me once they ship it's no longer their problem. Finally after a week of no movement or help from FedEx, I reached back out to SHEIN to see if I could at least be refunded so I could possibly reorder my items or buy another gift for my nephew. They asked me to give them another 7 business days to investigate what happened before I contact them again. At this point, I'm out of money, time and gifts. I tried to be patient and gave them the time they requested to look into what happened. The 7 business days have come and gone so I requested that they refund me my full amount. They told me I would not be refunded shipping which was $13 because it's not something they do. Instead they tried to give me a coupon code for free shipping which mind you, you get free shipping if you order more than $49 anyways. They are complete scammers that don't care about their customers. Do yourself the favor and shop elsewhere as they will do nothing to help you out when things go wrong.

Despite my not wanting to order from this website, I gave in to my daughter's pleadings. These clothes are so poorly made. For example, she ordered a simple black tee shirt. The fabric around the neck, arms, and torso, is just cut (not turned under and stitched) and the seams aren't aligned. Of the 10 things ordered, she want to return five (only keeping one clothing item). Before ordering, I had my daughter make sure we could return things, because there are plenty of reviews that mention the poor quality of the clothing). She assured me that they have a free return policy. Of course, now that we're trying to make a return (and we just received our order two days ago), it is impossible to find my order online and that's what's necessary to make a return. The online customer service is useless - it provides automated responses to stock questions and it is impossible to get a live person. I think they want to so frustrate you, that you give up on your search. Also, after doing an email search, there is no phone number. So, even though I have the order confirmation # and email with my order details, I cannot return anything, because the order doesn't show up in my account and can't get a hold of anyone who can help me. DON'T BOTHER, why try to save money and take the chance that your items will be of such poor quality that they're worthless. You'll end up frustrated too, and again there is absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I've had the worst experience with the online company shein. I've bought many things in the past with them. A few weeks ago, recently bought like 8 pieces of clothing with them, got free shipping, and due to my credit off 67 bucks with them, I only had to pay like 5 bucks for the order. I paid it via PayPal. I get their fraud department saying they need me to verify my email which I did. I made sure to log in to ensure it wasn't a scam and they said they needed additional information. Now they want a credit card, my bank transaction, and my ID..I told them I paid via PayPal and even gave them a Screenshot of the transaction but didn't show the bank information. I told them I've paid in the past with a history of purchases so this isn't fraudulent or a scam and I don't feel comfortable giving them what they asked. They said through many emails now that they will cancel my order. My thinking is 5 of those 8 pieces are coming from China and they are having to cover the charges of those since I got free shipping. I think they are bullying me so I'm frustrated enough to just cancel the order.. but I got a great deal and don't want to cancel the order. This time they want all of what I've told you and the authorizing transaction number from my bank that paid that order. I told them I'm fine calling my bank to get that authoritization number for them, but will that be enough? I'm not giving them the other 3 items they have asked for. Isn't that insane?

This time, however, I waited about a month and didn't get my items. I contacted customer support and they said my order had been lost and I would be notified when it was found. I waited... nothing. I contact customer service again and they say... oh it was returned to sender. Do you want a refund or your order reshipped? I loved the dresses and spent a good amount of time and thought picking them out so I decided to reship, even though I was already upset and I had my doubts. Then they tell me... ok let me make sure we still have the items.. They didn't. So Shein took my money and sat on it for a month just to tell me AFTER I contact them twice that they lost my order and can't reship because they already sold the things I already paid for. So then I ask for a refund and they want to know if I want it on my card or on my Shein wallet so I can give them the money back... OBVIOUSLY I don't plan on giving them anymore money so I said my card. Then they inform me that I will get my money in 10 to 18 days! So after they basically stole my money and I called them out for it, they said they would give it back but it might take another month basically for me to get it. Thanks to Shein I am now going to be around 2 months, maybe longer, behind on my wedding plans and preparations. Shein is a TRASH company with terrible service and no regard for the paying customers that keep the company's pockets filled. This was the worst online buying experience I could have imagined.

I have been shopping g from Shein since 2018. Most of the product has low quality but I purchased stuff because I thought they look nice and once I revived them I realize how poorly and cheaply made. The only product I was happy with was pantyhose, swimming goods but their clothes quality does not match the photo. What really bothers me is their low customer service quality and shipping time . over the past 2 years sometimes it takes a month to receive an item. Sometimes I receive damaged items and clothes that were already used with stain and had to ask for a refund. And now they blocked my account without provide me with any information. I'm unhappy with the customer service care they restricted my account and do not allow me to send an email to resolve the issue with their customer care. I feel unsafe with this company as I don't want them to have my personal information. I cannot trust a company who does not care for their customers and does not want to resolve an issue. The company does not even allow me to delete and unsubscribe my account. Does not allow me to reach out to a customer care. They don't even reply to my emails. Az a client I have every right to ask fir deletion if my account and personal info.They don't even respond why my emails and I guess they blocked my emails . I feel unsafe that my personal information is expose in their system and despite numerous attempts asking them to delete my account, they do ignore my request. I would stay from this company. Save your time and money and do business with a company who has good products, ethical way of doing business, and good customer care.

