I placed an order of 30 items totaling $289.43 with SHEIN on June 20th. They split the parcel into 2 and I received the 1st parcel with only 2 of the 30 items on June 26th. On June 30th it said the 2nd parcel with the rest of the 28 items had arrived at the local courier here in the U.S. It stayed stuck there for a week so I began to contact *** thinking it was an issue on their behalf as I had a tracking number and when I tracked on their site it stayed stuck at "shipping label created in Jamaica, ." Which is odd because the stuff is coming from ***! Well the numerous time I spoke to *** they said they never received this package and that it is a 14 lb bag there's no way that could get lost easily. They informed me these big companies create manifests since *** can't scan the ***+ packages these companies ship out within a day and they just put trust in them that they ship every package on the manifest out. Well this particular manifest of ***+ packages had 3 that didn't get shipped out and mine was one. The agent said more than likely they ran out of stock of some of my items. I didn't believe that to be true until just 2 days ago when Shein FINALLY emailed me back saying some of the items I ordered were out of stock...yet for all this time they've been saying its shipped and here in the U.S. They said they could reship or refund. I showed them items to replace those in stock, they said they can only give me the exact item in a different size if available. It is near impossible to reach them! I've reached out on every social media they have and when they do respond they say to message them and NEVER answer me! The customer service agent replies every 24 hours which has dragged this issues out further. I want the items more than anything as I needed them for vacation. In the past I have ordered from Shein a lot! I mean I have spent thousands of dollars with his company. Recently I placed 3 different orders and have literally been caught in the middle of a scam between Shein and LSO, the shipping company they all of a sudden started using. Why would they move away from *** They will not answer that. My packages were to be delivered on 12/14/2022. They never showed up. Today is 12/20/22 and the tracking numbers all show fake information. Shows my packages are in a *** zip code with attempts to be delivered but could not because of a gate. What a laugh! There is no "gate" on my property. I have contacted Shein everyday through their bogus chat system and the reps either lie or keep you on hold until they disconnect the chat line. They respond eventually through email saying "shipping is out of their hands." So basically you all of sudden stop using a legitimate *** to switch to LSO where people's packages come up missing or get stolen and then they basically just wipe their hands of it. The truth is that they know what kind of company LSO is. Why would you risk losing business by shipping through a fraudulent company like LSO? Why risk losing loyal customers? The truth is, Shein does not care about it's customers. They only care about the fake "influencers" they use to promote their business. They will make sure those "influencers" get their free packages in the mail with no issues, but actual customers that spend their hard earned money, they could care less about. Funny how that works! I hope people read this and take it seriously. Stop shopping from foreign sites like Shein, Romwe and Fashionova. These people do not care about you. It's all about "clout" with them. Thousands of dollars I have spent with them just to basically be ripped off during the holidays. Never again! You people will never get a dime of my money. I have filed a case through my bank and I will never shop from cheap sites like these again!

On December 18, 2022, I purchased clothing from SHEIN on their website, yet I never received my purchase. When I contacted the company about my purchase, they said that they had no record of my purchase and that the company I ordered from was Shien, not SHEIN. I really don't understand how that's possible and that they aren't involved because I was on the site of SHEIN, not Shien.
On January 13th, I contacted the ComplaintsBoard.com and filed a complaint. Subsequently, I was contacted in late January, but I did not respond to the reply within the allotted time, so I believe the case was closed. At this point, I'd like to either refile or have the case reopened.
I ordered clothes in November 2022. I received them and some didnt fit so I returned them at my local post office. I have tried to contact shein several times but have had no luck in getting in contact with a real, helpful person. I need my refund!
On December 23 I paid $50 which was taken from my credit card and I ordered a $50 gift card. The recipient never ever received it. Not to her address or in her email. I have contacted Shein via email several times and have no response. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift, and I do not appreciate that the gift was not received, nor have they responded to rectify the situation. I would like my friend to receive the gift card finally.