I ordered 5 bathing suits for a trip on March 30th. I was told the package would arrive sometime between April 11-14. This seemed perfect for me because I was leaving for vacation on the 17th of April. Long story short - my package never came (mind you it's April 22 now) and trying to inquire with the company under any circumstance has been a nightmare. They don't have an e-mail address or phone number, and they offer no real assistance from their social media aside from the tracking information I already had access to but was basically pointless inaccurate information. The only other way to try to contact a "real" person is through their live chat which operates a few hours during the day. My experience with my live chatter, Joey was a terrible experience. He was not helpful in the least and honestly just didn't care. He didn't answer my questions and literally just kept saying "alright" to all my chats. They kept trying to blame USPS on delayed shipment times and not updating their system, but when I opened a case with USPS they informed me that my package had never come through to a USPS facility. They did an extensive look into my case and saw that the label had been created but my package was essentially non-existent. The fact I even had to open a case with USPS is just beyond me. SHEIN never took any responsibility and just wanted to refund me for the items... no apology, no explanation, no offer to make things right. Although a refund is a solution it just doesn't seem justified considering for almost a MONTH I've been trying to get answers regarding my package and it does seem to be at the fault of the business and not USPS. I can't believe you can't even e-mail or speak to someone on the phone regarding these types of inquiries. I'll never order from them again.

I have been ordering from this company for a few years now. In November my account with them was hacked. The person was stealing my points, using my name, account and phone number and changing the shipping address to theirs. The customer service took forever to respond to my messages. I kept putting in a ticket with them for their customer service to contact me, and they only gave me the option to delete my account and start over. Now that wouldn't have been an issue, except when you spend a certain dollar amount, you get special perks, pricing and expedited shipping. They promised to restore my points on my first purchase when I re-registered my email address for a new account, and all I had to do was change my password. I lost all my perks of being a S3 level customer, my shopping/wish lists, order history, points etc. and they never gave me back my points that they promised via email (which can be used like cash on your orders. I started over only to be hacked again 2 days ago on 1/26/22. Same deal. Someone ordering things using my points, changing my password *** locking me out of my own account. I put in a ticket in their resolution center and have yet to hear back. They do not protect the customers at all. They offer no help for your issue that doesn't give you the short end of the stick. I had Over $22 on my account in their Shein Wallet from a refund that could be used towards future purchases. I want every penny of it. They need to offer a different solution other than deleting your account, where you lose your perks as a customer. They should restore your points and wallet balances because they are/were yours! If they can look into your history of your account (which they can and did last time) and tell you exactly how many points you had and how much money was in your "wallet" in your account, then why can't they do what is right and restore these things to you if deleting your account is the only option. Back on march 26th 2024 I placed an order. Somewhere in the shipping from there to me it got lost and SHEIN is doing everything they can to avoid refunding my money. Ive done everything I possibly can besides turning them into the BBB but that is on my list. I’ve messaged they avoid for a couple of days then they send me some blah about we apologize blah blah blah but your order it’s on its way. Few more days go by, same thing….im done I’ve had enough of their games. I’ve never experienced such terrible well everything from a company before. Them avoiding the situation has my blood boiling because it’s not ok to treat your customers and LOYAL customers the way they are…..
Claimed loss: Ten sweatshirts, 6 tanks, 4 hoodies, then some here and there items.

I sent numerous emails to both Shein and Buffalo logistics, and phoned every number available to me. Still I get the same message that my package was once again returned. The driver of the courier company must have the wrong details.

Received my order back on January 05, 2024- Mistakenly when I originally placed the order, 2 of the same dresses was on my order and did not notice of course until after payment went thru. I placed an order of 15 items totaling €140.49 with SHEIN on 20th of November 2023 with reference GSONAW05N00ML0D. When I calculated the amount and shipping cost it totals € 120.24. SHEIN overcharged me €20. Also half of the items are not refundable, which was not shown in the website and one item is damaged I attach photo) . I am very disappointed. I contacted customer service with no success. I filled a ticket/ complaint with they advertise that they reply within 24 hours but no reply so far. I lost my money. Also in the return No address is mentioned, where to send back the items. The cost of the return is on the client, which makes the return process expensive. It should be free like on other sites or stores.
Claimed loss: 50€ (20€ overcharged plus 30€ items not refundable)
One of their games they advertise to get credits on your account.
I completed a game they provided on their site where you could get $300.00 credit on your account for any items. You picked these little diamonds and had to reach 500 points. Well after your allowed turns of picking the diamonds, you were only a few points away from 500. Then you had to copy your link and invite friends to finish getting your 500 points. Well I did this and reached my 500 points and should have a $300.00 credit free. I got a message from them after I reached my points stating that I cheated. Which I didn't because all the ones I invited were not members and it wouldn't give me the turns if they were already members anyways. So they falsely advertised and cheated me out of $300.00 that I am entitled to.
Desired outcome: I want my $300.00 credit from them to purchase items.
Shein
Where the [censored] is my order. Last update was on september 27th, 2023. I haven't received and updated afterwards, also called uniuni and no one can give me a legit update, if my package if [censored]ing lost then say so! I don't have time to wait the [censored] around for one [censored]ing order. How many employees I spoke to is [censored]ing unbelieveable. I want a [censored]ing refund at this point because thanks giving is around the corner and you [censored]s can't get your employees to do their job right. So [censored]ing pathetic.
Delivery Failure
I was home all day when I received a delivery failure notification about my order. No one even attempted to knock on the door or make contact nor did they leave the package.
Can’t get a hold of any human from the delivery service or shein. No information on why my package was returned or when I will ever get it since there’s no one to assist. Extremely frustrating. I will never order from this site again.

Never received a refund!
I've always enjoyed many of the items that I bought off of Shein. However, their delivery time takes forever and I never received my refund from my last order that was returned.
It stated that it was refunded on my Shein app, but it wasn’t refunded to my bank account.
The fact that they don’t offer a direct customer service email or phone number for their customers is a red flag! They only offer a live chat, which isn’t an actual live chat. It’s a robot chat that doesn’t understand your questions nor provide any resolutions. I’m hesitant to purchase anything else off their website now!
Desired outcome: Full refund! The company needs to provide direct customer contact information (email & phone number) for their customers. They only offer a chat robot. This is how many companies get away with scamming customers!

I returned full order and was partly refunded or will be complaining on every social platform and going to court. None of the items fit me so I can return right? Yet I’m am only being refunded for 2 out of 8 things I returned saying they have not recieved the other 6. As I said I will not stop till I get my refund. I placed a order for 3 items but I only got one. I was going on a trip to Florida to celebrate my grandmother's 80th birthday. I placed my order for 3 items one red, black and white outfit because those were the celebration colors, a wetsuit/one piece bathingsuit and a pair of blue shorts I just wanted. Trying to inquire about refund and respective shipping fee but customer care seems to be avoiding my question and keeps updating me about my order which is unnecessary. I'm trying to send back my parcel because the customs clearance is too high for me to clear. I read somewhere about shein giving a refund once cleared and i tried to ask customer care about this and once again i got NO RESPONSE. Can i please get some help here.