Before returning the items I read Shein.com instructions which stated customers can ship everything one in package even if the return has different orders and order numbers and that if a customer ordered multiple items with different order numbers it can be returned in one package. While checking to see if Shein.com received my return it only acknowleged that they received 3 tops from one order number *** for $40.58 the next order number *** for $21.57 it states that I cannot return it as it is too late but I already returned the item and they only acknowledged one order number returned. Shein provided me with the return label after they deducted $7.99 from my returns I think the return package was scanned and it scanned the first order with the 3 items only. I packed every item in a ziplock bag and wrote the order numbers on each item including order number *** which had one top for $21.57 which is not acknowlegded by Shein.com. I called many times Shein.com phone number and a automated message says that I will have to go on-line and check the status or any information I need but when I checked only one order number is acknowledged to be received. I am on a fixed income and look for bargains and cannot afford to lose money for someone elses mistake. Shein.com needs to open my package which include both order return items in it.They also provided me with a 2nd return label but I only used one now I think they will also charge me $7.99 for the second label I have not used. I placed an order with SHEIN on January 19th, 2023, and there have been no updates to the tracking since January 21st. The notification indicates that the label was created at the distribution center, but the location details are not provided. The automated customer service system continues to repeat the same message, and I have not received any further notifications about the estimated delivery date. Additionally, there is no option available for me to cancel the order and receive a refund for my items.
My daughter placed an order on Jan 13 2023 and has yet to receive it. Per Shein website it was signed for. They have no way of calling them or emailing them in regards to this and my daughter is underage and needs her money back

They refuse to refund me my packages that have been reshipped to the wrong address that the team is making up
They refuse to refund me my packages that have been reshipped to the wrong address that the team is making up. The address on record is correct and when they send the package, they don't use the address on record. Their customer service says that because the address they have is correct they cant do anything. I know the address they have on record is correct, I input it myself. USPS has assured me over 5 times (the amount of times this has happened) they cannot stop a package from being returned to sender due to incomplete address if the sender inputs the address wrong and only commerce can edit address so there is nothing anyone can do to help this but SHEIN itself and they refuse. They have sent the packages 5 times to entirely different zip codes than my own and when confronted with these facts with screenshots, chat transcripts and evidence form USPS, they deny that they have done this. USPS can confirm they in fact have done this and even with proof from USPS, they do not take accountability and refuse to fix this. It's been almost a month of this and over 7 customer service contact attempts to resolve this with them directly and I will continue to emphasize I only need customer service due to COMPANY ERROR, NOT USER ERROR. I wanted the things I purchased, I tried to resolve this pacifically, they do not want to refund me for the orders outstanding because "they can still arrive within ETA". They cannot arrive to an address that does not exist. It is a waste of my time and USPS resources that they cannot do this simple task correctly. The last update I received was on Feb 5 stating the packing was in transit to *** from a partner facility Pitney *** which is located in *** ( mind you I am located in ***, ) The 9th comes around and there is still no notification that my package is on the way to me and the tracking info is still in transit to *** from Feb 5th. I reach out to SHEIN live support and they told me they would have to reach out to the shipping company and I have to reach out to *** to see if they have my package, like I work for their company or something and I need to wait for an update and I need to give them till the 16th and if I dont have my package they will be able to give me a refund. Today I decided to reach out to *** because there was still no update from SHEIN nor from my tracking information and guess what !? *** does not have the package! I then reached out to *** and they told me they could not give me any info on my package and only SHEIN is designated to have that. I try to reach out the live support again multiple times under the account that my order was on and it kept saying it was busy and try again later but it clearly said they are open 6am-8pm PST so I found that extremely odd so I decided to sign out the account then try to reach out to live support again and they are magically not busy anymore. It took the agent forever to find my order saying that the tracking info I had was not with an order in their system even though I sent several pictures with the tracking information showing my package and screenshots of my payment from my card. Eventually she could pull it up with my phone number and I explained to her the issue and that it needed to be resolved today. She could not help me and said I had to wait for an update so now I want my money back and more!

I didn't get it in time, had to pay for the express which was quite expensive! Then half my order was unwearable due to the quality; beyond poor. Off/crooked stitching, looked cheap, broke before wearing.. was not happy! Or with the fact that everything is individually packaged into plastic bags; talk about waste and the environment ***! So unnecessary. Half the items of course werent returnable, and best they could do was 50% refund and a couple of points which expired right away. I wasnt pleased but finally accepted, then never got it. We had a long period of time with emailing, I kept thinking it was resolved but then I'd check my bank statement and nothing. So the lasttime I was following up with it, I was ready to make another order and give the website a second chance, as I did really enjoy a few of my purchases. I go on the website as there's a sale I want to take advantage of, and *** off with a promo code. I go to pay/on the last step finalizing and one of my items I really wanted sells out, which messed up my whole cart. It removed the promo code, wouldn't let me add it again. I thought maybe the last step it would but nope I end up paying full price. I immediately contact their customer service chat, explain what happened and ask to be reimbursed. All they say is to cancel the order and redo it, but there was no guarantee my shopping cart wouldn't have more items sell out. I didn't want to risk that, so I add to the last email and request that the difference be added to my refund I'm still waiting for. Now it's been nothing but circles and them reasking everything I've gone over. They could scroll. Couldn't be more annoyed! I want the agreed refund, I spent a lot for both orders and not even half is wearable. They keep saying I could get the promo on my next order-_-

The order of $197.47 was done as afterpay with payments on 12/6/22, 12/26/22 & 1/3/23.The other order of $94.90 was paid in full at the time order was placed. As expected the delivery took longer than claimed which I was expecting so I had no issues with that. I ordered my merchandise May 29th and my order was shipped June 1 and the expected delivery date is June 27. And though out this time I have been tracking my order occasionaly and it usually says being shipped and in some state. But my address was changed during the delviery which I tried to change but it said it cannot be changed since the products have been shipped. Now I do have it to where if things get sent to this address it gets redirected to the post office. Just recently I tracked my order and its said delivered in Califronia which caused some confusion because I am on the other side on the country.What I do not underdstand is why a company like this one do not have a customer servive number or a email that people can contact when they have issues since alot of people buy from here. I called their international hotline that they have which is *** which did not work at all. I used their automatic chat system which told me to get in contact with the courier comapny where they do not relay any details on how. Unaware of additional costs, I had to pay $42.48 to DHL with my credit card to receive my items. The clothes were disappointing, either too small or see-through. Despite risk-awareness from reviews, I proceeded with the purchase. Customer service communication was challenging, with repetitive responses and no return label provided. They insisted return costs were my responsibility, as stated on their site. Unforeseen expenses like customs fees made me regret the purchase. I'll end up spending roughly $300 for barely $50 worth of wearable clothing. The company should improve transparency regarding customer obligations. She actually found this site and was so excited that all items were available in her size (s) and color. So, I placed an order. Based on the confirmed delivery date the order would have been delivered by 7/5. On Monday 7/6 I wanted to check the status of the order and went online SheinUSA .com to see if the order is shipped. Also, I wanted to mention that the total amount of $98.19 was charged on my credit card on very next day 6/24, which was very weird. Normally, they $$ is charged when the company ships the order *** and all legitimate companies doing this). Thanks God I was able to print the items descriptions, with each item' s number and the total amount, before I logged out their website. However, I never received the email confirmation or the official receipt with the tracking number to my email. Normally, I'm very careful and research or look up the company online. Unfortunately, I haven't done it at this time, and I regret very much. This company is so clever and sneaky that they actually provide you with a promo code at the time of check out, they discount your purchase with 10%, so basically they trick you more and you will believe that you did great with saving some $$. It was alerting when I went online and can't find my order, the ridiculous and funny message says 'OPS, NO ORDER AT THIS TIME'. Unfortunately, there is no customer service phone #, no live chat or email available, I can't communicate with someone at the company regarding my order. I went on *** and read so many bad and negative reviews I was shocked. I'm angry on myself how I didn't research before. The items we had to return totaled $62.33 and it states on our account that they were received and a refund was issued. We did not receive a refund since we had used gift cards so I contacted the company. I spoke with *** who instructed me to purchase a Vanilla Gift card at the store for $100 and they would be able to put a refund onto the card for the $62.33 and the $100 for the cost of the card. I had difficulty understanding any of this but finally just agreed so we could get the refund that was owed to us. After going to three different stores and unable to find this gift card I contacted *** and he then told me to get the *** card and how Shein has some type of connection with paypal and the *** card so they could apply the credit to this card... I went to the store and put $100 on an *** card and contacted *** again. I was still trying to get more clarification as to why Shein could not just put a credit onto our online account and we would just make some more purchases to utilize the $62.33, *** continued to explain, or at least try to explain, why this could not be done. He just repeatedly told me that I needed to give him the *** card info in order to get our refund. Well I got very upset with him and told him again that none of this made any sense to me and an *** card is a card used for ***. He just kept trying to explain that the card could be used on Shein as a way to put money into my Shein "wallet". I repeatedly told him that I was not comfortable with this whole process and that I either wanted a refund check sent to me, a refund put onto the credit card that I had made other purchases on Shein with, or a credit just put onto my Shein account. I have had money in my wallet from a return in January