Refund
I ordered items from shein and ended up returning a few due to incorrect size. I opted to have my refund send to my original payment method. My return has been confirmed as received and my refund processed on 7/3. Their policy says refunds are always processed within 2 days, but refunding back to the original payment method can sometimes take up to 18 days. I waited that time period. Their policy also says that if a refund hasn’t been received in the allotted time frame, to contact your bank to check pending deposits. I called my bank several times to check for anything with no luck. I’ve tried using the robo-chat, it’s pointless for this type of situation. I’ve messaged them on Facebook, no response. I’ve tried using the customer service portal that pops up on google for but the “server is down” and has been for about a week. It’s been almost a month since my refund was confirmed on their app and I’ve not seen anything regarding my refund or been able to find any answers/ solutions from shein.
Desired outcome: I just want my refund back to my card.
Not refunding my money for cancelled order
On 6/20/23 an order was mistakenly placed without the promo code that was showing in my shein cart. I cancelled the order within a few minutes once I realized what happened as the charge of $501.63 was higher than what was previously showingin my cart. I filled my cart again and placed the order a couple of hours later with the promo code so the total was $422.71. I see now that my credit card was charged twice. After investigating further and reaching out to the company I see they put $497.05 in my shein wallet which is essentially a credit on their website which I do not want. I reached out to them on 6/21/23 and they are saying they cannot credit my card which is completely unacceptable. The order was not processed and was cancelled within minutes of placing.
Desired outcome: I would like my credit card to be credited for a full refund.
Order not delivered
I purchased some items of shein that was never delivered even though it’s showing that it was. I contacted shein customer service and was told to reach out to my bank. I contacted my bank and they said they are unable to assist me because the merchant (shein) was already paid. This is very frustrating for for me. How am I supposed to contact my bank on for payment that was already payed to you i have been reaching out to shein customer service for the past three weeks and it’s getting no where. Failure to refund return
On April 5, 2023, I placed Order No. GSUNX401M000RE3, totaling $132.98. On April 29, 2023, I elected to return 8 items from the Order. I obtained a UPS return label for the items. The items were shipped via UPS on May 8, 2023. The return slip from UPS is attached and indicates a total package weight of 6.3 pounds. On May 9, 2023, I received a partial refund in the amount of $38.90 for three of the eight items that were returned.
After waiting several days for the rest of my refund to issue, I contacted customer service on May 28, 2023. Customer service stated that only three of the items were scanned into the warehouse and that "according to the warehouse workers, the remaining goods in [the] return shipment were not received." Customer service advised that I get in touch with my "neighborhood post office" to address the problem and lodge a complaint. I provided customer service with a photo of the return receipt, as well as UPS's "Proof of Delivery" which "serves as proof of delivery for the shipment listed below." The Proof shows the following information: the tracking number is: 1ZWY10319015053390, Weight: 6.3 LBS, Service: UPS Ground, Delivered on: 5/9/2023 11:24 am, Delivered to: La Puente, CA, US, Received by: Cathy, Left at: Dock. Please see the attached proof of delivery.
As far as UPS is concerned, the 6.3 pound package I shipped was the package scanned and left at the Shein warehouse in La Puente. The explanation that the workers did not receive the goods is insufficient to rebut the presumption that the package arrived as shipped to the Shein warehouse. I have now contacted customer service twice regarding this issue. I am writing to Shein legal to investigate this issue and issue a refund in the amount of $86.92 for the remaining five items I returned to Shein. As a Shein customer, I am left without my money and any product to show for.

We ordered from Shein twice. I paid two credit card charges, $34.67 on 10/16 and $46.52 on 10/17. The order was merged into one package and shipment. The package shipped from Vernon, CA on 10/26. Shein sent us a notice the package could not be delivered because the unit number was missing. I called the courier on 11/3 at 12:59 MDT at their customer service number. I spoke with a representative who said the package will be delivered tomorrow. It wasn't. The courier's tracking notes show that on 11/03 at 10:31 PM, the delivery change was completed and the receiver's address was modified. The next day, without attempting redelivery to the updated address, the courier began returning the package to the sender. The package was refused and was being returned to Shein. The package was received back at the Shein warehouse in Vernon, CA on 11/8 at 10:35 AM. Unaware the package had been received in CA, I sent a request to the courier by email on 11/6 asking for the package to be intercepted and delivered. I received no response. When the tracking indicated it was scheduled to be returned to Shein, I wrote to the courier again via their online form on 11/7 requesting delivery. There was no response. The courier's only response since was to contact the shipper, which I did. I wrote to Shein customer service on 11/6 and asked to resend the package or refund the payments. I received no response. I messaged Shein on 11/20 requesting a refund. No refund has been received. I disputed the charges with Visa on 11/20, Claim #5950402. Visa has asked the company to respond to our dispute. No response has been received. Thank you.
Hello,I returned most items on my order on Jan 25 2023 22:08:03, Order NO. GSUN5U62X000R7S. My refund could not be applied back to the payment used for the order. I requested that my refund be added to my PayPal email address account *** There were only three options for the refund. 1. payment applied, 2. SHEIN credit or PayPal email account. The clothing received is made with cheap quality material. I have yet to receive my refund. It is impossible to speak with a customer service person.

Order #GSUN5D50N0019E8 of $48.49 placed Feb 19, *** Request Refund through Shein website, says not eligible for return even though it has never been used in anyway shape or form. There is no contact information found after extensive search on their website or online.
I made a purchase from this retailer. The package was not delivered. I was provided tracking that stated the item was handed off from one carrier to another and this was the last update. They have told me that since this shows delivered to the next carrier, the package was properly delivered. The subsequent carrier has made no attempt at delivery and I have not received these items. Trying to navigate their support has been impossible as it simply states my items are delivered since the next carrier has been handed the items. This order was due for delivery within the window of February 16th - February 18th. The tracking last updated on February 14th stating it had been provided to the next carrier for final delivery. They are stating the delivery was made on that date. However, this was only the date the item was provided to the next carrier according to the tracking. I do not live at a carrier facility. I have not received these items.