I have had money in my wallet from a return in January. An order was fraudulently placed on my account on May 12 using the money in my Shein wallet, which was never initially withdrawn. The order was promptly canceled as per the fraud and refunded to my wallet. Upon correspondence with Shein, I updated and confirmed my return account to be my PayPal account. Pursuant to Shein's fraud prevention requests, I submitted requested verification documentation of an ID displaying my name and last name so that a refund can be issued to my PayPal. I was given the back and forth of the money should be in my account within 1 to 7 days and then was told 7 to 14 days. It has been over two weeks and there has been no issuance of a refund. I have placed this for investigation with PayPal. There is no record of a refund with PayPal. Shein alleges that the money was refunded but provides no proof other than a generic autogenerated screen shot indicated return completed on May 13. How could a return be completed with no record of a return. I have been trying to solve this problem, but Shein support is often contradicting themselves and has not provided me the requested proof of my refund aside from a false screen shot. Shein has stolen my wallet money of $55.00 and claims it is no longer in their account. Shein claimed said money was sent to my PayPal and then had the audacity to inquire if it was sent to a worldpay account; an account that I have never had, made, knew of, or even use in the U.S. I have screen shots showing the conversations with Shein support stating the money was sent to PayPal. Now I am told to check some other non existent account? Shein steals your money, provides no proof on their part as to where the money was sent, and continues to evade answering. 've placed an order on SHEIN.com on December 15, 2022 @11:59pm. Original main order# *** (split into 2 orders: ***). No customer service agent was available at that time so I had to wait until the next day in which I spoke to*** in chat messages. I've explained that after placing my order and paying for them with 25% off discount and with my gift card, I received an email confirmation letting me know about my successful order...that's when I noticed the prices weren't correct. I wasn't sure where the amount was showing wrong as my order was split into 2 orders. After investigating, I noticed the total have been wrong at checkout. The combined total should have been $200.01 before discounts and taxes applied (before order was split) but it showed $221.91 for order#*** before taxes/discounts and showed $14.40 for order# *** before taxes/discounts which is total of $236.31 before taxes/discounts applied. After*** showed me copies of each item in my order, there were 12 items that should have LIVE flash sale prices but didn't in my order #***. When LIVE flash sale was currently happening, the sale prices were shown when I applied them to my cart. LIVE FLASH SALE was from (10:00 pm-1:00 am). I paid for my order # *** (*** & ***) at 11:59pm with a $200 SHEIN gift card. These sale prices were good until 1:00am on December 16th as I've screenshot each item too. After paying for my order, I also created another pending order #*** (created at 12:14 am on December 16th with those same items) to show customer service that these items were still on LIVE flash sale and items still in stock & available even after I paid my order. I've informed*** and *** (senior representative) that something is wrong with the system as there had been issues like this in the past. I was overcharged by $30 I've advised them to really get a technician to fix this on their website as these prices should have been reflecting at the CHECKOUT page. *** indicated that the sale prices might have been over at the time. I've provided them with screenshots of these items before and after my order was placed and informed them of the other orders that I placed to show the time and dates that these items still had sale prices which brings me to a conclusion that when I paid at checkout, the system didn't calculate the items' sale prices as you can see in the other order# *** that was created at 12:14am right after I paid for my order. At this moment, I currently have the package and really would like this issue to be reasonably resolved with me receiving the correct total on my order and reimbursed $30 refund to gift card ASAP.

Orderd clothes from last year, never received, and the worst part is they can't communicate, and the sad part they ddnt even refund me. Lack of efficiency on the part online customer service at shein. My issue is in relation to gift cards.
I have two shein gift cards, have had them for over 2 years. I would like very much to apply them at shein checkout site, as payment in part or whole for my merchandise order. Checkout requires an id number and pin number for this transaction. I have been unsuccessful in my chatting sessions with online customer service to obtain this information. I can't return them I know, but I really need to get this resolved in hopes of finally being successful in placing an order. Out of 7 items I got only 2 for the last month. I didn't say I placed my order two months ago and as you can see there's such a big mess happening.
I told them to stop sending separate orders and collect them all in one, but they didn't listen to me and shipped all of the items separately, so no wonder if some of them got lost or seized by the customs.

Which was also my registered number on shein app. I couldn't open the account because there was issued with my gmail so I was promised to return the amount via patym. Its been more than a month and I still haven't received my money. This is not fair on part of the service provider it just makes me never order on this app again

I made a purchase from Shein on 23/8/2023, but until to date I have yet to receive the parcel which was supposed to be received by me on 30/8/2023.
